I received excellent service this morning. My oil change and filter change was done in a timely manner. Ryan was professional and greeted all customers nicely. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you for another great experience here at Jiffy Lube in Upland.

Most wonderful experience at this location. The treatment of the whole staff was outstanding, and I was advised very well on what my car needed (oil change and transmission fluid flush/replacement). They didn't try to upsell me, options were given during the process. The service provided was swift and the suggestion correct, i was listened to and my information was evaluated. I can honestly not speak any better of the people working in this location, and they just gained another loyal customer!

I really wish there was someone attending the front desk as I walked in, or a price list somewhere to see the services offered.Frank greeted me as soon as he was done attending a customer ahead of me. Was very kind and professional. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. Great price! Would recommend.

Ryan was ABSOLUTELY a pleasure to have care for my vehicle... I later returned in the evening for my oil change and the 2 young men that were there, were just as courteous and efficient. Excellent service. Everybody was friendly, professional, and efficient. They let me know that my battery and air filter are less than perfect but they weren't urgent and could wait. No pressure at all to buy more items or services. They were very busy but I was still out within about 30 minutes.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Wonderful experience. I went there on a Saturday. They were a little busy but still finished my car in a reasonable time. They are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Plan to go back with my other cars.

Definitely don t ask for Ryan, his sarcasm is stupid and so is he. Makes the experience unappealing. The younger guys are more helpful.

I was in town visiting from NV and my skid plate began to scrape. Made a last minute decision to stop here, and young man (regret not getting his name) helped us out getting it secured for or trip back home. He was quick and efficient. Super grateful!!!!

Great service and the people were great but the price us sort of hight. I paid 140 something for a synthetic oil change. At the dealer is usually 70 something but Ford of upland move out by campus and the 210. Do I thought I'd try Jiffy Lube. I came here for an oil change on a long term rental car. They billed my rental car company directly, and they had me out in less than 30 minutes. Brittany did a good job communicating. I trust my independent mechanic more, but I would definitely come here in a pinch. Thumbs up, this visit was much better than my experience with a Jiffy Lube near Portland, OR in 2015. Been coming here for awhile now to get oil changes. Staff is always quick and friendly. Don t try to push added services on you just inform of recommended services. This is the second time they didn t put the fabric skid plate under the front of my car on correctly. The first time I thought maybe it was just an accident. But it happened again, and now it s going to cost hundred of dollars to fix because the whole thing ripped off under my tires after I left. I would find a different oil change location.

Quick service, great customer service. If you have a chance make sure you are serviced by Jerome, very knowledgeable, friendly and a person you can trust. He is honest and has the customers best interest at heart.

Expensive and they no longer do the additional fluid and filter checks like they used to. Fast service though.

I have been going here for years and honestly love that I can come and talk to professional and reliable workers. I needed my oil changed on my husbands truck and Dante G. Greeted me and took good care as the team lead. He new exactly what my truck required. Was greeted immediately upon arrival by Isaiah.. Quick service. Excellent service.I had just left the Jiffy Lube on Garey after sitting in my car for 40 min waiting with no greeting..no acknowledgement i was there. This Upland location will be my go to place now. After many years of going to Garey location.
