Was greeted by Steve with much concern regarding my F150 , communicative step by step explaining details with issue found, and how the repair will be cared for. Very pleased FYI my daughters are very satisfied with the services as well. Thank you

Service members were friendly. Only complaint was the time it took. Had an appointment but they did not start on my car until an hour afterwards. But once they started, it didn't take very long to get the inspection and alignment done.

Excellent experience at Upland location. Service Advisor CHRIS was Professional, Courteous and eager to assist. Waiting area was clean and organized, comfortable environment while waiting for vehicle.

I've been to this facility many times, but still looking for a better place to go for my car repairs, because none of the front office staffs shown the gratitude welcoming you when you enter until I met Steve. Steve is the man with friendly attitude that made me change my mind to stay with the Firestone. Thank you Steve for showing your cares. I will looking forward to see you again.

Horrible horrible service. I took my truck to get a tune up and oil change and they came up that my vehicle had engine problems. According to Firestone, there was a misfire and coolant in a cylinder. I freaked out. I was sad. Confused! Long story short. I took my vehicle into a different shop NOT A FIRESTONE and turns out NO COOLANT IN ANY CYLINDER. NO ENGINE PROBLEMS WHATSOEVER! And the missfire was just a burnt out spark plug! Burnt spark plug was replaced and my vehicle was running back smooth. I will NEVER go back to any Firestone again. Credit card with them is CANCELLED.

My experience at the upland store was a bad experience. One year ago i went in for new tires and Chris came back to tell me I had an oil leak by the tire and I needed work done which he calculated to $3,800 in repairs. I told him put everything back together because my car was still under warranty with the dealer ship. When I took my car to dealer ship they saw a small leak and a part was replaced and covered by warranty. The part replaced was only $130.00. I was so upset that Chris tried to get all this money out of me for a very small job. Chris had lied and had given me a list of parts that was not need to total $3,800. What a rip off. That amount would have drained me. He doesn't care who he is hurting financially. They need to remove him.

They don't know jack about cars. Book smarts has nothing to do with real world functionality. Glad we left, can't stand using places that can't think for themselves. "if it's not in our book, it can't be done.'' LOL

Because of a warranty, I d taken my car to the dealership for basic maintenance for the first two years. Now that the warranty has ended, I decided to take my car to Upland Firestone for an oil change and other maintenance. Firestone informed me that the dealership hadn t been rotating my tires, causing uneven wear. All of the employees that I interacted with at Firestone were friendly and helpful, and unlike other service centers, they did not recommend unnecessary repairs. The service was done quickly, much quicker than the dealership, even on a busy Sunday. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Went in for a Lyft inspection. Made my appt, waited a few, and they were done within a reasonable time. I greatly appreciate the help from the staff. Thank you.I need one of those Plinko Boards. Haha

Service my air-conditioning the air was blowing warm. They fixed the problem cost me $150.00 I was very happy cold air now no more warm air. I noticed several people coming for the same thing.

I had such a wonderful experience here at this store! I'd give it more stars if I could. Mr. Chris Kerr was so courteous, took care of my car in such a timely manner and was just a nice guy. As I waited in the lobby, not only was he so sweet to me, but to every single person he either spoke with on the phone or the people that came in. Chris, I can't compliment you enough and wish all service places had a store manager like you!! Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car, you can tell your team is happy with having you as their manager, everyone had a smile in the shop while they worked. Keep up the amazing work!! This location does not do well with appointments and they schedule multiple clients at the same appointment time. Even if you have the same appointment time as the other 5 appointments and arrive before them, you can still end up as the last one serviced of the group. I highly recommend you prepare to leave your vehicle for more than 3 hours to avoid any frustrations.

Julian is has the worst customer service. I don t know how they have someone like him in there service department. This is why places like this go down hill with people like him in customer service. Don t go to this location

I recommended Firestone to my mom but from her experience, I will not be returning and neither will she: If I could give this location 0 stars . That would be more accurate. I went in for brakes and glazed rotors, but instead of honoring my warranty (only paying for the labor) and just GLAZING the rotors, Chris said he wouldn t even glaze the rotors because he thinks I needed new rotors. I don t drive much so how do I need new rotors already when they put new rotors on last time? He also kept adding an oil change, car care package, etc., to the bill and I kept saying no, I m only here for glazed rotors and brakes. You can visibly see him getting upset, and he flat out refused to honor my warranty, or offer me any other options, all the while lacking any kind of professionalism. On the other hand, the Firestone in Montclair was AWESOME David was professional, honest with the work that needed to be done, he made recommendations but didn t get upset when I said not this time . He ended up doing the job I needed and I was VERY satisfied. I ll give Montclair Firestone 5 stars ANY day.

This used to be a safe choice for trustworthy business but not anymore. My last visit I was hustled so much I froze. I m just too stressed out to fight. I was quoted double the price given at an earlier date then offered a discount but told I needed that same discount amount on another service then cheated on a company wide discount standard. I am in the process of requesting a credit or I will file a grievance. They can no longer be trusted.

WARNING: DO NOT COME HERE!I brought in my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek because it felt like the car battery was going out. I spoke to Chris and I was seen right away. The mechanic gave me a paper slip stating that the battery state of charge (SOC) was at 37%. I told him shouldn't it be at 100%? He said to think about changing it. As I was about to leave, he gave me another paper slip stating the battery state of charge (SOC) at 100%. I was very confused.I came home and inputed both VIN numbers on a website: none of the paper slips that were given to me were the VIN number to my car!Horrible, horrible! They didn't even check that the VIN number matched my car. Unethical and dishonest, I will not be coming back here.

I found myself in need of help and Firestone happened to be within closest proximity. My vehicle had been disabled on the I-10 and needed to be towed. I m not a mechanically literate individual. It was late on a Sunday afternoon and I desperately needed to be back on the road. The dire situation combined with my lack of engine knowledge left me extremely vulnerable. Fortunately, they didn t take advantage of this. Rather, they quickly diagnosed the issue (Serpentine and Alternator Belts were GONE ) and made the repairs that same afternoon! I am so grateful to this group!

Wonderful service! Quick and efficient oil change, and they are now my go-to when something in my car acts up. The diagnostic was reasonably priced, and the fix was thankfully an easy one so they got Everything over and done with within 3 hours. I can't remember his name, nick? Ej? Jimmy? I will find out tomorrow and update it but he was out of this world helpful and very nice.

Don t trust this place. They gain your trust on the first visit then take advantage of you if you return. The managers are fake nice and could care less about their customers. I heard them making snarky and ugly comments about some in the garage. Maybe it s Firestone overall but here they are price gouging whomever they can.

These guys are great. They don't charge an arm and a leg for services, they are open and honest with their customers. They also give good advice over the phone too. I've been taking both my vehicles there, and have never felt like I was being misled or over sold on something. I've worked with several of their technicians, and have never had a bad experience with any of them.

Richard and his team at the Upland store are honest, professional, neat, and they do the job right the first time. I've been returning here for the past 3+ years and their work ethic has never changed, true professionals! I refer family and friends to this location, I'm glad they are there! I drive with confidence knowing that Richard and crew have got my back! Thanks Upland Firestone! All of you guys and gal!

I was so pleased with this location! Great customer service. BJ had made my appointment the day so friendly and courteous. During my visit waiting, Danny explained everything in detail and made recommendations and suggestions to any service needed at the time. Im so happy i did it. Both very professional! I feel safer getting the maintenance done now. Very grateful they were open on a Sunday. Appreciate them giving up their Father's day! I will definitely go back for my next oil change and other services. Thank you!
