I had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision. I found them online and trusted their reviews, I was not disappointed. My estimator was George, was extremely knowledgeable about the repairs to my car. He gave me weekly updates on the progress. Overall I am extremely satisfied. They took care of the entire insure process and my car looks flawless.I would definitely recommend people to caliber collision.

Caliber Collision kept me updated throughout the day entire process. My car was ready within 3 weeks, and a bit earlier than anticipated. Their work is amazing! You can t even tell my car was involved in a collision. Apart from that, their customer service is great. If you are considering Caliber Collision, do it! I can t speak highly enough about my experience with these guys. The ultimate professionals! Hopefully there s not a next time, but if so, I DON T plan to shop around for a different shop. I wouldn t exchange my overall experience for a potential savings of a few dollars. The quality of their repairs and service truly exceeded my expectations. All was seamless. They even pre-booked a rental for me, dropped me off at the rental company, AND returned my rental for me after picking up my vehicle. The turnaround time was quick (3 days) and the projected pickup day was accurate. If you re shopping around, this is where I highly recommend you end your search. You re so welcome.

I came in earlier today for a quick fix for my splash guard. The overall was very friendly and accommodating since I did a walk in. Robert was very quick to help and personable. It's nice to know that the people here are willing to find the solution to car issues. If I had car troubles in the area, I would definitely come here again.

My truck was hit by another vehicle and Caliper Collision did the repairs. One of the best customer service organizations I have encountered. The young woman at front desk was patience and professional in assisting me in filling out the paper work. George walked me through the damage assessment and provide a timeline for repairs. George kept me updated on repair status and all damage found. Great organization.

Caliber did an excellent on the repair work of my 2022 4Runner, virtually brand new. I got into a minor fender-bender with damage to the rear hatch and bumper. They did a great job on the repair work to the hatch and replaced the entire bumper, including the foam absorbent and other parts. You can't tell that my truck was in an accident. Customer service was excellent. George Issipian was my service technician who did the initial estimate and walk-through with me, and I appreciate his friendly and helpful nature. I was very pleased with Matt and team with rear bumper replacement collision repairs needed to my F150 truck after being rear-ended by an inattentive provisional driver. Matt was responsive and stayed in touch with me both by e-mail and telephone, and I was very happy and greatly appreciated his follow up on additional things I requested be done with my truck while it was there under his care for repair.I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for a convenient and reasonable collision repair to their vehicle, particularly if it involves an insurance claim. As a vehicle owner, you can designate who makes insurance claim repairs to your vehicle and I would select this Caliber Collision shop for any insurance claim repairs needed by anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can't speak highly enough about my experience with Caliber Collision. I took my Mercedes-Benz for a repair caused by someone who hit my car while parked and the moment I arrived I met with Robert Black, he was very professional and listen to all of my concerns and I felt like I can trust him and the staff. The ladies in the office also very professional and answer all of my questions, Excellent costumer service!! They also kept me updated throughout the day of the entire process. I'm very satisfied with the work done to my Mercedes-Benz. I will forever be grateful for the way they took care of my baby girl . I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking for a place to trust with your vehicle. Thank you Robert Black and the entire staff at Caliber Collision, you guys are Amazing! Caliber Collision in downtown Upland repaired my Chevy and returned it like new! The paint job looks flawless, my truck was restored to pre-damage condition (if not better). I appreciate David for taking the time to fully explain the process of the repairs and Cynthia for keeping me informed with frequent updates on repair status. I will be recommending this shop to friends and family!

This location is poor, and if I could leave zero stars I would. My boyfriend brought his Lexus to this location to be fixed by Farmer's Insurance after being hit by one of their drivers. They told us the bumper, fender, and plastic lining couldn't be fixed because of a dent in the rear driver's side door. What does that have to do with the front end of the vehicle? Not only that, they returned the vehicle with a flat tire when the tire was not flat when it was left in their care. They kept the car for four days before coming to the conclusion that "it could not be fixed." We had to drive home and get a jack to put on a spare. Very unsatisfied.

Caliber collision in upland are an excellent body shop. They really do work with you and keep you informed on your vehicles progress. We took in our c7 Corvette for a whole new paint job, George and his team members kept me constantly updated and informed. The entire car needed a paint job and caliber team here did great work, it's looking brand new thank you everyone who worked on the car, and we'd like to give a special thanks to George for coordinating with this big project and contacting us with details each time and making our highly satisfaction his priority thanks again awesome work !
