I would like to thank Garo C. and his crew at Caliber Collision. They did a very awesome job on May 2023, Mercedes-Benz. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs repairs on their car. They were very precise and very attentive and I appreciate it all that.

I would never use this place again horrible Job not to mention that they lasted over 2 months to fix 2 doors. List goes on how they are really bad.1. They took off unessesary parts off to make their money.2. They leave your car open so all the dust and rain goes inside your car seats and dashboard and radio that can cause a fail.3. After giving my truck back it came back with more scratches. They had said they can be buffed out. Wich it does but for a few days.4. After taking it to get a full detail wash on it. Then the big scratches came out and a big broken tail light.I will never recomend this place to anyone.Alex was the guy who supposed to take care of it was taking good care of it behind his desk....I cant believe how many people get ripped off here. Just because its in the city of upland is getting some clients but in reality they are just burning themselves they suck

Been a customer for a long time and they did an excellent job on my wife's Range Rover. The staff is awesome, friendly and they had my wife's vehicle completed exactly when they said it would be done. On a side note, during the course of the repairs, somebody during the early morning hours, burglarized one of Caliber's locked garages, and stole my wife's vehicle. The vehicle was tracked and recovered later that same day. The vehicle was returned with the passenger side gloss black wheels "curbed" and the interior was filthy with ashes and spilt liquids. On their own dime, Caliber had the two wheels repainted, a 4-wheel alignment done, and the entire vehicle from interior to exterior was completely detailed to better than new. Thank you guys for your great service. The vehicle was still completed on the assigned date of completion even after being stolen.

They did a great job. My service technician kept me informed about the status of the repairs throughout the whole process. I liked the fact that they interface with my local dealership for the parts and any additional guidance on the repairs. Everyone at the front office was very kind and accommodating. My service advisor Anthony Estrada kept me very well informed throughout the process and even got my car done before the initial quote! My car was cleaner and looked nicer than when I took it in!

This repair shop is by far the best repair shop I have ever dealt with. They kept me updated with the parts being ordered and when the vehicle would be completed. When I picked up the car, it looked brand new and that's coming from a 16 year old car. They went above and beyond by not only painting the damaged part but also blending the fenders and hood around it. To top it off they detailed the car and polished my headlights. Can't ask for better service.

Everyone I came in contact with provided great customer service. I received not only text communication regarding the status of my car but telephonic verbal confirmation about my costs and when it would be ready for pick up.I appreciate that even though I was late in picking up my car I was made to feel I was a valued customer. I was shown the work that was completed without feeling rushed. I am pleased with the work completed.I will always return to this location and recommend it to others. Great job, thank you.

Upland Caliber Collision held the vehicle until we could convince our insurance company to have it repaired as opposed to totaled. The vehicle was worth more to us repaired. They were very patient as this process took weeks. Once the decision to repair was made, they gave an estimated completion date but got it done ahead of schedule. They communicated well and responded to all our inquiries promptly. The work was fantastic! Our truck looks like it did when we bought it new two and a half years ago. Garo managed the job and we have nothing but high praise for his communication and quality work.

10/10 Job! I just want to thank the entire team at Caliber collision upland for fixing my Audi Q5. Chris was my assigned representative throughout the repair and he was amazing. He is very professional, kind and maintains clear communication. I ran into a lot of issues with my auto insurance at the beginning who insisted I take my car to another shop. My car sat at the other shop for 3 months with no progress. However, once I requested to take my car to Caliber, Chris and the team completed my repair in about 3 weeks! This was sooner than I expected. I am extremely thankful and so glad to have my car. It is very special and sentimental to me.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, THINK TWICE AND READ THIS REVIEW: My Mom was rear-ended in her Honda Insight by someone and progressive handled our claim since it was the other party's insurance. They referred us to Caliber Collision since they could guarantee their work on our vehicle so we decided to go to this location since it had the most amount of good reviews. We left it there and addressed our concerns/differences with the vehicle now that it had been damaged. This was written on paper and said by word of mouth to our service advisor (Robert). Robert explained that he heard our concerns and that the shop would handle the job easily and the car would not have any issues once it was done.Two weeks later, we picked up the car and noticed on the invoice that none of the details that we explained in the beginning were addressed (only the visible damage), but nothing underneath or mechanical was replaced. We explained that the car was making rattling noises underneath like never before and had terrible alignment as it veered to the right when driving after the accident.Robert was too scared to even talk to us when we arrived, so he brought out the manager of the facility to help speak on the vehicle. (large red flag) The manager explained that the rattling came from the shocks and that it had nothing to do with the accident, which is completely false as I have helped run a Body Shop for the past 10 years and I have vast experiences of my customers getting rear ended. The manager explained that since he wouldn't get paid for it by the insurance, he wouldn't replace it. Funny enough the insurance (progressive) said that if there is any damage pertaining to the accident, they would have no problem paying. Progressive said Caliber themselves said and explained with no insurance intervention "it was not part of the accident". (More than likely to get themselves away from doing any mechanical work) They did not care about our concerns and refused to do anymore work to the car.They completely lied about fixing the car right and decided to screw a future customer for them. The car now makes more rattles than ever before, the paint is over-sprayed other panels of the car and also the alignment was never fixed as they explained, "it has nothing to do with the accident" (their way of getting out of replacing things). On top of that they didn't even wash the car, literally dirtier than when we brought it and there are panels in the car that are not assembled back correctly. I'm disappointed with the work done here, I refuse to ever take any of my cars to all caliber collision locations, they're all the same.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE OR ANY CALIBER COLLISION, THEY ALL SUCK AND STEAL YOUR INSURANCE PAYOUT. Excellence is no accident!!!The service was exceptional at Caliber Collision. They did a great job and finished before the date given. I strongly recommend coming here for your repairs. My car looks like new. Alex was very professional and went above and beyond.

Just had another fantastic experience at Caliber collision. They handled a collision repair quickly and with great communication. My daughter was about to drive 21 hours home from CA and was concerned about a noise she was hearing in the area of the previous repair. Caliber got us right in, Justin took us for a lengthy and thorough test drive and helped us to feel confident that all was ok. He even helped me find a place to get a new battery for my car. Can t say enough good things!

I took my car 2017 nissian after a hit and run ,my plates were went bent but the repair work was done so good, my rep kept calling with updates . I got my car b4 Christmas. The rep ensured he walked the car with me explained everything..my car was clean and waxed ! I'm very happy with this place I hope I never need work again but this will be the place! Oh and my plates weren't bent anymore !

Was involved in a hit and run on the freeway, I was stopped and was rear ended from behind. Driver in a red SUV took off and never looked back. Insurance recommended a different Caliber Collision, but they called back and said they didn't work on 'high-end' vehicles and they considered a MINI a high-end vehicle, so I called this Caliber and glad I did. Work was done as promised and on time, service was fantastic, Robert genuinely cared and looked out for my best interest. This is definitely my go to if needed again. Judging by the quantity and quality of the cars they have in service, if you care about your car, this is definitely the place to go, cheers!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Robert and his team have restore my vehicle back to its beauty and the experience went smoothly. I was given updates throughout the process via calls and that was reassuring that everything was taken care of, including collaborating with the insurance company.

Horrible do not trust regional manager justin and caliber collision, they took 2 Years to figure out the frame was damaged. The car had no other issues no codes nothing besides the little pull it had. Justin had it taken to his trusted shop they pulled the engine out. When they return the vehicle, Justin had assured me that the car was put back together correctly, and there was no issues. After further review and a little bit of driving, the car was throwing codes and emergency brake unit was broken from pulling the engine out That s typically what happens when you pull the engine out without disconnecting the emergency brake first. The engine codes were for some of the stuff not being reprogrammed to the ECU like the steering column and stability control etc. Keep in mind it is a Mercedes. So I then contacted Justin about these issues after the delivery of the vehicle and he assured me that he would look into it and try to address the issues since it was the shops fault for these issues. Been trying to reach out to him calls after call. Text message after text message with no return response from him. This is horrible beware people!!!

We highly recommend Caliber Collision for any body work needs. Whether it's through your auto insurance or as a walk-in, you will be treated well, alerted with updates on a regular basis, and you will not be disappointed with the quality of the work.

My car was involved in a head-on collision and apparently they only put in the new parts, they never checked the mechanical parts and now I can't move the car because the suspension is broken! It is impossible that they did not check the suspension when the blow was exactly on that side, the rim is all beaten up and they never checked what was taking up change, the suspension on the side of the blow also needed to be fixed, now I have to spend more time without my vehicle for a poor installation, the windshield parts as they were ordered to me and they never spoke to me to go and install them (they should have changed them before they delivered the vehicle) the installation of the grill was poorly done with the teeth of the grill on the outside thus deforming the new parts really lousy service and I don't know why they transferred me to upland if on Malaga street where the accident took place on the corner there is a caliber collision to which I had to take my vehicle again for warranty. thus wasting my time and my vehicle again affecting my employment.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Need a responsive, friendly body repair shop? Need a speedy turnaround on an estimate? Don't look here.No need to visit your local dive bar or greasy spoon for a bad attitude or ornery service. Call Caliber Collision and speak to their Miss Congeniality. She'll set you straight.... How dare you expect great service and straightforward help with your wrecked car. What were you thinking???

Everyone is very pleasant and helpful but the quality of work is not there. Headlight did not work at first and opening the hood shows missing fasteners. Which I corrected.

I was very impressed with the work that was done and it also looked shiny and polished. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Put me in a rental for the extra days. Had a great experience Excellent communication, excellent work and excellent customer service. If you need any bodywork done, it s very impressive work. I never in my life had to take my car to a body shop. I always said I never want to take my car to a body shop because I didn t want it to be noticeable. But after this, my car looks newer than it did when I first bought it. Excellent work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My car was in a front end collision. Requested my insurance to have repairs done by Caliber Collision. Their Customer service and quality of work is outstanding. Communication by Brandon was excellent and repairs were perfect in a timely manner. I hope to not need their services anytime soon but if my car is involved an accident I will be there for their services in a heartbeat

Anthony did an amazing job here at Caliber Collision. I brought my Mercedes vehicle in. The work they did looks amazing. It looks brand new. The customer service from the two women in the front office was exceptional. The team here is very knowledgeable and very professional.
