Had a cylinder failure, causing damage to the Piston, cylinder and timing chain. Jaymes was great about getting the parts lined up to get my bike back on the trail.

Spent 4000 on a 421 kit. Was sent wrong part. Compay refuses to make it right. Regardless of when the purchase was made. It was never used. My banshee is not going to be the average. What I have in mind is going to take ALOT of money. Money I don't have to just purchase everything at once. So yes the manifold sat for a while. So if you send the wrong part have the decency to make right.

We purchased a complete top end for a suzuki ltz 400 everything came packaged nicely. Everything fit properly and they helped us out with a previous issue on a Yamaha grizzly with a return. Our customer service was good and we intend to use in the future.

Bought a head gasket kit from them and worked great. I ve had bad shipping experiences with other supplier with gasket that were cut during shipping but there gaskets were very well packaged.(Steve Arellano)

I Purchased two sets of 250r transmission bearing and they shorted me one clutch release bearing for each engine and duplicated a counter shaft bearing. when I sent a message to seller they told me to send wrong bearings back so when I asked to get a shipping label I was told return shipping was on me. Then they would not send correct bearings till wrong ones were sent back they also blocked me from purchasing anything on ebay from them. Might be OK if they send the correct stuff but has zero care if there in the wrong just like everyone else there response puts me at fault I needed the bearing not the correct ones they 100% denied sending me a return label and 100% blocked me on ebay horrible company don't waste your time

LATE REVIEW. bought a cheetah cub 421 from this company and not even an hour of riding a piston bearing exploded. i reached out and tried to get them to make things right and they made me bring my pistons in for review to see if they were liable. waited over a week for a response after just spending over 3k and they told me i abused the motor and they were not liable because it over heated. i had the pistons looked at by multiple respectable shops and they said there was no sign of detonation and overheating so that shouldn't have caused a bearing to explode in a 30 minutes of riding. i paid for a whole new top end from TIGER weeks after this incident and had my buddy at MOVAL MOTORSPORTS rebuild it and have had not a single break down on my banshee and its been a year now crazy huh. this is how big companies treat vets and ive been sure to share my horror story with fellow vets and LEO to stay clear of this place.REPLY: check with jaymes. i personally bought the parts in to your shop feb 20th. didnt have time to wait for shipping back and forth becasue the season wasnt over and i didnt spend all that money to be waiting around. if it was under warranty and you did the right thing this post wouldn't be here. and if you are claiming it wasnt abuse then why didnt i get these parts replaced? you're insisting you sold me the correct parts yet somehow this fell on me and if you're not then youre admitting to selling me something you knew wouldnt last instead you chose to save a buck and blame the customer for blowing a motor within 30 minutes. in the future check the paper trail before you simply snap back

Don t not buy from this scam of a website. I ordered an oem top end rebuilt kit for a yfz450. It didn t bolt up like the actual oem top end. Then customer service will ask the same question in circles and then stop responding. I REPEAT DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARMED NONEY OR TIME ON THIS SCAM OF A WEBSITE.

I purchased one of their SKF bearings and seals kit for my atv. The items arrived quickly and were as advertised. Had a problem come up with one of the bearings and they were quick to assist.

I waited till black Friday to make a Very large purchase thinking they would have discounts on some products..I found the prices were Tripple from what the normal prices were and the discounts were what the actual price was before black Friday..This is Very Sketchy!!You should be Ashamed of Yourself As A Owner for Allowing this!

Great company with amazing customer support and good prices for top notch parts. I tried looking for parts everywhere for my kx450f before I found these guys and when I did they either had everything I needed or could get it for me, I never heard the word no from them. The parts ordering process always seemed to be a struggle with other companies, but my order processor Cristian made it simple and easy. When I got the parts in I was quite amazed at the quality. 100% recommend these guys.

I've been enjoying the stroker kit that I bought from BPRATV for several years. I called a few days ago to get more parts advice for my Banshee. The representative patiently answered all of my questions and obviously had a deep understanding of modified performance engines. He gave advice about which parts my engine needs versus which were unnecessary for my application. Superior customer service and truly trying to help customers make an informed decision is what makes places like this stand out from the rest. Kudos, Steven, for doing a great job growing your business through honesty and best practices. This is why I will be returning to them for any of my future needs.

My husband ordered over 3500 worth of parts. He was sent the wrong part like a lot of customers with bad experiences here. Refuse to make right. If your an average Joe and not a famous Youtuber save yourself the hassle. Shop elsewhere!!!
