Mike and Danny, names you can trust.In October 2022 I had my radiator replaced by MD's, cost $1000.In November 2023 I had a coolant leak. Mike and Danny checked it and found the radiator was leaking. The OEM radiator was a manufactured defect. An after market radiator was installed and my BMW is back on the road. Cost was $0.

Get a second quote! I used to bring my car in for service after warranty expired. Experience by far the service is up to the standard. However I recently came in for an oil change, they suggested break fluid service and quoted me over $500. I called dealership and it only cost half. Personally I have lost trust in this shop and won't come back. Want to raise awareness to others to always get second opinion on their quotes.

Originally took my Mini Countryman to mini dealer where they quoted me 3765$ and these guys save me ALOT ALOT of money!!! They definitely earn a new customer that will be coming back again, if I run in to any issues in the future. MINI MD THANK YOU SO MUCH.YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Mike and Danny are the BEST!. Mike, Danny , and their team are very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonable. They have great customer srvice as well. Mike and Danny will explain everything they do to your BMW or MINI. They will also show you old parts they replaced, so that you can see why they replaced it .If you do not want to go to the dealers for maintenance, BMW MINI MD's is the next best thing. My wife and I are both BMW owners and BMW enthusiasts, we have been taking our cars to Mike and Danny since 2014. Back then I was looking for another alternative than the dealers and I found BMW MINI MD's on yelp. They had 5 stars across the board and great reviews, and that's when I decided to go there and give it a chance. I made the BEST decision since then. I also believe that Mike and Danny have the best and reasonable prices. We all know that going to the dealers will cost you and arm and a leg. Mike and Danny are really the best, they're genuine, and they're honest , and really care about their clients and their client's BMW/ MINI's. I could say that Mike and Danny are both BMW enthusiasts too, they both drive BMWs. Will not find a better BMW shop than Mike and Danny! Found them in 2018 and stopped goint to Riverside, Ontario, Pomona, Costa Mesa, depending on the fix needed. MD's surpasses dealer service with BMW certified mechanics! Hands down trustworthy, tepair and service. My car was taken in without an appointment in the morning and was ready to go with no issues later in the day. I called ahead and got a quote from Daniel, he was very helpful and truthful with the pricing. I will definitely be going back if anything comes up!

Bought an E46 M3 back in February and given that that it's a fairly old car, it had some issues. I'm glad I took my car. They fixed everything that needed immediate attention. Happy to do business with them.

Been coming here for the past 7+ years. Danny, Mike and the rest of the staff have been life saver when my schedule gets tight. Awesome service all around!! They take good care of my 325, 330, and z4. I highly recommend this shop to any BMW owner!

Great staff and mechanics. Mike is very honest and worked with me to tackle the most important items after a thorough diagnostics of what was troubling my car. I have referred my brother, and he, two of his friends since. Everyone is satisfied with the work and price. Highly recommend if you own a BMW or Mini.

The MD s are running a great shop. I have had them work on a 2008 328i twice, a car with a lot of miles but one that has been well-maintained since it was new. I find their work to be equal to, or better, than any BMW dealer service department, and their prices are always better. They explain what they recommend and they don t push for things you don t need to run up the bill. I trust them completely, which is not something I can say about most auto repair shops. They helped me out and did a job when they were very busy and worked my car in during the window of opportunity I had that I could be without the car.Honesty, competence, fair prices, and friendly excellent service is what you will find at the BMW-MINI MD S. I recommend them to all BMW owners in the Inland Empire area. They have a great reputation because they have earned the trust of the BMW owners they serve. Where to start... First, from the very 1st call I felt like these guys really care about their customers. I was in a situation I seen no end in sight and unsure if I could afford to fix it to the extent it needed. These guys took my car which was severely neglected I'd even say abused by the previous owner and did many repairs. For what turned out to be a fraction of what other BMW specialists would charge. The quality work from this shop matches anything I have ever received at a dealer and surpasses any competition. They try their best to save you money and prioritize all while NOT TRYING TO REPAIR THINGS NOT NEEDED! It was a experience I did not see coming. I anticipated fixing a couple things picking up my car still running rough until I can make the next repairs. While my car still needs more repairs and I am far from done, they have my business for all future repairs. I went from extreme stress riddled with problems not long after I purchased it to now feeling great about finding a reliable shop. Most importantly knowing I can afford the repairs over time. I can't begin to imagine how someone can have a bad experience here. They truly care about their customers and living up to their reputation. My car is running way better than expected. My only regret is not finding these guys sooner for alot of the repairs I already made.Till we meet againThank you BMW-MINI MD's

I have been coming here for a year and a half now with my Mini Cooper. Danny and Mike are amazing! With every service they do such a great job going above and beyond to thoroughly explain the problems my car has had to me and have restored it to tip top shape for the most reassonable price. I was going to Mini of Ontario before this and NEVER felt the same level of customer service there. Danny and Mike genuinely care about the cars and want you to have the best experience possible. I trust them 100% and reccomend them to anyone with a Mini Cooper or BMW.

BMW-MINI MDs was recommended to me by a friend who was a service writer at a mini dealership, and it was the best advice I've ever received. Danny and Mike have done all the major service to my Mini, and they never talk to me rudely (like the dealership did) or do unnecessary service. I plan on owning minis for the foreseeable future and I feel so lucky to know that I have a trusted shop I can take my car to!

Truly an honest repair shop! Mike and Danny willGo the extra mile to make sure you receive excellent service. Took my 2008 BMW X3 to them at end of day and they quickly diagnosed problem and had my car repaired and ready to go before lunch time the NEXT DAY!

Do not come to this BMW shop for service. Im warning you. (They take off $5 if you give a positive review when you check out). I had my car( 535i BMW) towed from my house to their shop to get a oil leak fixed. They said it was the gasket and that I need to flush my motor because my water and oil were mixed. So I agreed, a few hours later they call me back and said they recommend me changing my hoses too and that they will give me a special discount since they already have easy access to install them. I told them NO that I didnt want to replace the hoses since I never had a problem and my hoses are fine. So I go pick up my car and pay $1300 for everything they did. The next day my coolant light came on saying I needed to add coolant so I did. Then a few hours later my light came back on asking for the same thing. So I immediately called this place up and told them why was my light turning on if I never had problems with my coolant. They said we told you, you needed hoses. So today I had another mechanic check it out and he said that this shop had broken the plastic mount the screws into the base of the part where they changed the gasket, and that when they broke it they put it back like that just by screwing the 2 screws. Therefore my coolant was leaking alot. So I wanted to be clear and told the mechanic -so this shop broke my hose mount then put it back broken-. He said yeah.. now it made sense on why they were trying to get me to buy the hoses, they broke them and they knew they broke them but wanted to charge me. I consider this a dirty job. They should of taken responsibility for that since my hoses had no issues until they broke it. Im sure there is other victims like me out there A real legit shop would of taken that responsibility because that was negligence on their part. I guess this is what I get for trusting a shop that would slightly charge me less for service than at the actual BMW company. So to everyone reading this dont bring your car here you should take it to the actual dealer for service these people will rob you. Btw it cost me another $150 to fix my hose problem that they did. DO NOT COME HERE. THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE THEY PAY THE PEOPLE TO LEAVE POSITIVE REVIEWS. Im glad I didnt. I didnt have the time to sit there and do it to save $5 I needed to go.. I added the photos of the broken part of the hoses. So youll see them on the photo page.Responding back: It is normal for any shop to recommend a whole lot of stuff that the vehicle might or might not need at that time. That still dont take away the fact that your associate broke my hoses when they werent broken. And they put it back like that. My car was not leaking I did not see any of those recommendations until I picked up the car. If my car wasnt leaking coolant when I took it there then it should of not been leaking when I picked it up. Take accountability and stop trying to justify your mistake. I can go to a shop right now and they are going to say my car needs this and that.... thats anywhere..try jiffy lube.. for everyone reading this.. trust me when I tell you this...DO NOT FIX YOUR CAR HERE....

Went in for a check engine light on my dash, had the code from a bmw scanner used at home. Went in for repairs and service, they cleared the code with their own scanner, said they fixed it.Come the next day check engine light is back on in less than 24 hours. These guys charge you to fix stuff that doesn t need to be fixed and then go and say hey there s another thing wrong with your car. By far the least knowledgeable people of mini Cooper and BMWs that I ever seen that work in the automotive industry. If you want some Mickey Mouse work done feel free to come here, if not! Go to BMW stay the hell away from here...SEE YOU IN COURT!

I had several warning lights come on at one time and was really worriedthis was going to be crazy expensive. No they figured it out and fixed itjust a crank sensor.
