It was my first time going to this shop last week but I wish I started going to them sooner. I went in very overwhelmed & stressed out due to my engine light coming on after I saw a previous mechanic.The minute I walked in Eric & the team immediately gave me a peace of mind that I was in good hands. It s very hard to have those kind of experiences in the mechanic/car shop world - they were very honest and transparent to what needed to be fixed. I appreciated the comfort, service, kindness and overall job that was done to my car. You have definitely gained a customer for life!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

I have been taking my car to Eric and the team for a couple of years. They have treated me like family. The service is excellent and the price is very good. Trust me I use to take my car to the dealership and not anymore.

I can truly say that I am VERY pleased with the exceptional service I ve received from Akbar Service. Each and every time I come into the shop I am greeted by Eric with a warm smile and genuine heart. He is very attentive and patient with explaining any issues with my car and any future recommendations. Eric and the service technicians always exceeds my expectations. The prices are very reasonable, the wait time is amazing and customer service is outstanding.

Call or go see Eric, this guy cares about his customers!!! Excellent customer service from start to finish, not like other shops where they try to tell you other things are wrong with your vehicle just to make more money. I ve came here a few times and every time they never fail me by taking care of what s needed. Today I came in for a new battery and not only is they re pricing fair but again the fact that they take the time to show that they care for the customer is what makes this shop Better aside from all others!!! When a business shows that they care for their customers that business will go a looong way!!! Thank you Eric and your team for everything!!

Wow! The best experience I have ever had when it comes to fixing my cars. First of all, Eric was amazing to me. He was very kind, professional, honest. and listened to me. He went above and beyond to help me as well as his wonderful staff. Eric and Josh tried to help me out right away, the first day I came in. They said I would need to replace the part, but he charged me a very fair price. It was $500 cheaper than the other place I went to get a quote. Eric saved me $500!!! I will recommend him and this place to anyone I meet and know.

I brought a 1985 BMW 524TD to this shop and I could not have been happier with the service. A 30 year old car was brought to them and I have not had problems almost a year after they worked on it. They kept me updated on everything during the repairs and would answer any questions I had after I left their shop in California and my car went to Oregon. I recommend them every time some one asks how I keep me car running. I say Akbar Service in upland California. THANK YOU for keeping my car on the road..Diego Mendez

The staff here are super nice and this shop is great. I found them because I had my 2010 Mercedes GL550 at the dealer ship for a recall. Then of course the dealership tells me there are a million other problems whith my car and try to up sell me almost $8,000 dollars of extra repairs. I was so frustrated I decided to call this shop because I drive by them every day. They literally quoted me half of the price the dealer quoted me for my engine mounts, transmission mounts, air suspension, service D and a complete brake job. I immediately towed my car from the dealership to Akbar Service. They finished the job at the exact price they quoted me over the phone. I probably would have been forced to sell my car based on the ridiculous price the dealer quoted me. All I can say is thank you. I had such a great overall experience with Akbar Service couple weeks ago. The service that was given to myself and my car, saved my pocket book compared to what the dealer was asking! And, yes all original parts. Eric was the gentleman that took care of me. He was very kind, easy to talk to, and very helpful. The entire staff was also nice and made me feel very welcomed and important.I was very impressed and thankful for the turnaround rate on my vehicle. (Which, I didn't expect) I didn't book any appointments, and my car needed lots of repairs. They knew the urgency I had with getting my car back as soon as possible. My car runs even better now too.They won a lifetime customer! Thank you all for such a pleasant, kind, and professional experience! Good Customer Service is so hard to come across these days. Great shop and great staff! Very happy with the services. They diagnosed and repaired my SL500 and also did a couple of other miscellaneous things like change the oil and brake and coolant flush at a good price! Cheaper than going to the dealer and very professional shop, I would highly recommend this place for anyone who owns a Mercedes or BMW.

So let me start off by saying this was the best experience I have had IN THE INLAND EMPIRE with servicing my 2017 Mercedes C300. Everyone here is so friendly and they always get me serviced quickly. When I first started coming here, they informed me that the previous auto shop I was going to was using lower grade oil filters, and the guys here were able to replace it with a Mercedes certified oil filter, FOR THE SAME COST. They make everything really easy, because they are always very professional, trustworthy, and affordable!!!

First time I have ever serviced my Mercedes Benz and my wife's BMW anywhere other than the dealerships, so I was hesitant at first. Akbar Service did a phenomenal job on both cars. According to the owner, they only work on Mercedes and BMW and Mini Cooper. I'll definitely be back. Very Happy. Keep up the good work gentlemen!

The guys at Akbar Services are great! I had an issue with my car and both Eric (mechanic) and Eric (owner) were super helpful. I had asked them to deal with a really annoying non-normal issue with an engine in a car it didn't come from. Even though they ended up not being able to fix the issue they were very strait forward and honest about it. Eric had set a standard for himself in that he could have guessed the repair and charged me, but because he was not 100% sure he chose not to do that. The honesty and friendliness I experienced will definitely bring me back to ask for help in the future.

I first came here back in 1998 to have my then 1982 320i BMW serviced, best decision ever. Not only did my car receive a red carpet service, so did I. 20 plus years later today, my 2011 C300 is receiving the same red carpet treatment, as well as I. The Akbars are more than just experts at their craft in servicing Mercedes & BMW's, they are true & honest friends. From Mike Sr. on down to the mechanics, you're treated with respect & integrity. You won't go wrong here, they know what they're doing here. Affordable & ethical. True story.

I took my son's car for repairs and to teach him how to get his car service and not be taken for all his money. This place has Excellent Customer Service. Very detailed oriented. I would definitely return and recommend.

Do yourself a favor and take your car to a reputable service center. You ll be ahead in the long run. My mother had been taking her now 20 year old Mercedes with 100,000 miles on it to this Mercedes repair shop for years. She said she liked the owner but something didn t seem right with the mechanic, she said, he never looks you in the eye. Every time she got her car back something else was wrong with it, but she kept taking it back because she said she trusted the owner. Finally, she took it in for service recently & when she got her car back the interior lining was wet and hanging down, totally ruined. She didn t notice it immediately because they tried to conceal the damage, but she took it back the following day and they told her you must have left the sunroof open when it rained, but she hadn t EVER opened the sunroof. What happened was someone was driving her car at this repair shop, opened the sunroof, didn t close it all the way, it rained while it was at the shop overnight (or where ever they drove it to) and it ruined the interior of my mom s car. They did not take responsibility for any damage and they ruined my mom s car. How could you treat a loyal customer like this? Shame on you!

They will play you dumb if they see you are loyal to them and don t double check parts. my ignition coils are different 3 (white) 3 (orange) he insisted that they don t know what happen. Mind you I didn t go in there demanding for a refund right away but I was upset with the shop after spending thousands of dollars there bmw after bmw. To make a long story short don t trust these guys they will tax you on parts twice so they profit off your hard earned money. TRUST ME I LEARNED THAT THE HARD WAY. New edit they made right to what happened but still lost my services.

I own a 2004 BMW x3. This shop replaced my oxygen sensors while i waited and they charged me 50% less than the dealership. Super happy i found them and glad to have had them work on my car.

I recently brought in my 2015 mercedes S63 Amg in for a full service. I went to the mercedes dealership and the price they gave me was not reasonable. I found this shop on yelp and i was not disappointed. The staff was very helpful and kind. I was qouted HALF the price from what the mercedes dealership gave me. The work done to my car was top grade work using the same oem factory parts needed for my car. They are very professional and know what they are doing. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

They more then took care of me. They gave me a service that not only left my car in great shape but demonstrated integrity and a superb work ethic. I highly recommend Akbar for any BMW or Mercedes job. They understand the hassle engine problems can be and did their best to help me out. Thanks guys.

I had the worst service and was overcharged. I signed a work order for a $90 oil change and was charged $240. I never received a call to authorize the extra work. They changed a $30 cabin filter and charged me an additional $150 I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone. I was told it would take 2 hrs and after 6 hrs I had to call them and was told it would be done soon. I waited an additional 1 hrsin there dirty hot in air conditioned room. Thanks for nothing Akbar.

i paid for a diagnostic as my gas gauge didn't work. they told me it was the gas sending unit and it would cost me $1,000 for them to fix it. i decided to take it to the dealer instead; as the same repair they claimed was $1000 bucks was $900 at the DEALER - yes the dealer was cheaper.A REAL diagnostic at the dealer found it was a single wire that broke off the gas tank terminal! repair was $173 at the Mercedes dealer. the dealer diagnostic also found a brake sensor was bad and a small leak on the valve cover. i can't believe i wasted money there and could have lost $1,000 bucks on a fantasy repair. the staff was friendly, but in my opinion the dealer did a better job and for a lot less money repaired it.I'm glad i had a second opinion - you should too.i thought about asking for a refund on my mis-diagnostic but i will take my loss there and move on.C300 Mercedes

GREAT SHOP! GREAT PRICES!!!!!! Very happy with the services. They fixed my E46 bmw changed my oil, brake fluid flush, and coolant flush all done for A REALLY GREAT PRICE ! I Would highley recommend this shop to anyone owning a bmw

this place used to be excellent. NO MORE! i was there august 2014 and they charged me for things they did not do, put in parts that were not bad, sold me a battery that did not work; and more. NEVER AGAIN. they charged me $1500.00 at first, when i went back because battery didn't work, they charged me additional $500.00 for alternator, which i later found out had been checked the day before by Dream Cars Hesperia, ca. and was in excellent working order. So sad to see an honest christian man turn so corrupt. God bless you and your sons.

I would like to share my wonderful experience with Akbar service. I am a local Realtor with Century 21 Primetime Realtors here in the city of Chino, and being self employed, I rely my day on a smooth running mothership my 750i. I met the family by just waking in to their business. Instantly, I was able to feel that are very honest, caring and very knowledgeable of their business. They are very flexible, and reasonable with repairs. I felt like a relative was helping me out at a time of need. I recommend Akbar service to anyone in the need of 1st class mechanics on BMW or other high end help maker in mechanics. They are absolutely the Best!!

The mechanics and the owners son are all really great guys but the actual owner, himself, is not someone I ever want to spend a second of my life around ever again. Very rude, short, and self-centered.

Took my older car here, which is a plus, because not many dealerships want to take any car before 2000 in!The technician's number one priority is customer safety. They only upsell when they observe something that needs to be sold. especially if the customer's safety AND other people's safety come into play.But sometimes people don't have money and it makes me wonder why they drive Mercedes in the first place?? Out of warranty these cars will end you and your wallet.

2009 E350 leaking oil for a while. Went to this place to fix. Replaced 3 plug , totally cost $300. Happy with this price. Got the vehicle fixed in the same day.
