So much appreciation for them. I can t begin to explain how grateful I am for this shop. I was in much needed guidance after experiencing such horrible overpriced experience at another local mechanic shop. Feeling defeated and overcome with worry I prayed and was guided to call this shop. From the first phone call they were welcoming, friendly and very professional. I have extended warranty on my vehicle and well, they are great to have I also understand they are also a pain and can be demanding working with a third party; not only did they work with them they also did the non warranty part for not even half of what the other shop was asking for. I was out of town and not familiar with a lot considering I don t know much about vehicles. They communicated well with my insurance and husband and guiding us truly to the best, honest, ethical options. Shops and customer service like this, sadly, don't exist anymore, let alone the honesty of work. My sister lives nearby and I will always bring my vehicle to this shop when I m in town. I trust them fully and I am so appreciative. Thank you All!

Im always very happy anytime I get any work done on my cars here. The owner Ed is such a great man. Reliable , honest and trustworthy. Few years back when James was there, he made sure my cars were in good hands and that I was getting the best deal. Jose really helped me out recently and it's much appreciated. The customer service is great here and I always feel like I get a good deal for quality reliable service. I also bought a car here in 2017. Ive had oil changes, breaks replaced, fuel pump, water pump, radiator, engine belts, spark plugs, wipers, battery replacements, and recently a catalytic converter cover put on. Went in because my brakes started making a horrible noise and feared I might have a really expensive issue on my hands and wanted to avoid the dealership. I saw this place had a 5 star review and took a chance on it without any information word of mouth. I m glad I did. The place opened at 7. I called at 8 and they said to bring it down and that as long as they had the proper parts they could get everything checked out, get me a quote, and get it done all same day. They delivered on that promise. Took my truck in around 9:30 and left it for them to diagnose the problem, received a call about an hour later telling me that my brakes needed replacement but that they could save my rotors and resurface them. Jose, who handled the experience let me know my truck should be ready by 2:30 and he would follow up with a phone call. I got a phone call around 2:20 saying my truck was ready. They delivered on every promise and my Colorado is braking like a champ now! I had discussed coming back to get LED headlights installed and Jose even offered to help me in the process to find the right lights for me even if that meant buying the parts elsewhere and just coming in for installation. Definitely recommend this spot as they are nice, professional, and get their projects done in a timely manner with a great price! I ll definitely be back to this spot for my future car troubles.Service: Brake service & repair

I always have my smog check here. Also, when I needed an alignment asap, and they could not do it, they were nice enough to refer a competitor, so I can have my alignment done. Great people!

Best place ever. They use dealer parts. My car won't pass smog and 750.00 it did. It got fixed on a day!Ps. I checked online and one part was 400.00. So 750.00 with other needed parts makes since. Again job well done and all done in a day.

I've been to 123 Auto Repair twice and will continue to go back for all of my auto needs.
