Looks like ownership has changed. New company is horrible. The person name Victor thinks that customer doesn t need respect. He asked me upgrade to synthetic oil, I agreed. He said he I ll check cabin filter under the glove box, I said I am fine. He took out the filter and showed me that, it was partially blacked out. Since it was a drive through service I was still sitting in my car. I took the filter in my hand and extended towards the driver window to take a look. He says we keep our floor clean, do it inside your car. There was no falling dirts in the filter, which can dirty his floor. I took a picture of the floor, which clearly show no dirt from the filter. Anyways I got oil and filter work. While paying the bill the billing lady was rude. They were treating the customers as if I am in a third world country and there is no option in town to do the oil change.Earlier company was good, I got oil changes 4 times in a row no issues. I gave that time rating 5 . With new management they don t deserve even 1 rating. I never had such a horrible treatment as a customer.

Service tech was outstanding. So nice and polite. I don't think I will be going back though, prices are just too high. It is a shame because the people working there are great.

My experience with the representatives was outstanding. What I had a problem with was on my receipt there were 3 things that were not done. Windshield cleaning, proper air inflation of tires and check all fluids. Not done.The biggest complaint though is the price. This location in union city ca was taken over by oil changers 3-4 months ago.He came to my window and said the price for an oil change was $116. (2023 Honda pilot)The other business charged me $57.I have been going here for 15 YEARS.I agreed to have it done. I asked if they (workers) received a raise and the said no. Normally I would just stop coming to a business and not say a word.But, I wanted to leave a message about how I will not return and will not support corporate greed. Eventually you will lose business and all your workers and wonder why. I own 3 cars. I also noticed no prices on signs posted. This bait/pressure sales tactic won t work. Have a great day.

I don t live near the Union City Oil Changers anymore but still make the drive to them because I love their customer service! Great group of workers! Thank you..

I had an oil change service done on my vehicle. The staff was very knowledgeable and courteous. The best part about it was out of there in no time. Oh did I mention Veterans discount!

I have been a customer for over 10 years and appreciate the great service. But now the place was sold to new owners and increased their prices to the moon. Sadly I will no longer bring my business there because of the high very high prices this is why I gave 3 stars. Hopefully the new owners bring back the prices to earth.

Well, exact same service, brought my own oil and filter. It was 30 bucks after coupon before the ownership change. Now it's 60 bucks. Seriously? 60 bucks for labor only just to change oil? I'll just go somewhere else next time.I have to say, before the ownership change, it was a great place to change oil at a reasonable price. Now, the experience is still good, not at the current price though.-----------------------------------------Update:Thank you for your response. I'd like to highlight that I recently had an oil change for a similar vehicle at another "Oil Changers" location in Fremont, just about 10 minutes away. Like before, I provided my own oil and filter. They charged me $45 for the service. While this is still higher than what I previously paid, the significant price discrepancy between two nearby "Oil Changers" locations offering the same service is puzzling. Such inconsistencies might discourage customers, like myself, from returning in the future.

Price went up. The sticker is not good. I have to hand write in my own mileage of when I need to come back. I don t like it. I have always gotten a sticker with a recommended date/mileage in California. I was going to this place for years before Oil Changers took over and changed that plus increased price.

The team always provides fast and friendly service. In addition to the oil change, they check tire pressure, all of my lights/turn signals and top off important fluids. Amazing service!

No one knew how much oil to put in my Honda, it was kinda scary hoping they would look on the inside of door and know exactly how much oil to put in the engine. He gave the oil tec. Two different numbers for quarts of oil to use, then he started air pressure, and without looking at the required amount of air to use, I had to tell him it was 32, and he replied , oh it uses 32? . My impression was they didn t have much experience but the customer service of the female in billing was great!

Very pleased with my experience. Previous oil changes I ve needed an appointment just to wait an hour before my service is started. I pulled right in and the team hopped right in to give me my oil change options and let me know if any low or poor fluids that needed to be replaced. They checked my air filters and replaced those as well. Price was very reasonable for how quickly the service was done. Will be coming back again.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Had to update with the new owner or takeover only offer one service now which is full which I don't need anymore and I only need the basic pil change since I do get full service twice a year but besides that I just need basic change I think this is ridiculous tbh because they use to offer 3 services which was awesome now its only one I think just a cash grab now

I ve been here a few times now and I always come back here because they get you in and out in no time. Like the name says 10 minute oil change and that s about right. Super friendly staff, prices fair and quick and easy. They were even so nice they game me a discount and it was for a Google ad discount, go figure. 5 stars for super great customer service.

What can I say. Been trusting this place with all our family cars for 18 years and counting. Fast friendly service. Contributes to longevity of your car's engine.More update: Came in today to do my oil check and the staff recommended me to come back some other time and save my money because my oil level doesn't need change yet. I appreciate the honesty and great service.

Quick & friendly service for smog test. A little more expensive than others I've seen, but reasonable: $68 after a "discount" that everyone seemed to be given, $59+free re-test if car doesn't pass

This is a one person employee experience that made me give 1 star. Please note that I have been to this outlet before and had a great experienceDuring my recent visit the oil change was done quickly. However, the mechanic was constantly condescending and disrespectful in verbal exchange. When I said no to cabin and air filter change saying that I'll be changing that myself the person sneakily said "leave them dirty"In today's time of customer service the least you expect is pleasant or respectful conversation when you are paying money to get service done.I won't be coming back to this center again due to this one employeeService: Oil change

LAZY LAZY LAZY! Laziness will reflect in the quality of work, I would not go here. They said they couldnt change the oil on my 2018 Toyota 4runner because it was too much work because of the stock skid plate which they claimed was aftermarket. As you can see its two bolts to access the oil drain plug, TWO BOLTS! If thats too much work, I wonder if they really even change the oil on your cars! Unbelievable!Service: Oil change

Guys, be careful when you apply coupons. These guys will not tell you the detailed cost, even though you showed them the coupon while selecting your oil package, you have to explicitly tell them about the coupon while payment, else nothings gets applied. I am not going to this location again.

It was really fast and convenient- you don't have to get out of car and everything finished pretty quickly. I went there around 9 am and there was no need to wait. I could do both oil change and smog check and it was a definitely plus for me. The staff was very polite and courteous and overall I had a good experience. Don't forget to bring a coupon from their website- it's a pretty big discount for oil change.Service: Oil change
