They definitely do not care about anything or anyone. I went in a few weeks ago to see if I could get some wipers and a few seconds in a couple of guys rushed out stealing who knows what and the one guy behind the register looked too buzzed to care. Not only that but when I went up to him to ask for information his words were slightly slurring and he smelled like he just left the bar. I couldn't really understand him and he seemed to get frustrated at me and started getting a bit more aggressive so I just left. Definitely not going back to this place.Low staff, unprofessional staff that is there, no security, and no customer service I wonder how this place is still open. Don't recommend.

Advance auto parts in South Hayward is the best auto parts store in town. All of the staff are about customer service. The blonde female manager is an absolute awesome person to work with. I highly recommend their store.

Try to call to get information to buy 6 batteries, but the person who answered the phone just can t wait to hang up on me without even let me finish what kind of battery that I am looking for. He just keep saying sorry, out of stock, sorry, we don t have that.

Mayank was very helpful. I didn't expect to get excellent service from auto partsstore as I have gotten pretty much no service from other auto parts stores will be comingback hear for my Mercedes parts.

I m really debating between giving three or four stars. The staff was super friendly and really took their time to help me. Also store was very neat and clean But My main issue is that they signed me up for their mailing list without my consent. When the clerk asked for my email, I thought he would be sending my receipt similarly to other stores that ask for my email. I wasn t prompted to opt in nor given any info that I was being emailed their promos. Feels a bit underhanded for what started as a really good customer service interaction.Truthfully I d probably come back here again for other car parts but I would just be wary when giving out my email to the checkout.

I had a really good experience here. Really friendly employees! They took the time to look up engine oil and engine filters to help me match the ones for my car. There was a promotion for engine oil + filters going on and even though the signs weren't very helpful, the employee here took her time to look up the details of the promotion, try a bunch of different combinations and helped me get the right product. The folks here truly cared about the customer and I'll definitely be coming back! It helps that it's so close to the Home Depot.

There stock is ok, but forget about ordering anything, they do not follow through. Follow up...they found my items that I ordered and apologized for their error. I thought that was nice of them. I have been back many times for parts and will continue to do so.

Whoever it was who helped me there went above and beyond! I broke down and he helped get me the right parts transferred quickly to his store from a neighboring even though he didn't have it in stock. There are not many people like this in customer service anymore.Thanks again!

They are not up to date about their online inventory. I ordered an item online and then they canceled it after couple hours saying item not available at this location. Wasted my time.
