I made a deal to get 2018 Nissan Sentra, Did the credit check and made a deal to have the car delivered on Monday at 1:00pm. at 5:00 I was told By Luis that they was unable to finish the cleaning of car for delivery,and promised the car would be ready on Tuesday at 1:00pm. On Tuesday at about 5:00 Luis finally called after I left several messages to inform me that the Nissan Sentra we made a deal on had damages over 4,000 dollars and that the car was un saleable. To me that seems like a breach of contact, why advertise a car that has damages? He then told me the only car available to me was a lesser model but at with the same deal....That when it all became clear to me that this was the plan all along...Bait me with the car I wanted so I would stop looking and then give me another car of lesser value for the same deal...To me this is very unethical.... And I plan to login a complaint with the best business association.

I have been looking for a car for the past 3 months and had a few models I was interested in. I walked into a few (non Honda) dealerships in Marin CA and no one really cared to help me, I was even told the cars I was interested in had a waiting list and to check back in a month, etc... I happened to see a beautiful Honda Civic Si on the Thurston Honda's website. I called to inquire about it and was put in touch within a matter of minutes with one of Thurston's sales people, Kevin Brown. Kevin not only showed interest in talking to me but came in on his day off work to meet me at the dealership. I never felt any pressure to buy, instead felt like I was treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Kevin Brown and the entire staff at Thurston seem like they have a lot of fun doing what they do and it shows with how they treat their customers. I'd highly recommend Thurston Honda to anyone looking for a car. I really can't express what a great buying experience I had. Thank you to Kevin Brown and the entire Thurston staff who helped me.

Great dealership. Bought two new Honda's from them. Always friendly and super helpful. Arthur the parts guy is awesome. Best dealership I have been to with the exception of the old Saturn dealership in. Santa Rosa. I trust them and recommend them highly. Love my Ridgeline from day one. Been a fabulous truck. Love to have a new one but can't afford it. Thanks gang.

Be careful with Thurstons Honda service center. Its the WORST! the techs need a lot more training. any work they do on your car they don't honor any guarantee once your out of their lot according to the service manager, they make it seem like its my fault for it not being fixed properly. In my experience they did not take responsibility for their mistake, in result i had to pay twice for the same service, & still not fixed they damaged my car even more. I will not continue to support Thurston.

I had a great experience at Thurston Honda recently. Kevin Brown is great and a very helpful salesman. And Joe Oseguera back in the mechanics shop is top notch. Both are always polite and very helpful. Give them a call.

There was a temporary mix-up over replacement tires I had ordered, and the service manager really stepped up and solved the problem. He even washed my car! Great customer service

Just picked my car up from les Schwab where they told me my tires were way overinflated. I just got my car back from Thurston Honda last week and this is absolutely ridiculous. If they re messing up the small stuff I can t imagine what they re messing up inside my engine. Clueless!

This was the best auto purchase experience I have ever had, period! The dealership and especially Kevin Brown, went above and beyond to help me get the truck my business needs. I cannot stress enough the appreciation I have for the patience and care taken by Kevin and the team to understand my needs, preferences and budget. They nailed it!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Milo More at your Thurston Honda facility. He was very professional, knew his products and on top of it all was efficient and friendly. He put me in the car I needed in a procedure which was relatively quick and easy. I was very pleased with the outcome.

I d like to say a big thank you Dave & Larissa in the Service Department they were both so friendly and helpful I was having a costly repair done to my car Dave suggested I call my auto insurance and see if they would pay for the repair he was right they paid $2400.00 leaving me with a service bill of $100.00 I can t thank them enough

It says Thursday Honda but Thurston Honda has also Dodge dealership where I go I was a little leery at first but as I done business with the Dodge people there they'll do things for you and they'll bend over backwards to make you happy about your vehicles as you know anything can happen at any time with these computer rise d automobiles that we have today so just do a little bit of background we used to use different things wires and all that nowadays are full of Chino because cost you $2,500 so everything is going out of sight I see no end to our problem here in our home country and everybody knows everybody is beginning to be aware of our surroundings and our government that's all I got to say about that Thurston Dodge Hondas really great in every way I give them a $10 golden star instead of a five star.max.

Terrible experience. Bought a brand new car, had 3 miles on it when i test drove it. My salesman was great, didn t seem pushy and was very informative. They did a full detail before i left (don t know why, the car was literally brand new.) Not sure if it was the detailers first day on the job or if they just don t care to train their employees, but the detailer used the incorrect brush to wash my car and put swirl scratch marks ALL over the car. every single panel. Obviously upset, considering this NEVER would ve happened as i would ve taken precaution and washed this vehicle CORRECTLY, i let my salesmen know. I already had an appointment to come back to put the Z�rich shield on, so my salesman was apologetic and said that they would buff out the car when I came there for that appointment. When I came in, i spoke with a manager who was less than happy to help me, made me feel like i was bugging him. Didn t even apologize for his employees lack of training/mistake. I explained and showed him the swirl marks, and he told me he wasn t sure who washed the car that night but assured me the detail dept would take care of it. after about 3 hours of waiting the manager brought me back to detail so i could see the car. There was still visibly swirl marks all over the decklid and any panel that was hitting immediate sunlight. Clearly upset, pointing out scratches to the men, The detailer asked if i wanted him to buff it again, which i obviously said yes. So they rebuffed the trunk lid, and assured me at least three times while standing there that they buffed THE WHOLE car. The manager had disappeared by this point, didn t even wait around to see if i was satisfied. The detailer sent me off. Well, after taking the car home it is clear they did not buff the whole car, and more than likely waxed it to make it seem like it was buffed. I m furious and beyond frustrated, my brand new vehicle has swirl marks on the entirety of every single panel as if it s 5 years old. I m not sure what route to take but obviously the dealership stops caring once you sign the papers and walk off the lot that first day. I even filled out the survey, explaining how frustrated I was and how unprofessional the manager treated me. No one contacted me. So now I am stuck with a car that puts me in a bad mood every time i walk up to it or walk away from it because i see swirly scratch marks all over it. I would recommend looking into different dealerships with knowledgeable and professional management, as Thurston Honda lacks in this department completely. As for my scratched paint I don t plan on returning to the dealership as they clearly cannot do the job correctly, and plan on reaching out to BBB in regards to what steps to take next so that I can fix the dealership s damage done to my paint.

LIARS and CROOKS!!! Told me a mouse crawled into my AC compressor and that is not physically possible and tried to charge me $3500!!!(sorry got the bill number wrong but thanks for sharing my info to the public! You care more about your image than providing quality auto service)

WORST PLACE TO GET WORK DONE ON A HONDA BETTER OFF GOING OUT OF TOWN. WILL QUOTE YOU WRONG PRICES AND TAKE OVER 3 HOURS TO GET ANYTHING DONE. IF PEOPLE ARRIVE AFTER EXPECT THEM TO BE HELPED BEFORE YOU GET ANY HELP.

We ve been getting all our oil change & maintenance here since 2012 on our Honda Fit! Generally these guys always do an exceptional job, and when they don t they fix it fast. Super friendly local dealership that works to keep their customer satisfied and safe in their cars!

I had a gift certificate for a full inside and outside detailing and didn't know how many service departments they had at the plaza. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great job done on both the interior and exterior, I was so pleased.

Great service department! Friday afternoon, middle of a road trip, never been here before, these guys got me diagnosed, repaired and back on the road by 5:00. Very professional, polite, good technical explanations of repairs. Kudos to Chris Bagnall service consultant, and all staff. Am normally very wary of dealerships, but you guys made me feel like a respected and valued guest. Thanks!

Make an appointment and you will be in and out. These guys were amazing, my stroller needed a little air in the tires and they helped me out. Other places wouldn't, as it was a liability issue. Thank you Thurston Honda.

Thurston Honda has the worst service of ANY automobile dealer I've ever gone to!! I've even had them last time they left the cap off and oil went all over the engine and everywhere else and it had to be towed back for them to do over and clean it up due to the fact that we live 20 miles away! No apology or comments made. Today I went to get a key made and asked the cost. I was told $30 however what they FAILED to tell me was about the $70 charge to program it as if it was nothing!!!! If you can go somewhere else if will be better service guaranteed!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Service dept was very good....lots of knowledge. Sales department not so great. We made an appointment with one of the sales guy and he wasn't even there. They had to call him in. We were going to buy a new Honda Ridgeline but we didn't.

Christian in SERVICE Dept was Great. Purchased last year new 2017 Honda CRY AW Drive Touring. Absolutely love this car. Just took it in for the first oil change. They rotated tires filled fluids, was told on next visit will change filters, Etc. Great Service.

I had oil changes done at both the Honda and the Dodge service departments and couldn't be happier... Kevin our salesman was able to make our wait easy and enjoyable... I highly recommend seeing Kevin Brown if you need to purchase a vehicle in Ukiah!!!

Don't waste your time or money with these idiots. I bought 4 new tires from them and had them installed. They didn't do a wheel alignment afterwards which is what you usually do when you get new tires, it's around $50. I brought this up to the service advisor Bryan, but he said it wasn't necessary. I got the alignment done somewhere else, WHICH IT NEEDED. A couple of months later I had a slow leak in a tire which these flunkies couldn't find or fix. A tire doesn't leak for no good reason. I went to a competent Honda dealership and it turns out I had a pin in the tire, which was repaired. This place really doesn't have their act together.

I had a safety recall done. The process was smooth and the waiting room was comfortable. It took less time than expected. Staff was helpful and courteous.
