The service staff always takes such good care of me and I always leave knowing exactly what is going on with my Jeep. They're so good, I even bring em snacks occasionally. Thanks y'all!!

I have to give them 1 star or I can't post. Another horrible experience dealing with the crew at Thurstons! Had my truck 2020 Ram there twice in the last 2 weeks for routine maintenance. Some work was performed and some wasn't, even though I was charged for parts upfront and invoiced for services. Everytime (been a customer for years) I've had to deal with them I feel frustrated and completely unsatisfied. I believe in supporting local, but not these guys!

Just had the worst experience trying to buy a charger, i test drove it loved it and said we could discuss figures as soon as we did the numbers just started going up and up so finally I offered to just pay the vehicle off with a certain amount and the manager sarcastically said well i would too but thats not how it works and then as i was leaving he said i am just trying to educate you to which I replied i do not need education, i need a vehicle. Terrible customer service. Keep in mind the manager was being smug and acting as if i was not a customer but more of a nuisance.

A big shout out to the service manager at Thurston Dodge, Ukiah. My brother died this summer and his truck broke down and was towed to the dealer. They diagnosed the issue and let me keep it in their lot until I could figure out how to sell it from Massachusetts. The service manager was more helpful than he needed to be. This process took several months and there was no pressure to get the truck removed. He was sensitive the situation and was happy to help me out in this difficult situation. He had nothing to gain except good karma. Every interaction with him was kind and professional. Thank you again for being human and showing compassion in this crazy world.

Crooks. Had to sell my 2020 at auction because of an open recall that wasn't getting fixed. This dealer did NOTHING to help, tried to lowball me on my truck and sell me another one at a 5k markup, even though I bought my truck there. Got 8 grand more for my truck at the Ford dealership down the road. They are still not helping me get my extended warranty refunded and still have not given me my DMV refund from a year ago despite half a dozen requests. Great service dept but I'll never do business with anything Thurston again.

Our puppy demolished our only key fob for our truck. Thurston was able to get us in same day and get a key connected. Definitely 4-stars for the service department, but the parts department ended up charging more than originally estimated. Also had to pay for parts and service separately which wasn't the easiest with a toddler...

I do business at Thurston Dodge all the time with my grand Dodge caravan she want a job that's guaranteed by the manufacturer of the parts and the workmanship they're a little bit higher than the shade tree mechanic but the job will be done right and you'll have a guarantee so that's where I do business they're really nice people they will help you any way they can and I've seen them do work for lower than a shade tree mechanic if they think that you're unable to get the job done.max.

I always receive my Thurston Experience in this service department. Steve was an awesome representative of what the Thurston family strives to give their community. Today was as scheduled and contacts were gracious, helpful, interested in our satisfaction. Our vehicles were purchased at this dealership. We've had few problems and always received timely, pleasant repair help.

Was on my way to Arcata CA from San Antonio TX. Lost my water pump on my longhorn Laramie diesel was down at the shop only 2hrs fast service friendly people
