I worked with Jeff Coddington to buy a 2024 Rav4 Woodland. The whole process was super low pressure, Jeff answered all and any questions I had and gave a fair price for a rare vehicle. Merrill with financing worked to find me a better rate and Jeff even came in early on Saturday so I could pick up the new car.Thank you Jeff and the Thurston Team!

I booked my 1st oil change online and it didn t show on scheduling but the mechanics took me right away anyway and were very friendly and accommodating. I won t ever book online but I will definitely be back! Excellent. Even the salesman, Mike, remembered us and came by and spoke. A-1

Well, my old car decided to die at an inopportune time so I called an old friend who used to work at Thurston Auto in Ukiah. He got a hold of Rich in sales who had Camron Watts get a hold of me. After speaking with him I drove up to see what they had to offer not really expecting to drive away in a new car.Camron was very helpful and friendly, to my delight had a vehicle that met my needs. The process was very easy and I drove away in a 2020 Jeep Renegade 4�4 with low mileage. I work at a ski resort and this is a great vehicle for my needsThank you again Camron @ Thurston Auto in Ukiah

Posting about an experience for anonymous customer. The salesman talked this person into an expensive vehicle. They followed this person to their house an hr from the dealership to collect the down payment. They then allowed the person to drive off the lot with minimal coverage after the car was financed through the dealership. If I could rate no stars I would but I am encouraging people not to shop there for their vehicles because this sale seems like a scam. I am very disappointed!

So many great thing I can say about Camron he was so helpful and very professional helping get my car. I highly recommend him to anyone trying to finance or lease a vehicle I was well satisfied with my purchase.

The guy that worked with me was very nice. But I would like my seatbelt in the passenger side fixed still and more done to my car. Now that I still have a warranty I would like everything upgraded to make sure it doesn t break down the moment, the warranty expires. But the seatbelt was not fixed.

first thing, I called around 8am for appointment for oil changes, tire rotation, but help desk said, they dont have any available hours but its fully booked until next Sunday, but help desk said if ill bring the car, it will only take 1hr, then brought the car around 10:00am then Toyota tech said i need to wait 2-3hrs the max, oh well they put my car inside and started around 2pm, then done by 3pm. Im just hoping they will do better for people who doesn t have appointment and be honest how long it will take.

Camron Watts helped me get my Jeep! I really didn t have to do much besides give him my information over the phone, tell him what I needed, and show up for my test drive. He made it very easy. I thought I was going to have trouble, but he made it all work out. I m walking out with my New car today. Only took a few hours. Work with Camron if you need some guidance. He ll get you what you need!

Camron Watts at Thurston Chevrolet gave us very good service while buying our new electric car.We love our 2024 Blazer RS AWD. It drives and rides very nicely.You will want a level 2 charger at your house. The dealer is no help with that.

Our experience with sales rep Brian Martinazzi was the best; congenial and thoroughly knowledgeable about the vehicle and process. He worked with us for many months to make sure we got the vehicle and price we were looking for. Add to that, the dealership and it's showroom is clean and inviting. If there is another vehicle in our future, we would choose Thurston Auto Plaza again!

I had two very positive experiences here;1. Milo was absolutely spectacular to work with. When I go to buy a car, I always feel stressed about being "sold to" and pressured into buying a car I don't necessarily want, but Milo did not make me feel under the gun. I felt very respected, and that all my questions were answered. He was also very prompt about returning phone calls, always got back to me pretty quickly, and let me know when he wasn't able to.2. Nick Sanchez is one of the Master Techs here. I have an older Toyota, and the power steering went out, but I couldn't figure out why. Nick was assigned my car (I think that's how it works) and called me to explain in detail what had happened. He was very honest, and right to the point. It turns out it was my belt that had broken, from a part I didn't even know existed on these old cars. The repair ended up being a lot more affordable than I had anticipated, and Nick was absolutely wonderful.I would go here again just for the level of service I received from these two gentleman.

The best car buying experience I could have asked for. The staff is very helpful and very professional. The service department is very helpful and you don't have to worry about waiting around they offer a shuttle service that made it easy to keep up my busy schedule.I will being buying again.
