Excellent customer service!! Heather is great! They got our truck in and repaired in one day. They only fixed what needed to be fixed and didn't try to sell me on a bunch of other things. They are our new diesel mechanic! We drive from Fort Bragg just to have them do our work as they are very trustworthy and affordable.

Absolutely blown away at the customer service of not only the office staff but the mechanics as well. Extremely knowledgeable and actually explains things in depth so you know what is wrong. Will be a client for life that's definite!!!

The team at TC auto were so thorough diagnosing my cars problems. They worked with me on making sure everything was done the way I wanted it. I am extremely comfortable taking my car to them in the future for any other problems that may arise.

Took my car in for an alignment before a long road trip 1,300miles. Booking the alignment was easy, service was timely, the car drove true for the trip, they actually aligned the car with the steering wheel at the correct position(very rare in my experiences in the past with other shops) , the price was close to what some yahoos would charge to do it wrong.Very happy with my experiences with TC Automotive, will recommend them to anyone in the Ukiah area.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Being a business owner and having trucks it's extremely important that the trucks are kept up and not in the shop I recently brought 2 of my trucks in for services and the were repaired and out the same day I can't be more thankful that they able to do that with a great crew of guts.

TC was awesome with my F150 truck. They assessed the fuel pump issue and got it fixed quickly and are great at notifying you about what is going on with your vehicle.

Take your vehicle here! Charlie and crew will not let you leave until you are 100% satisfied with your vehicle. Diesel,gas truck car doesn t matter he will figure it out and fix it. Stands by all his work.

Broke down in or small RV 180 miles from home and was towed to TC on a Sunday. Spending the night in their parking lot we greeted Charlie and Heather Monday morning, they were honest with us that they were booked out for a week but would try to diagnose it and get to it as soon as possible. We rented a car and drove home. It did take 5 days due to waiting on the fuel pump to arrive, cost was fair and we would highly recommend them for their service.

When I broke down a few miles into a long trip and limped back to Ukiah they fit me into a very busy schedule, diagnosed, ordered parts and repaired exactly what I needed and for a fair price got me into my trip and I have been running trouble free ever since. i'm 73 and doing less and less of my own work on my MANY vehicles so it was great to find them and TC is where ALL my work will be accomplished in the future! They were the only shop that could get me in on short notice (next day) to do a last minute aftermarket part install (my own supplied part). They quoted a good price, but when they finished, the total they gave me was much higher. Apparently there had been a misunderstanding about the exact car model. But they made it right and honored the original price, so I give them 5 stars anyway. Overall a very good experience.

Quoting over $400 Labor to replace a radiator in an 06 Impala.I guess they assume everyone is desperate and clueless. I have a brand new radiator and wasn't expecting them to guarantee the work on customer supplied parts - so quoting that high was so that I would go elsewhere.I know how to do the job, but I have MS and my body hates me. It took everything I had in me and I will suffer for a few weeks - but I finished the job with just myself and the assistance of a neighbor in 3 hours.Over quoting is just mean ya'll.Just say you don't want to take in the work - the method you're using insults the integrity of everyone calling to ask for help. And it just makes ya'll look as bad as the rest of the folks out there looking to make a fast buck off the backs of the general population.On average, the cost for a Chevrolet Impala Car Radiator Replacement is $400 with $305 for parts and $95 for labor.If the person answering and quoting is looking at total cost including parts - they need retrained. Imagine the amount of business you could have if you were quoting correctly.

They got us in on short notice. Even though their power was out most of the day, they still fixed our truck's a/c and the price was very reasonable. We would recommend them to everyone!

I had a positive experience years ago, so it was a no brainer to bring my business use truck to TC Automotive. My dad came in over a week ago, gave a brief overview of the issue and was scheduled an appointment for this morning. Upon arrival, he was told there was no appointment for him and either way they didn t have a technician to work on his diesel. Things happen that are beyond ones control but in all honesty one simple phone call would ve gone a long way in this situation. Expected a lot better.

Charlie at TC Automotive took care of our family, and our Ford Mustang. We purchased shocks and struts, and their team performed the installation. Very professional, answered all of my questions, and they performed awesome service.
