I unfortunately can't remember what her name is, but the woman that I'm assuming works in the main office answering the phone is so nice! She was honestly the nicest person I've ever encountered while dealing with an impound/towing company. She was very helpful and straightforward about everything regarding the amount of money owed, as well as everything I needed to bring with me. She even went as far as breaking down why the amount owed was the amount that it was and what each fee/charge was for. She also told me what I needed to do in order to retrieve the information and paperwork that I was required to have when I go to get my boyfriends motorcycle out! Any experience I've ever had with a towing company or impound was always snobby, rude, and flat out disrespectful. So, to have the experience that I did over the phone with this woman was a breath of fresh air!The reason I didn't give them all five stars though, is because the amount of money that the company charges for towing and storage fees is absolutely outrageous! Not that any impound is affordable, but this place is by far the most expensive I've ever seen.

S And S Towing Srv Rescue provides great service. I hope I don't need a tow any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely call Roberto again. It was very reassuring to have a kind and honest person to work with when I was a little stressed out about my car.
