Amazing work! They showed up a day after I called for an appointment, came to my work so I didn t have to take any time off and they were done in less than 30 minutes. The owner and his wife are very friendly and half the price of other auto glass shops I called in Lake County. Living in a car in its best not to appear homeless so a practical yet European SUV seemed to be the ticket. Apparently transcontinental camouflage didn't work in my favor When the windshield installation techs intentionally covered the radio antenna contacts with sealant rendering it 30% useful. Mary Louise Kelly and Arnie Cornish on NPR, through that radio antenna basically held my hand through the grief of my son's suicide I could not appreciate their sabotage of my radios antenna any less. Don't mistake this post as an attempt at a tug on a heart string because I doubt you could find one with a dentist pick. The first windshield I purchased there for my 850 was golden. The lady behind the counter made sure it was done correctly so I assumed they were trustworthy. Now I have some expensive decisions I can barely afford to.make at the moment I can barely hear an article on how chimpanzees from different groups don't trust one another lending data to how a northern Californian windshield shop could mistake North Carolinian for an Angelino with prejudice. Place is great, the owner is super Kool, alot going on there.. car sales trailer sales!!! Cost me 200 bucks for my Chevy Tahoe. I was in and out, they put it in and record time.They explaind to me everything not to do with the new windshield in place. I really like the fact that they squeezed me right in and they were already busy with other cars and trucks. Thank you! guys did a great job, very satisfied. Excellent experience, all the way around from placing the initial call for service, to accurate quotes, to availability, amd even when a delay occurred, they offered most excellent customer service skills to work with us on getting our vehicle safely back on the road again in the fastest time possible. We brought 2 trucks in for replacing the back windows. They were exceptionally polite and very efficient. They were finished before we thought they would be. Will definitely use them again.

I just got my windshield done there and it took less than an hour and was only about two hundred bucks. They did a great job and were very friendly.

They back order supplies, the moment you buy a windshield, they order another one so they always have what you need, the work is done quickly, and the price is agreeable, then your on your way.
