Broke 1 stud on my car then refused to fix it then proceeded to hammer the rest back on with an impact gun. When I rotated my tires 3 more broke off called them up no help.

They ordered the wrong size tires and put them on my car. The new tires were significantly smaller and obvious upon just glancing at them but they still put them on my car and didn't even notice! They were not even compatible with my make and model of vehicle. I would imagine as a store that specializes in tires that the first thing they do when installing a new tire is double check that it is compatible with the car they are installing it on, especially if it is noticeably a completely different size tire. They were clearly super busy and rushing. I noticed right away and they had to order new tires. When I drove off all of my tires had different psi's. I had to go back today and they put on the correct tires however once again left with all different psi and the tire pressure light on. I had to go back and have them put the correct air pressure in. I watched the guy take air out of my tire which was overinflated and indicated by my warning light on my car to that specific tire. At first they tried to send me off saying it was fine but I insisted that they correct the tire pressure considering how much I already paid. They were clearly super busy again today and rushing which leaves me not confident in the integrity of my new tires and how they were installed. I wouldn't recommend them and probably will have to go to a new location to have their work double checked now. Major inconvenience

Horrible service when in for a band change and broke my car ! And had the adaucity to tell me it was something else & wanted to charge me an extra fee to diagnose my car again ! On top of that the broke my car handle and would not replace it ! This people are ripping people off!!!

Do not go here!!!!! Took my Jeep in to get tires mounted and my brand new wheels (in the box) then mounted on the Jeep. After watching them hammer a socket into my new wheels I slept what was wrong, turns out they were using the wrong socket and scratched the paint on the new wheels. After leaving I made it around the corner before I feel a horrible wobble in the front at 35mph. Took it back and they said to come back tomorrow for an alignment and that might fix it. So I drove it home and came back the next day to get the alignment. Manager drive it around and said that's the best he could get the wobble gone, it wasn't any better. After a week of it wobbling I took it to America's tire and every single tire was out of balance. NorCal tires just threw some weights on it and called it good. After leaving America's tire the wobble was gone and they didn't even charge me. So I figured if NorCal tires screwed up that bad on the balance they must have screwed up the alignment, sure enough, they said the alignment was good and after taking it to another shop a week later it was not aligned. Only one person at NorCal tires seem to know what he was doing and unfortunately he wasn't working on my Jeep.

Great little tire shop, friendly helpful staff. Had to replace a tire, they had me in and out in 15 minutes

Huge thanks to NorCal Tires!! We just got a flat in our Westfalia while heading up North for a gig, and they fixed us up in very little time. The guys here are awesome. Major props!

This place is awesome. They do oil changes, brakes, tune ups, way more than just a tire shop. The service is fast and they are always are good on the price.

These people bumped their heads trying to charge someone $129 for an alignment on a diesel truck. Every other tire center has said $80 or less. The trick question was "how much is it lifted" and they went by that.

Made an appointment got their 10 minutes prior to my time and 33 minutes later my car wasn t in yet! What s the point in making an appointment if your going to be seen 33+minutes later front desk guy didn t apologize or nothing!
