Failed to properly send in any paperwork and thus their still the lienholder on a vehicle I bought weeks ago. Repeatedly said the vehicle was in complete working condition and up to state standards. Had a maintenance light on when I got there, they said it was oil and they'll change it now. They changed it but said the light wouldn't turn off but oils good. Not a big issue but a little worrying. Then after purchase he hands me a safety check paper to take to the mechanic so he could show me its all good. The first thing he tested was the headlights which didn't work. 30 mins later I start driving and no issues, but get home and pop the hood to make sure its still okay after the drive. It was, but because the frame is broken in the front the hood needs to be slammed closed(they also told me they'd fix this after the oil), after slamming it shut coolant sprayed out its cap and after opening it we learned there's oil in the coolant. Contacted them the same day, and they wanted me to bring it back(not drivable that far anymore). They said in-store that if it was brought back in, repairs wouldn't be covered, so disregard the owners response to this below. Not once was the word free said or suggested in any email nor in-store. Either they botched the oil change and tried to screw me over, or they sold me a broken car after ensuring to both me and my father the engine will last a long time. Owner was good salesman but if the cars abnormally cheap, there's a reason why.

They try there hardest,vary personal,and to the point. Nice guys.ok cars. I dident know if I should pick less or more stars? I will get back to you on that when I know more for sure,thanks.

This is an interesting spot to look at cars. It combines consignment ones with others owned by the company. Responsive management and lots of options to choose from. I m currently working at possibly buying something from them. I ll update if I do.

They sell very expensive cars of poor quality and they break down in a month

These guys are con artists. I went in there and spent over a week inspecting a vehicle that I was considering. When I finally was ready to pull the trigger on the purchase, I mentioned the few cosmetic things and maintenance questions I had. They then DOUBLED the cost of the vehicle and told me I was mistaken about the price because the car was actually mislabeled. I have a pic that I could upload but it's not. After a week of talking about buying it and it was a car that was suggested to me, by them, for my price range! Needless to say that was last they will ever see of me.

I bought a truck from here that takes care of all of my needs. Brought my mom back and she bought a car. Sean and his staff are very helpful and courteous. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good used car and wants a good deal.

Honest guy who new I was homeless with a minimum income and still manage to work with me so I can get a car now at least I have a roof over my head this guy is great and I only owe two more payments. Two or three payments before my financing was up and the starter went out wasn't his fault but he still help me get another starter and worked with me so that I can manage to pay for it without being totally bankrupt I recommending was he a lot of money or a little. Very very respectful man that runs it down to earth they're both real good people when you can't beat the prices and most of their cars they run pretty good I bought a couple from there a while ago and man my Saturn lasted for years probably still be running if I didn't give it to my kids

He buys cars from sac and Fairfield from other auctions for 10 percent of what he charges the buyer. He then puts minimal money into repairs and sells them for high prices. I know this cause I didn't it for him for over a year I picked up clean fixed and did it all. Basically Matildas dad in real life. If u don't get the reference watch the movie u will completely understand then lol. It's a good place for those in a tight spot and desperate for a vehicle but otherwise it may as well be an orchard cause they all are lemons...... I still remember he bought a car online didn't see it in person drive hear it run nada and we picked it up and it was completely smash on the rear drivers side he still sold it.... This was something that should have been junk or parts and he put it back on the road!!!! That's disregard for basic safety.

I was very disappointed. They have alot of cars on their lot but most of them needed to be fixed before they could be sold or test driven. The ones that were ready he didn't want to sell. For a used car place, customer service was sorely lacking.

Price went up rather than down upon negotiating! Started at 3300 and went up to $4000 with multiple problems disclosed!! Won't go back

Warning!!!! do not buy cars here, there mostly salvaged cars from junkyards that have been in wrecks!
