Lopez auto glass hooked me up with a windshield last summer, and guess what? During the winter, I had this annoying leak. I thought it was the windshield....But you know what's amazing? I went back to them, and they were so cool about it. They told me that all I needed was to flush out the sunroof pockets where the water was getting trapped, the dealers don't tell us about this, and it can become a problem for a body shop . They tried to help me out by flushing them, and so far, so good! Now, my ride is back to normal. I can't stress enough how much I recommend Lopez auto glass. they have a grade attitude and took the time to explain to me. What was going on. Seriously, they saved me on a rainy day. Plus, they're a super friendly, family-owned business. Let's show them some love!

Fantastic service, had my hard to find windshield the very next day, when other glass companies told me my windshield wasn't available.Even though I had hit a fallen tree & the body was damaged as a result they went above & beyond my expectations doing a beautiful job on the less than perfect body. Absolutely, 100% satisfied and highly recommend Lopez Auto Glass.

I had a huge crack on my windshield for a while. Called at 11am Thursday, left a message, owner returned my call within minutes, made an appointment same day at 1pm! I've had several windows replaced here and the owner remembered me!Extremely accommodating, super friendly, professional, well priced, timely, clean and even had an outside canopy with a heater to chill while I waited! A rock hit my windshield on the highway and made a huge crack, which kept growing so I finally decided I needed to get it fixed. Called Lopez Auto glass and was a bit surprised by how much it was going to cost (I have a newer car that has a front camera so the windshield requires calibration). I did some research and reached out to my insurance and found out they were charging a lot less than other places and on the lower end of the average price (according to google). I decided to call them back and they were able to bill my insurance the remaining cost after my deductible and schedule me 4 days out. I was told it would take 2.5 hours and they were done in an hour. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. I would 100% recommend going to them!

It's the only glass place we use! And they were able to get us a windshield for an older truck overnight. Other glass places said it would take a few days because it was a hard one to find! And Lopez price was much more reasonable! (note: We were installing the glass ourselves and other places still wanted full price as if they were installing)

Seemed nice but the window started progressively rattling almost immediately after being replaced. Basically said my window just happened to fail after they replaced it. Now I have to pay again for someone else to fix it properly because I have zero trust that they're not just trying to scam me out of more money. Very disappointing.

So fast and professional. Stopped by one afternoon and had new glasses installed at noon the next day. Biggest plus was the price. Friendly people.

Found Lopez Auto Glass Ukiah on Google because it was going to be too expensive to get this done on the coast. Price was very reasonable. Glass took a few days to get (1998 Toyota Sienna). Made an appointment and was in an out in 90 minutes. Took a walk downtown, had lunch, walked back, drove home. Easy. Professional, clean work. Great experience.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I cought a rock in the middle of my windshield. It left a ding with 2 small cracks starting. I called Miguel & I took my car in. I'm handicapped & appreciated him fixing it while I sat comfortably in my car in his parking lot. He was pleasant to visit with as he worked. It didn't take long at all & I have to look hard to see the tiny spot that's left & the cracks are gone. Now I don't have to worry about replacing my windshield in the future from this. His price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop for any vehicle glass repair.

I got my quote from Leti who was wonderful. They didn't have my windshield in stock but were able to get it overnight. Lopez Auto Glass offers a great price, fast and friendly service. Done in 1.5 hours. I definitely recommend Lopez Auto Glass in Ukiah!

I had initially gotten my windshield replaced due to some damage and a year or two after the replacement the calibration went out. At first I went to Thurston Honda to see if it was something they could fix without a new windshield, and surprise surprise, they said "it had to be replaced" due to having gotten an aftermarket windshield. Well I'm here to tell you guys that was a lie, they just want to drain money out your pockets thinking you wont know any better. I went back to Lopez Auto Glass to see if they would be able to fix the issue, and to my luck, the owner got it work! He didnt even want to charge me!! All I can say is this is an honest hard working business that stays true to their work. I would recommend them first and above any other auto glass business in town any day!!! I am eternally grateful Very happy with their service. I've brought two vehicles here and their work is always great. Fast and friendly employees. Haven't been anywhere else in town that takes care of their customers as well as this little shop. Well deserved 5 stars.

My windshield had a crack few months back from a rock that hit it while I was driving on the interstate. Recently, I got alarmed because the crack was getting longer and very visible. When I was searching I found Lopez Auto Glass shop, read the reviews and decided to call them to inquire on how much I ll be paying. Miguel told me that he needed to assess the crack. So, I went to the shop and he told me that they do have the windshield for my car and it will need an hour for changing and installing. Got my appointment set on that day. On the day of my appointment, my windshield was installed in 30 minutes. I m amazed at how fast it was. Thank you!

Needed a windshield replaced and they were ready with the windshield in less than a week. They replaced it within two hours and calibrated the windshield for the cameras on our subaru. Professional and courteous.

Very good service, very fast. My windshield looks awesome. There's a restaurant across the street I recommend you waiting at until your windshield gets done. Just careful when you're pulling out of the parking lot, I bottomed out really bad pulling out.

My truck window wasn't working, called Lopez Auto; he made an appointment the same day. After inspection, the truck needed a part and Lopez Auto was able to get the part within 15 minutes and have my window working in 60 minutes. Fast, reliable, and friendly service.

I can't say enough good things about Miguel and the whole team at Lopez Auto Glass. Miguel was extremely kind, thorough, professional, and really went above and beyond to complete the job in a way that he was satisfied with, and we were definitely thrilled about. We had to replace the back window in our 2001 Tundra. If we ever need glass work again, this is where we will return to. We cannot recommend Miguel and Lopez Auto Glass highly enough. Thank you Miguel and Team, so much.

Besides having a crack in my windshield for some time...I have also had water spots on both passenger windows. When I went to get a new windshield, they were able to get the water spots off. My passenger windows look brand new. They were able to get me right In and communicated so well with me. Definitely recommending Lopez Auto Glass.

I would give this place 10 stars if it was possible. These guys were more than helpful. Got us in same day we called when no one else could. A couple days later our car was still leaking. They got us in right away and checked it. They spent time and energy and found the source of our leak. Even offered to try to fix it and recommended body shops. We HIGHLY recommend this place! They were honest and willing to help as much as they could!

Best experience I've ever had getting a windshield replaced. My windshield was completely shattered and Miguel got the whole job done in less than an hour. I am very impressed. I'll never go to another auto glass again.

Very friendly, replaced my windshield good as new, got it done in about an hour or less and got me in first thing in the morning! And was even way cheaper than the quoted price! Best in Mendocino county.

My windshield had a giant crack in it so, I called multiple places in ukiah to see where I could get my windshield replaced. Lopez Auto Glass was professional, honest, fast, affordable and the only business in town that would fix my windshield on a weekend. Miguel replaced the same exact windshield that my Subaru Forrester came with for a great price. He even taught me couple new things I was completely unaware of regarding features my windshield came with. Other auto shops in Ukiah tried to charge me a lot more money while taking all day and none of them could do it on the weekend. I highly recommend this business!-Alexandra Nicklas from Mendocino

Over 50% cheaper and more polite, faster then the most expensive place in Ukiah. They even fixed head liner in husband's truck. If you live in or around Ukiah and need you vehicle window replace or fixed Lopez Auto Glass is the best!
