I picked up a screw in my rv tire, and Joseph was a pleasure to work with! He was a nice man, and explained what he was doing. I was able to get it back to a service show for an estimate! Thank you for your quick and friendly service!

Just had the pleasure of coming here! Amazing service. We got a flat tire on the last day of our long road trip. Justin was really nice on the phone and in the store! and then he was the one to quickly fix our tire. And for free?! Another place quoted us $35 and to wait an hour. We are stoked!! Thank you SO much.

I just came back from Les Schwab in Ukiah, CA and noticed that I wasn't charged for fixing a TPMS sensor installation that a tire store in Santa Rosa had botched the day before.That was a very nice Christmas present and totally unexpected.Next time I need tires, I'm getting them here.Thank you very much! Absolutely wonderful people and service. They patched a leak in our tire and basically saved our vacation! All in less than an hour and at no charge. Shout out to Nikolas! You guys are the best

The place is clean, and the coffee is actually pretty good! That's a surprise for a car shop, the service is clear and honest, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, explain everything clearly, the charge is fair, they didn't try to fix something that's unnecessary. and most importantly, they found the problem that several other shops can not identify . There are some sneaky shops in Ukiah area which you should avoid, ......fortunately, this is one of the few good places that you can trust. I highly recommend.

I had an appointment today for 4 new tires at 12pm and I drove all the way from Fort Bragg and arrived 10 minutes early. I was told it would be 1 1/2 hours before they would even be able to start because they were running behind. I called the Willits shop thinking that they may be able to honor my appointment and it would be on my way home and they said they were running 1 1/2 hours behind as well. It sounds to me like they are overbooking and have no respect for their customers time. I will take my business somewhere else.

Mr Justin was not very pleasant. Had the attitude that an old car is not what he wanted in the shop. He also did not get correct info to contact me. Had me with the wrong address and phone number. Claimed many mail box was full when he had the wrong number. I have been doing business with Schwab during the last 20 years. Looks Ike I need to go else were. I will tell my friends about this rough greeting/ intake.

Met at the car by Justin within one minute of arriving, before I had a chance even to get oriented and out of the car! He immediately took the car in to fix the slow leak even as I was going into the office for the paperwork. Ozzy took care of me in there, and outside again there was Zack and Ronnie... and when the job was done, back inside, the young woman behind the desk inquired very nicely if I needed help no, much help already, thank you! (Didn't get her name.) In and out very expeditiously, everyone friendly and helpful, Zack and Justin and Ronnie making sure, when I asked, that I got to see the offending small screw before it came out, and the kind of patching that was done. Oh yeah, one more thing - the flat repair was... complimentary! :-) Great experience, thanks all! - Ken

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer Service is one of the worst I've ever seen. The front end girls think there S... don't stink. So after being looked down on, ignored multiple times and had to wait 6 hours( car was done in less then 5 still ridiculous) for 2 tire charges and a alignment. What they don't know is my company has over 78k employees and this has jeopardize us from keeping them as a go to for our fleet. Shouldn't make assumptions about people. The only good part was the machanic was fairly nice.

Reserved appointment online. Highly recommended. The Customer Service people were top notch and explained all the services that were completed. Would highly recommend Les Schwab for all your Auto needs.

Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, My lug nuts got destroyed and then I was charged $15 for each lug nut, was told that's what Napa charged. A simple internet search reveal differently what started out as 120 ended up being close to 500.I understand things happen but they should have stopped after issues with the first lug nut.Never going back there again

After a late night flat tire change on the side of the road, we brought our vehicle to Les Schwab the next morning. They diagnosed and patched the tire within 90 minutes and we continued on our road trip. Excellent service. Definitely use again

Great tires shop. Got my tires rotated in about 30 minutes. Sales person showed me some tires I'm interested in & let me know they ride very hard & gave me a information printout. Very nice staff.

I am impressed with their service. The staff are professional. They want to help their customers. My tire was changed in about half an hour. Rich is the technician who helped me yesterday. He was super efficient, friendly, and helpfulPrice is reasonable. The shop is clean and organized. I would go back again.

I felt that the man who helped me was very dismissive. It almost felt that I was a burden to his day. He did explain a quote and what I needed. However, his customer service skills left a lot to be desired. He did however have better attitude but only once I was being told that I needed to tires. I came in hoping I didn t need to tires, but knowing I probably was going to need them. The interaction made me not trust in the service. I ultimately went over to Costco where the service was excellent when getting new tires. I recommend customer service gets better for the business sake. When there is competition so near by, the largest distinguishing factor will be the customer service.

Update!!! 8/31/22...Kudos to Ryan, excellent customer service! Staff members are improving, but still need to weed out a couple more attitudes!!Not sure what's going on here...new management, maybe. At least they got rid of the rude woman that was working there, but 3 hour wait for a flat repair for a wheel that was already off the vehicle is too long. I hope that doesn't happen to a out of towner on vacation.

We lost two right rear tires and the rods that go in the hub. We have a 2010 f350 dually with a truck camper. Both rims were bad and this Crew with Jake the Manager went over the top of mount Shasta with helping us not be stranded more than 24 hours. They went to get those rims an hour away. Worked over the hours open to get us our truck. He then came and got us. Angels in disguise. Don't know what else we could do for these angels.

Really awesome shop, fast and helpful. They have patched my tires in the past and their tires are amazing. My go to spot for tires now. Also really fast and informative with tire rotations. Always good service

Called for a quote on brake pads, lady says you would have to bring it in for a free brake inspection and we will go from there, couple days later I'm driving by this less schwab on my lunch and decided to go ahead and Get the free brake inspection,I told the lady I have about 30 minutes I'm on lunch she said okay we can get you back in 20 minutes, I said perfect, after I waited for 45 minutes with nobody else in line this whole time I had to leave. Needless to say I will not be trying to get a quote here again.

Only Les Schwab that will allow me to bring in loose tires and wheels to get mounted for my old pickup! Means I have to truck them over from the next town over, but I got nice friendly and quick service!

I came in for an oil change, I left my car with them in the morning, returned in the evening after my job. They had my car for the whole day and did not change my oil. They told me my oil filter cap was worn down and I needed to purchase a new one before they would change it. I looked at it myself and changed my own oil just fine. Check your car before you pay

These guys are awesome! Not only will they plug your tires for free,no matter where you bought them. They also are very quick and efficient putting on new ones. And on top of that, the cleanest public restroom I have ever been in!

Mounted and balanced my tires for $147 (with tax) and disposed the old tires. They also looked at the suspension and said it was fine. Quick service with maybe an hour to mount and balance.

Great service Great prices. The staff do the BEST they can as purposeful as they can. One only has to see them working the counter and in the shop. The do have a purposeful step and that tells "me" they like their job and have good leadership. They treat every individuals vehicle the same weather its 20 plus years old or new. That means a lot. They tackle each job the same. Their workers want to succeed. A few customers think they dont succeed fast enough, they should go to their dealership then.. I'll take a good job well done over a fast job everytime. Thanks gals and guys.

Turned me away for a simple flat repair that would have taken only a few minutes, because it was 4: 45, and they closed in 15 miutes...lousy excuse. They sent me down the road in an unsafe vehicle with ZERO HELP....they were all standing around..it's not like they were busy. Musta been Miller time...... .definitely wouldn't have happened at the tire shop I worked at if you rolled in at 1 minute till, we worked on your car....I WILL NOT USE THIS STORE EVER
