These guys were awesome!!! Very courteous, generous and knowledgeable!! Quickly helped me with my solar battery system, explained a few things and I was on the road again quickly. If I m back in the area and need assistance, I will be calling Innovation.

I called at 10 am never called back willing to pay cash simple heater problem will call Santa Rosa at least they show up price for you guys out there 200 per hour but on time every time and they will help you they are opening rv shop in lake county and i know them good moble repaipair inn lake county because they know it's hard to find good people

Jamie quickly came out to my fairly remote location to help me with a leaking toilet. He was quick at his work, competent, and up front with my options. He replaced the toilet. 2 weeks later the toilet was leaking. Jamie came out as soon as he was able to trouble shoot and fix the problem at no charge.Jamie was personable and did a great job for me. I will definitely use his service again whenever I have issues.Thank you Jamie!

Highly recommended. Very professional and knowledgeable. Jaime has helped me out two times, coming a long way from Ukiah. He is very fair with his prices and he and his crew work when they are working! I will definitely call them again if I need them.

I had my roof on my travel trailer resealed by these guys what a great job it looks outstanding. I also had a battery shut off installed it works great I would recommend them for any of your RV needs you can really count on these guys to do the job right..

I tried to use their services but the guy rarely communicated with me. I had to continue to check on when he was going to come check out RV. Last week didn t work so he told me he d call me with times this week let s just say he never called me.

Ivey and I have been searching for reputable local RV Repair Service. We already failed once Big Time! Well, we found an amazing Team and wanted to share!INNOVATION MOBILE SERVICE,in Ukiah. Jamie and Oscar are professionals, they come to you.They are a great team, work fast and are efficient. They fixed everything a broken heater, electrical issues, TV mount, electrical plug to the truck, walked us through some issues, answered our questions and wear masks.They even, hitched up andunhitched the rig after working on her for us.We found our RV Guys!Pam, Ivey & Lazie Lance

Not an RV mechanic. I had him and another of his workers come to check out an RV that was for sale, that I was interesting in purchasing. They came to the site, looked at all the systems inside the RV for living, told me what worked what didn t and what kind of work would be needed, however when asked about the status of the engine or the functioning capacity for driving the RV, they told me they cannot drive it and they cannot test the mechanics. Still charged me 350$ to look at the thing for a half hour and then leave me with a long list of recommendations to make the RV live able however told me if I wanted actual mechanical inspections that I would need to schedule for another shop.

The work they did for me was fantastic, very professional and the work was done even before the date they told me. I really needed work on various Rv problems and these guys did it very efficiently and on time I highly recommend them.

My name is Dan Kelly. I called Innovation yesterday because our Monaco AC units would not come on and it was 100 degrees. My wife and dogs and I were pretty hot having no were else to go. We are down on vacation from Oregon.Well it was my own lack of knowledge that caused the problem. These guys showed up lile the pros they are, they didn't laugh at me and they also did not charge me a dime!I highly reccomend you callInnovation R V service first if you are in the Ukiah, Lake County area. They are just wonderful!

Guy tried to rip me off I needed a new power converter ,he told me 400 plus and 400 to install it.to.install it there are 5 wires a child could do it...I paid 149 dollars on Amazon for the supposed 400 dollar converter...beware u we warned about these people

El personal es muy amable y servicial, ellos van asta donde los necesites , Jaime me a ayudado en problemas con la plomeria y electr�nica de mi RV, realizo un trabajo de calidad y excelente pero lo que m�s me impact� es la habilidad y lo bien que hicieron en la instalaci�n de un sistema solar en mi RV, ahora puedo disfrutar mis vacaciones a�n que no est� conectado a una base el�ctrica, estoy muy feliz y satisfecho con el servicio de INNOVATION RV , lo recomiendo ampliamenteService: Electrical
