I recently had the pleasure of working with the sales associate Lily at this car lot and I couldn't be happier with the experience. She was knowledgeable, personable, and went above and beyond to help me and my husband find the perfect vehicle for our needs. Her communication was excellent and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also want to thank Vern for being supportive and working well with our local credit union for our financing needs which made it seem much less stressful than what we had originally anticipated. I highly recommend Fowler Motors to anyone in need of a new vehicle. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Today we bought a Subaru from these guys and they are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help us get out of a vehicle we were not happy with and into a new vehicle with no hassle. These guys are amazing! Definitely recommend these people and the dealership for any of your car buying or selling needs!

All the people that helped me were great, from the sales manager, finance manager and the sales person. They were timely and answered all my questions. Kevin was helpful, but not pushy, with me looking at the cars and I was able to walk away happy with a new car!

I am 74 years old, and I have bought a few cars in my time. Due to challenges in my credit history, nobody would finance me. Other car dealers in Ukiah treated me like a second class citizen when they ran my credit. Searching for cars, I ended up at Fowler Auto Center in Ukiah. Right from the start, I was treated with the utmost respect and never anything was said negative to me about my credit history. I received white glove treatment by Fowler Auto Center. The sales specialist that I dealt with Lily Damian was so pleasant to me and so respectful. She was cheerful and positive and very calm. I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car as I did a Fowler Auto Center. When I went to do the paperwork with the finance manager, Brittany Albright, again she was pleasant and not stressful at all. The whole experience was kind of unbelievable to me. It was so nice. Very friendly people. And I had been going to this dealership to get my other car repaired. Their service department is excellent.

So the issues i brought my truck in for i feel the only thing that was taken care of so far is the water leak on the back window the carpet was wet when i brought the truck in which i showed to Wes. When i got home after getting my truck back i checked the carpet and it is still moist. There is still mold under the storage compartment under the back seat, i dont feel that my concerns where look into with my issues. I was also told that the carpet was fine and if i wanted it replaced it was at my expense with a little help from gm, Once i got home i looked at my invoice and it states that the carpet is recommended to be replaced. This was never brought to my attention. This whole issue with the leak in the back window is a manufactures defect it should be repair by the manufacture, This is not normal wear and tear. I am not at all satisfied with what has transpired.

I came to fowler auto group to purchase a car, Ethan my sales rep helped me tremendously and made the sale go as smooth and swiftly as possible. The sales department has always been knowledgeable and eager to help me find the right vehicle, and Virgil and everyone in the service department got my truck in promptly, and fixed my problem with the upmost integrity and efficiency. I highly recommend this dealership!

Got a 2020 Chevy bolt from here, clean car, nice people and very professional. Kevin was my salesman and he was fantastic, knowledgeable about vehicles and willing to work with his customers to find a payment to fit them.

It was a very stress free experience with everyone involved in my purchase of the truck. My salesman Andrew was very knowledgeable with the vehicles I was interested in. What I really took notice of and liked was the lack of haggling back and forth. He was straight forward with my options on the table and I appreciated that. Will definitely be back.

I've had strong support at each step of my relationship with this dealer. First, Robert Reed was very professional as we worked a deal on my new 2020 Outback, Onyx edition. At every service appointmemnt since purchase, the staff has been great in every department.We just finally resolved a rare issue that required input from a Subaru Regional Expert. It took awhile to finally discover the issue and I am truly impressed with the tenacity of the Fowler staff, especially my favorite Service Advisor, Chris Widner. Now all's well and they deserve kudos for their commitment to "make things right." I highly recommend this dealership to others.

Ok so listen, I hate dealing with salesmen & car dealerships in general. This was the easiest, quickest, most amazing car buying experience yet. Literally spent less then an hour @ the dealership (I was on lunch) and he even offered to deliver the vehicle to my work and pick up my trade in. I can say with confidence that Will Greene @ Fowler Auto Center hooked me up and is not your average salesmen looking to get one over on ya!(update)-Its been about a year, I did purchase the warranty that was offered, it had a small issue with the key start, I brought the vehicle in for service, not once but twice. Long story short I can be difficult to deal with sometimes, regardless the manager and the service department took very good care of me and I am still very pleased with their service and the purchace.

We are so lucky to have this family owned, local business here in Ukiah! I had such a wonderful experience here from start to finish. I received so much support from the staff, who are professional and friendly. I love my car, so much!! Thank you Fowler automotive for taking great care of me! We purchased a corvette from them over a year ago and our experience was so great we've purchased 2 more vehicles through them since. We took our daughter to purchase her first vehicle yesterday, a used 2018 toyota tacoma, it's beautiful! There's no high pressure sales tatics, no hidden costs or agenda, which makes it a pleasurable experience. Being a first time car buyer, they worked hard to get her the best deal and financing, they took amazing care of her. They offer great prices and go through their vehicles throughly before sale. We've never had any mechanical issues with the vehicles we've purchased from them. Their entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable, a pleasure to work with. Our family will only buy our vehicles from them and we recommend you do too. You can't go wrong with Fowler.

Liars. We have been without a car for over a month now and my wife is pregnant. Lemon law kicks in now we are calling lawyers. I dont recommend buying a car here. Especially don't buy any warranty packages because they are all useless. Take your money somewhere else!

the sales team is super judgy so we came back and bought a car that they kept in the store just to show them we aren t broke unfortunately this place also buys from Canada and wipes the history of their vehicles clean when they are moved over here so if they ever been in an accident Carfax won t show it . Any other dealer in Ukiah won t do that .. This is the bottom of the barrel. They take advantage of willing people and they are very pushy to get you to buy now .

These guys are great. Bought a new Toyota truck that had some problems that couldn't be fixed. They bought it back and searched for and found the Subaru Ascent my wife wanted. They really made the whole experience as smooth as could be. We will definitely be back here for our next vehicles. Thank you Kevin, Eric and everyone else involved.
