showed up for an oil change. was a small line to get in but they got me in pretty quick..the service was fast and fairly cheap compared to some of the other places around

Might have given them a couple stars if they'd at least answer the phone.. I've never patronized them so i can't comment on service.but they were reccomended by a freind. Hence the phone call, they must have been busy changing oil.. just needed a price comparison in order to decide if i should change where i go. Ended up at my regular stop. Always advisable to answer the phone. You never know who's calling... AADee do!!!

Fast and thorough job. This crew was awesome! They changed my oil, reset my engine light and even took the time to find the priest screws to fix my falling off license plate! Above and beyond guys, thank you for real! I appreciate the kindness and excellent service.Oh and did I mention all this only took about 15 minutes in my lunch break?! Yeah... Fast service, they topped off any fluids that needed to be done and pumped my tires as well to no extra cost. You can bring your own filter and oil as well.It's quite affordable and I'm very happy with the service!

I love these guys. Super chill and fast and they're open all day on Saturdays which seems to be a delicacy in a small town Especially when you work an 8-5 job and don't want to mess with it during the week.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This place is number 1!!! Exceptionally fast great service. The staff was very kind. The price was the best that I've been able to find. They allowed me to sit in the waiting room with my dogs as well. Thank you FAST LUBE plus I will be back!

We were in the middle of a long (6,000+ mile) road trip so we used a rental car. At the halfway mark we stopped to get the oil changed but were actually told we didn't need one since the synthetic oil should be good for 8-10k miles. The oil was topped off and the tire pressure was checked, and then we were sent on our way with no charge. Anywhere else would have performed a $100 oil change without a word, but these guys were awesome!

I was having a hard time getting the oil filter off my classic car so I decided to have them do the oil change and I found it to be very helpful and professional good experience I would recommend these people highly

When they were changing my oil they broke one of the oil covers under my Jeep but just stuck it back up under my Jeep. It fell our in my driveway. Called them n talked to Aaron the manager he said he would replace it. After 2 weeks with no call I called Aaron back. He hadn't ordered my part but said he would order it that Friday & would call me when it came in. He was true to his word. He did get the part & called me the following week when he got the part. I went back in & they replaced the part. I live 45 minutes away. They may change your oil quickly but those guys are very careless & have no regard for your car parts. If I hadn't had this part fall out from under my car in my driveway instead of maybe out on the highway somewhere I would never of known they broke my oil cover & just stuck it back up under my car. I will never go back. I'm very disappointed in their employees dishonesty.

Got my oil changed they also checked my transmission... My truck had no problems before I went to them. None. Days later on the freeway speed ometer zeroed out, check engine light came on and had extreme difficult shifting gears.. my transmission is now bad... Needed a oil change when driving thru Ukiah, I am glad I stopped here to get an oil change instead of cookie cutter shop, they did not try to push 12 different things I 'should have' for the car. just the oil change, they were friendly and fast

They were really fast and professional. However, I thought that $45 for an oil change on a 2006 Camry was a bit steep. There aren't a lot of options in Ukiah on the weekend.

All great tillI m flying down hwy going to work and see my dipstick fly up threw hood seam and beat my fender. putting two chips in paint. They Forgot to reinstall my dipstick :/ I now recall why I do the work myselfService: Oil changeService: Oil change

On a good day its fast, but other then that it can vary, prices are increasing depends what vehicle you have do diligent work before you take your vehicle in for $$$$. To see if its worth the $$$$.

Charged me an arm and a leg and then stripped the bolt head completely round on the oil pan!! save you're money this place is a joke you would have better luck giving a two year old a candy bar and having them change you're oil !!!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SHOP. CLOSE FAM & FRIENDS MAKE FOR A GOOD QUAILTY SERVICE. I RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO EVERYONE I KNOW. THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS W/RESPECT WHILE GOING ABOVE & BEYOND WHAT MOST PLACES DO , FOR US @LEAST. I NEVER SEEN ANY OF THEM BEING RUDE TO OTHER CUSTOMERS EITHER. THANK U FOR BEING A GREAT SERVICE TO OUR COMMUNITY. OH DID I MENTION THEY TOTALLY LIVE UP TO THE FAST LUBE NAME !
