Extremely professional. I had D.C. Customs apply Line-X to my 2007 Chevy Silverado. I purchased the premium package. They gave my used and scratched bed a new look. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did and I highly recommend this shop for your Line-X needs.

Let me start by saying i spent alot of money putting on this 7"-9" congito lift. And to make it worse, i spent that money out of town because of a 1 star review on google. I got impatient, someone else sweet talked me into spending my money and boy did i regret it.After spending upwards of 10k, my truck drove horribly, and it got worse the faster i drove. At this point i wasnt willing to go back and deal with the hassle at the original installers. I called DC Customs literally at 4:30 frustrated with what was going on thinking to myself, " there is no way these guys are going to want to help me, i didnt even have it done here." I was incredibly wrong.Not only where they incredibly gracious, but these guys were basically off work at this point and the owner got in my truck and drove it so he could see what was wrong himself, identified the problem almost immediately and starting talking to me about the different things that could be causing it and what he could do to fix it. Not only did the owner of DC stick around and talk to me about but a few more of his guys where climbing under my truck and looking through it as well. These guys are beyond dedicated, incredibly helpful and they did it with a smile.I feel like such a loser for going out of town for this work. I could have kept this money local and it couldnt have gone to a better crew of guys. As you can see i had them install my grill while i was there and it looks amazing. Seriously, do yourself a favor if you are in the market for some truck upgrades, at the very least if you see the 1 star rating on here, go in and talk to them. If you do nothing else at least talk to them. Im sure you will see for yourself the hands you are in are good ones.Oh yeah, i was expecting to pay alot more for the work they did for me, and i was surprised at the total. Im not saying to go there and expect and low number for the work or anything, im just saying, they took very good care of me, and were fair about it. Long story short, thats all that matters right? I'll be going to DC Customs for everything to do with my truck from now on, you should too.

Posting this because it s a local solid company. I haven t had them work in any projects in a long time but they were great when I did.I will be bringing in a 2016 jku for a metal cloak gc 2.5 soon and lots of other things best part I already know there gonna do the work good:) thank you dc customs

Excellent, professional shop with the most knowledgeable crew! Took our Jeep in after multiple shops couldn't find or fix the problem. These guys didn't mess around! They had our Jeep running like new in no time! Don't go anyplace else!

The best place to take your jeep or 4x4 for any work or fabrications, highest quality of work and excellent customer service. They are the only shop I take my jeep to for any work.

I had my truck bed lined by a Line-X franchise in Santa Rosa and they did an incredibly poor job. Weeks later they closed up shop and left town. Corporate honored the warranty and DC Customs did the work. Peeling off the old, prepping it properly and recoating the surface the right way They were incredibly nice. I spent 6 hours at their shop and they drove me to town to have lunch and picked me up when I was done. Highly recommend them

I just brought my Ram in to have the bed sprayed with Line-X, and I couldn't be happier with the result.To be honest, I was a little nervous because I've heard horror stories (about other places), but DC Customs was recommended to me, and I'm glad I followed through. The customer service was friendly and helpful from my first phone call to ask questions and throughout the process. I was even more happy with the finished product. The application is immaculate. Definitely recommended.

Outstanding service. Brought my truck in for a bed liner.Honest up front pricing, promised it would be completed by noon, it was, no BS or up selling.I recommend these guys from start to finish.The shop dog was an added bonus.

Dustin is very knowledgeable about the entire 4x4 scene and all their workers are down to earth good people and are skillful. They can get anything figured out if not build whatever is needed for your rig.

This shop is very hard to work with. It took many calls to just get them to reply at all. Also, getting simple things like a receipt had to be done I'm person, they don't seem to know how to use email...I would not recommend.

Stay away from this place .....the people working here are rude......I left my car at DC customs and after few days I went there with my wife to pay them...the guy who they called him Dustin he was staring at my wife like he has never seen any woman,before ,.... I got in the fight with him finally he said : I am sorry I was just thinking another place.and not looking at your wife..........After I get home with my wife ..I searched for the GPS in my car ....then I realized the GPS is stolen ....I called them ....they said there was never a GPS in the car......Really bad company company full of lier working there .....do never ever go there if you care about your car.....they rip you off and steal item from your car....!!!!!
