Great prices on discount. Service was excellent. Very clean and well run shop. Helpful and knowledgeable staff and owner. They pointed to some other needed repairs but weren't pushy.I would definitely go there again.

Never had a bad experience here. Literally saved me a couple thousand dollars as they fixed my car and let me know what was actually wrong with it after other places wanted to make extra repairs. What might have cost me nearly $3k+ they fixed for under a thousand. Also great deals on tires and everything else. Service is also the best I've ever seen in a shop. Few can come close. Highly recommend to all.

$300I Paid $300 & got 4 used tires & they're pretty decent!They even gave me an alignment for free plus a diagnosis.My ball joints are bad on my right front side & they need to be replaced, that's something that I already knew but usually would have cost me a $140 or $120 just to get it diagnosed..

I will never, do, business,,,with this company, ever again,They sold me ,out dated, tires, and did, really bad, workmanship on my chassis,, I had (3) tire blow out, at once, and the chassis,, fell apart,I could have been,,,killed, or killed someone,,after the fact, they said they would fix my ,car, they lied to me, as well as (AAA),I mplore, all of you, (NEVER) do business, with thisCompany,,,,!!!!!(They're grimey)Bobby j.( very disappointing)

They have a sign in town saying four used tires $200. Great deal right. Well they never have your size tire used. They do this all the time they even set up an appointment with me and then after a couple hours of having my car told me they don t have my size. What he does then is offer you a great deal on new tires. I told him I was not interested and would go else where and he called back and told me he found ONE used tire after realizing I had a donut on. Bad business sir.

Got used tires here while in a pinch. Ceja charged 200$ for the set while advertising 99$ for a used set on the street corner. The tires were okay looking and I felt comfortable, but after the tread ripped off while my lady was coming down the grade two weeks later, I researched the tires and found them on a recall list! Luckily she was unharmed. The vehicle suffered some damage also ripping out a fog light.I believe they should have known better and replaced it for free. Nope, another 300$ plus what we already paid and we got new tires installed the next day. Long wait, not so friendly service. Never again!

Brought my flat tire in for replacement and they were fast and courteous. They even gave me a ride back to my car when I mentioned that I d have to find a way back to put the tire back on. Would very much recommend!Service: TiresService: Tires

I had a flat on my RV. I called around and everyone was within $25-30 of each other, between $250-325. I called Ceja's and spoke to Milo who informed me that he had a used tire he would sell & install for $100. Since I'm retired on SSI, I have to be frugal &, at the moment that was the best deal. I explained to Milo that due to the flat and the extra weight of the vehicle ( my kids apt was the last fire to burn New Year's Eve & I was transporting what little the fire didn't consume) if I continued driving, I was at risk of destroying the inner tire as well so I would be moving very slow. My SSI pymt had not been made yet so my folks drove over from Lucerne to help out. We got there and, lo & behold, the tire that he had personally checked on was now unsuitable for use AFTER we had driven to his shop. BUT he did have a replacement. At full price. My folks said just get it as the consensus was that the vehicle was unsafe to drive any further, so we bought the cheap tire that was only 2&1/2 X's the price quoted. It's called "bait and switch" and it's an illegal practice but I wasn't in a position to complain. They were not, however, done with me, oh no. Another employee informed me that, after all of the monies were exchanged, that this brand new tire was sold "as-is" with no warranty, thereby adding insult to injury. I had heard that were shady at best, and their professionalism was displayed quickly by their lack of proper sized sockets to even remove my tire (they had to order one). I Would not have even considered going there but i felt like I had no choice and Milo knew it. So I say to you, if you find yourself at Ceja's tires & you still have your money, RUN. Go to Big O. They know what they are doing and they are neither shady nor underhanded.

Gave me a hell of a deal on tires when I was a first time customer the guy they had at the front counter was knowledgeable and didn't try to push additional product on me best tire/rim place in ukiah hands down

I bought wheels online. What a disaster! After returning them, I stopped at Cejas Tires & Wheels in Ukuah. They were fantastic! The distributor sent them the wrong size of wheel, but can I jyst say...Milo Ceja really tried to make me happy! He paid for the gas cost I paid to get there from Clearlake, and gave me a discount to mount them onto my tires and car too!If you want excellent and professional customer service. Go to Cejas Tires and Wheels! You won't be dissapointed!

I got a flat & they sold me the best quality used tire I've ever seen!! They got my car fixed up in no time flat & did a quality job of it too. Even made sure to use the proper torque specs for my lug nuts.

Bought a used set of tires from them and they didn t even make it back to the house before they were flat and came to realize they had sold me a set with a patched up hole in the side wall of the tire and they refused to refund my money and would only credit the money i had spent towards a new set. I had to borrow money from family because i had already spent all the money that i had on the used set. I Should have turned them in. I wouldn t recommend them to anyoneService: Tires

My experience was great! When no one else in town would or could change my tires these guys were my last option and should of been my first! They got right on it and I was back on the road, duelies in tact! Whenever I am in need, I know the guys to hook me up with quality service and a smile!

Got my rear brakes, master cylinder and alignment done. Not only did they only put 4 lug nuts back on both of my rear tires instead of the required 5, 2 of them were not even the same lugs as the ones the tires use. The rear drivers side brake caliper was only held on by one loose bolt and the other one was just completely missing, and the brake parts used are random low quality parts instead of Hondas required oem. For the price I paid (1100$) I was at least expecting some form of professionalism but this place is a complete rip off, but I guess that's what I get for not going to a real mechanic shop...spend a little extra and go somwhere elseServices: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Not helpful. Not friendly. I called and wanted to know if they had any used tires my size but he told me to come to the shop to see. I asked if he could find out and call me back but he took my number and didn't call back.My father also had a bad experience where they quoted him a "out the door" price and they tried to charge waaay more later. They were very rude as well. He took his rims back and left.

Horrible customer service, and beware they will scam you any chance they get. We had a blowout on our truck. Took it to them and had it replaced. The tire slowly leaked from the moment we drove off. When I took it back to them instead of apologizing and fixing the mistake of not replacing the bad valve stem. They charged me $20 more,the tire cost us $365 to begin with. On top of all that they broke my tire pressure sensor to try and get more business from us. I took it to my trusted mechanic of 15 years and he confirmed my suspicion

The these guys are con artists. First I called and asked about tires with a thicker sidewall for my van, and he recommended a taller tire that, it turns out would not fit the van. When I asked him if I could run my existing smaller tires with the larger new tires, he said 'yes'. When I showed up there, he read the tire size from the inside of the door and changed his mind. When I asked for an ' out the door ' price, he gave me a price per tire that didn't include $12 per tire removal or disposal fees, etc. I only went to them because the price I was quoted was out the door and lower than the guy up the road. When I picked up my van, the low pressure light was lit on the dashboard. I called them and he said "it will go off in 30 miles". It's still on. Don't bother going here.

Been using Ceja Quality tire for over 15 years and have always been taken care of! Normally I have them look at my brakes before a road trip and they do a good job. Unfortunately, this time when they installed a master cylinder power booster combo kit and replaced a vacuum hose they left the hose detached. For $580 they could have looked twice before calling done.

If you're cool with dudes selling tires, that then get bubbles which won't be covered in your insurance, they seem to be a good choice. But if you're looking for prolonged maintenance care then you're better off looking elsewhere.

Specifially asked for WINTER tires, they sold me all terrains for $700. Now I still have to buy winter tires, left my perfectly good all terrains thet I already had with them for consignmet, for only $200, its been over a month and I havent heard a word about them.I should have done more research on the tires they sold me, though they have a shop and call themselves experst so I put trust in them. Wrong move :(

The man who owns this place is very kind and gentle is not a greedy man it will help you even if you're poor give me the best deal he can sometimes even just helped you up give it to you I know I was one of them for people he helped a long time ago like I said is very kind and gentle I would recommend this place to everyone but he is very honest

Never take your Car to this place they will Jack up the price and will sell you something you don't want and you will regret it foreverrrrr....They ruined my car. Since i took my car to them my car started giving me so many problems. Posting this after going though this problems for 8 months. can't keep it inside me anymore.
