I couldn't have had better service or care. My truck isn't the only thing happy. The individuals at this shop are kind, respectful and give everything they can to help. I'll never go to any other shop for service if in my own power on it. The cost is reasonable. The experience is wonderful. To know your leaving your vehicle in good trusting hands is everything when it comes to your own. Thank you Alliance Automotive.

I genuinely trust Alliance Auto and I can't say enough good things about them. I've taken my car there multiple times for different services (oil change and inspection, repairs, tires, etc.) and every time they've been wonderful. Jennifer has always been extremely patient and thorough with me, walking me through options, following up with my insurance, and taking great care of me and my car. The technicians have always been complete in their work and I've never had any unresolved issues. I would highly recommend their kind and competent care with both cars and humans :)

Today I had such a great experience at Alliance Auto Service. My car had broken down and they ran a diagnostic check telling me the engine had blown. They offered to donate it to a non-profit, and gave us a ride to the nearest Enterprise to rent a car. They made the whole day so much smoother and more manageable. We are indebted to them. Thank you for your kind hearts and thank you to Jennifer and Salvador who helped us all the way.

Salvador and Jennifer were great to work with! Salvador runs a reliable shop and was very knowledgeable and comfortable with current and upcoming maintenance needs for my vehicle. Jennifer was a prompt, concise communicator and I felt my expectations about timing were managed appropriately. I was in a hurry to get the vehicle on the road, and the shop stayed open until almost 8pm to make sure all work was complete and my truck was ready for a long journey. GREAT experience!

What a great team you guys are! LaToya (my Toyota) gets the best care possible and things are explained to me before and after. Excellent people skills AND mechanical skills. Kudos to the rest of the Alliance team also. I recommend this place all the time.

I brought my Volvo XC70 cross country to Sal and Jennifer at Alliance auto they provided n A+++ quality work; Don't take my word for it, they've been a staple in the Mendocino County & Ukiah Community for quite some time...They even adopted a part of the highway going through city of Ukiah which to me is a testament to the family-owned and operated business commitment to safety and quality of service.Thanks again Miss Jennifer and Mr. Rico!I greatly appreciate you taking care of my Bella!

We have been taking our vehicles here for over 10 years because of their phenomenal customer service. Salvador and Jenifer are incredible business owners, along with having compassionate hearts for our community. Salvador got me in at the last minute today because it was a quick fix, knowing that I live far away so I wouldn't have to come back to town. Jenifer is always warm and friendly, and I love our chats. We are very grateful that they are here, and my entire family adores them. Thank you for always going above and beyond Salvador and Jenifer and being such friendly and warm business owners We appreciate you and we see all the hard work you do for your customers, and your family.

I've been going to Alliance now for over 8years and Sal and Jennifer have always been very professional and the work on my vehicles is top notch. Highly recommended to bring your vehicles in for any type of work. Great job!!

I had my mercades towed from another shop to this one for a second opinion. The first shop said 5k or more in repairs and that it was likely that the motor was destroyed so they werent going to do the repair in any case. That didn't sound right so I called another shop. They weren't able to get me in but recommended this shop. They gave me a much more reasonable estimate, fixed the major problem and my motor was just fine. They found and let me know about a couple smaller leaks which I'll deal with later. They have a really cool setup where they send you pictures of the issues they find which really helps me trust this shop. They've got a new customer here!

Love this place! Reasonable rates and they go over everything with you regarding your car s needs with diagnostic tests and photos. Super friendly people and when I got her back she ran just like when I bought her. Couldn t be happier and is now my only go-to place for my car! Brought in my 2008 Dodge Sprinter 3500/Fleetwood to diagnose engine light. Decided to do a vehicle inspection due to its age and that I plan to use it more in the years to come . Very impressed with the very thorough inspection with details and pictures. Went over the report with Sal and his recommendations. Decided to go ahead and have all the necessary and preventative work done. It wasn t cheap, but quality parts are not. The weather for working on a motorhome outside wasn t ideal, but the work got done and I am pleased and confident of the work done. Thank you Sal & Jenifer!Service: Vehicle Inspection

My age limits my enjoyment of our car maintenance, so I had to entrust that care to Salvador and Jenifer. I'm impressed with their concern for our vehicle and at times because of its age, it takes Volvo knowledge to diagnose the problem and there has been some. They always get it right and fix it right. They have always worked on my car and done a great job. Very fast too. This week I was just having rough time and my car had been ticking lately. He told me to bring it by so I did once my kids got out of school. We talked for a bit and he was able to tell me what was wrong in about 30 seconds. He did what would help the issue and was so gracious. I must have seemed like I was having a rough day because he reached out for my shoulder and said such kind things. Thank you for so many reasons. I'll always bring my car back to them. They care about their workmanship and you as a person and that's not something you find very often anymore.

We were traveling and broke down in the middle of our 7 hour road trip. We got towed to Alliance and they worked on our car while we had breakfast and a stroll in the park with our pups. We were back on the road in no time. SO GREATFUL!

I appreciate being kept in contact with throughout my car's visits with them and the work done has thus far been great. I usually get my car back when they say it will be ready, except this last time (they just replaced my engine) but Jennifer kept it real about why and how and what was happening (basically shipping issues) My Volkswagen sounds just unbelievable now! Im very confident that the mechanic who worked on the replacement did a wonderful job and she was able to get a few other issues fixed too. Last time I was there was for some diagnostic issues which the owner walked through with me as well and was able to tackle them. Anyway, good service and reasonable prices. Many people dont do work on my Volkswagen's engine areas in our area and I'm happy they're around

In my experience, this is a reliable shop that provides high quality service. They really worked overtime to get my car back to me on schedule and they were great with helping me get to and from work. The owner, and the employees I spoke with, were always friendly and patient. Now months later, I recently completed a long road trip and have still had zero issues with my car!
