My tire blew and I was stuck on the side of the highway alone and Advantage were incredibly nice on the phone and came to tow my car very quickly. The two guys who towed my car were also really nice and made the whole experience not entirely awful. 100% recommend!

Mark was amazing. He came to pick us up after we'd waited for a AAA tow for over 6 hours. He was quick, fun, and fair. Highly recommend calling him if you're in need of help in the Ukiah area.Also: Don't trust AAA. If you've been waiting for more than 3 hours, ask them for other options. Then you are allowed to find a 3rd-party tow service and submit for reimbursement. Don't waste your days waiting for them to send a truck "within 10 minutes"....

My truck died, leaving stuck in the middle of Hwy 20. Advantage picked up the or phone on the first ring. No more that 20 minutes later they had arrived. I was home 15 minutes after that. A father & son team handled the situation swiftly & professionally. If you need any help these are the people to call. There s no better tow company around. Don t waste your money & time on anyone else. Advantage is the only way to go.

These guys are the best. Was in an accident and called them directly to come get me. Pleasant to talk to on the drive back, gave an awesome recommendation for a local body shop, kept my vehicle in their gated facility until the body shop was ready to work on it because the body shop lacked a gate and cameras and took good care of me. Couldnt have asked for anything better.

We did not get the guys name. However the gentelman that jumped our car is amazing. We've been living in the car with our babies and our battery died. We had 55 dollars to our name and thats to last for food till we find work and he jumped our car You are amazing thank you!

Wonderful Tow company he fetched our Pathfinder when the tow co. that AAA sent claimed they couldn't do the job unless we paid a dirt road fee. The dirt road is wide & well maintained.So he saved our day!

I had all of my personal items stolen out of my car that was towed by these scammers and had to pay them $350 so I can get my stuff out and didn't want to give my money back after I found out my stuff was missing I wouldn't recommend these people to keep you car in impound for even 1 day. These people are thief's and not honest about there business.
