Hands down the BEST customer service and experience I have ever had with any type of auto company. Everyone I talked to was so nice and they dealt with my insurance (who was a major pain) and kept me in the loop the whole time. I definitely will recommend Advanced Collision Repair to anyone who needs a body shop! Big shout out to Corey, Nicolette and David! They were all so helpful! Corey especially went above and beyond and was so knowledgeable and helpful the whole time!

This is the second time that I have used Advanced Collision and both times my car came out looking better than it had looked before. The service is great, the work is excellent, and it is done on time or before the projected time. I would recommend them to anyone. I called many auto repair shops after I was hit by a buck Nov, 4th. All of them told me they wouldn t be able to have my truck fixed until January. Advanced auto repair had her back to me before Thanksgiving in better condition than before the buck hit me. I m extremely thankful to Corey, Edgar & team. They are friendly, professional and advanced and beyond excellent technicians! Not only do they work well with you but your insurance company too! Have some damage to my truck door, went to get an estimate from these guys.Shop looks good, clean, office is clean, some certificates on the walls.Corey was very professional and worked up an estimate in a couple minutes.Made an appointment.

1st Visit: Best Customer Service!My Truck Doesn t Look Like It Was Ever Damaged2nd Visit: Once again, best experience ever with any automotive shop I ve ever been to..My wife s car was significantly damaged by another shop in town.. This shop lied about how it happened, and took advantage of the reason it was there and still charged full price and then some.1 call to Corey at Advanced Collision, and I knew I had to use them again. Shortly after, I picked up my wife s car and it looks brand new. No evidence what so ever it was even damaged. Not a scratch!!Service: Body & Trim
