We took my daughter's car in for a smog check. We were there at the appointed time; they immediately took the car and had the check done in no time. They were courteous to us and I noticed that they were courteous to everyone. I told my daughter that she should consider them for any future automotive work.

Everyone is very helpful & professional and it was extremely easy to communicate regarding all the problems with my car. They go above & beyond what is expected and it s good know that there are good people at Twin Peaks Auto service, since I just bought a house in Lake Arrowhead and it s good to know there is a great place around the corner that I can rely on for my automotive needs!

Turnaround time was great. Rory is very patient on the phone. As someone who knows little about cars, I appreciated the thorough checkup and that those notes were included with itemized bill. I felt informed and more confident in their repairs because of all the information provided. Justin thoroughly examined my car and did not push me on repairs. I've always loved this place. Thank you.

I ve been using Twin Peaks Auto since they opened a couple decades ago. I have nothing other than compliments for them. I refer all of my family there because they are trustworthy. Their work has always been top-notch.I m a mechanically inclined person and know when someone is selling bull. Highly recommend Twin Peaks Auto

I needed a smog test for renewal, and i was amazed that i was able to get my truck done within a couple hours of calling. Very prompt and pleasant experience. And the icing on the cake is not driving down the hill.

I took my 2001 F250 in for a smog test. It is a very tricky one since the particular model I have has to run on OBDI. Rory mentored Gilbert on the setup for my particular vehicle and had me back on the road in no time with smog passing with no issues.The shop was clean with up to date diagnostic systems.

We have used Twin Peaks Auto for years. They provide service to all our personal vehicles and our fleet of work vehicles. We have always been extremely satisfied with their services. On a personal note, I'm not sure I've ever worked with a better mechanic then Rory. He has troubleshot and repaired some rather difficult electrical and vacuum issues for us in the past. His diligence and knowledge shine forth in the most difficult of circumstances.Thank you Twin Peaks Auto for the years of exemplary service!

I only went in for one smog check. By the end of the day they did a smog check on a second vehicle and a brake bleed. Nice waiting area. Thanks Rory and crew!

I've used Twin Peaks Auto 4 different times over the last 4 years and they are Terrific, quick and complete.....they're good!!!! I've actually really never had to wait more than 10-15 min. for work to be done. Friendly, responsive, clear in what is wrong w the car and fast. Very kind people that worked a little overtime to make sure we were safe for our way home after we hit a rock going down the 18. Justin explained everything perfectly to me over the phone and I didn t need to show up at all. Twin Peaks Auto is great! This is the second Smog check I have done with them (two different vehicles). They do their best to accommodate your schedule in making appointments; they are on time for the appointment. Everything is as they say. Very knowledgeable and very reliable. First time there, but other family members have been there and also highly recommend. Went for emissions testing. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment. I was in and out in a half hour. Note that the emission testing station is across from the post office. I recommend parking in their parking lot then walking over to the office for paper work. That way you don't have to pull out onto the 189 in a blind curve. Great service and people.

Been going to this shop for several years for smog checks.This time i needed a repair in order to pass. They explained it so I could understand. Work done to full satisfaction. Great customer service. Will keep coming back.
