Very close to the national park and various restaurants and stores. Rooms were clean, smelled fresh, were spacious, and had a big bathroom. The beds were clean and comfortable. There is a medium-large sized heated pool and hot tub outside which were also clean and fun to use, especially as the night was a little chilly so it was a great way to warm up, exercise and relax after hiking all day at the national park. There was a small gym inside the hotel right next to the pool, which had some basic equipment, but we did not go in to use it. The staff were very nice and helpful, provided extra towels and swim towels upon request and answered any questions. There is a breakfast room, however it is not complementary, so we ate at a local cafe instead. Thank you, would come again.Rooms: Clean, spacious, freshNearby activities: Joshua tree national park abt 10mins away, lots of stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby (various fast-food and healthy options). Salvation mountain abt 2hrs away. Lots of things to do nearby.

I've been staying at this hotel for over a month now for work at 29 Palms military base Cheryl, the manager absolutely is awesome. The assistant night manager Cameron is great. The house cleaners are always well Receptive and always willing to help if a guest needs something. Great hotel. The rooms are super clean. Cheryl goes over and above to make sure that everything is running smoothly and the rooms are in immaculate condition. Most of the people that stay here are people that are working nearby the base so it's a very quiet hotel and the beds are comfortable. Each room has coffee pots in it and they supply you with free coffee creamer sugar. All in all it's a great place.Rooms: Rooms are always clean and good condition when I arriveNearby activities: Lots of places to eat nearby and a store right next door stater Brothers to go shopping if you need to.Safety: The hotel is well lit and they have a night person that's always on site.Walkability: Everything's walking distance Burger King you can walk to. They have sushi smoke shop and stater Brothers.Food & drinks: They have a Mexican food restaurant literally right. Next door you can walk to called Nadia's. Fantastic food.

Stayed 2 nights while bicycling in the Joshua Tree NP area. Hotel staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and had all the usual amenities. The pool and hot tub looked nice, but I didn't use them. Was also very convenient to have a supermarket right next door. The rates were very reasonable for good quality accomodations. Would definitely stay again!

This place has everything one might need for an overnight near Joshua Tree National Park. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. It doesn t have anything extra, but it gets the job done. No extra pillows, noisy bathroom fan, ice machine upstairs is missing, and gym consists of a recumbent bike and a treadmill. But for the price it was just right for us. We especially enjoyed the restaurant attached to the lobby.

We arrived in the evening and the man working Front Desk was friendly and knowledgeable. He had us checked in and on our way to our room quickly. The room was clean and well furnished. My request for extra towels was fulfilled quickly by the front desk. Our one night stay was comfortable. For the cost, this hotel exceeded expectations. I would consider staying here again during my next visit to 29 Palms.

Family of two adults and four kids... The double queen suite included two queen beds and a pullout double bed. We also pushed together two armchairs to make a small twin, and the front desk gave us another set of sheets.Everything was clean and decent shape, for the price paid was a solid value, especially for the area so close to Joshua Tree.We didn't experience any issues with the front desk as some other reviews mentioned. In fact, they were helpful with the sheets request. All was easy and as expected or better.Rooms: Double queen suite slept 2 adults 4 kidsSafety: Locks on all exterior doors and elevators

I spent several nights at Oasis Hotel and was truly pleased. The room was very clean which is most important to me. The hotel is right on the main road and by a shopping center which was convenient. It's just a short walk to the grocery store. The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. It's no frills but should definitely meet anyone's expectations of a decent priced and comfortable, clean stay.

Room and furnishings were clean but very worn. The bathroom tile floor had many cracks and you could feel the tile move and sink in when you walked on it.Workout room had very few machines. Only 2 towels in it. Pool is not heated and not very clean.Best part about it was its close location to Joshua Tree National Park.

We stayed at the Oasis as a launch point for a bike ride We checked-in at the adjacent hotel as they are sharing resources between the two facilities. The representative was friendly and efficient. He shared information about the area and was very accommodating. The common areas and room were clean and well maintained. The room was reasonably spacious and everything was in good working condition. It had a large refrigerator with a freezer, which is something we really appreciate when we travel with food, drinks and ice packs. The location was perfect for us as it is adjacent to a grocery store and the town. All said, this hotel served our needs well and we couldn't have asked for more. Great customer service and facility.

The Oasis Inn & Suites 29 Palms Near Joshua Tree National Park was a delightful surprise. I m giving this property a 5 star rating across the board. The rooms were spotless and the grounds were well manicured and clean. My overnight stay was last minute, I was well received at the front desk upon check in as well as departure. There is a restaurant right next door along with beer pub. One of the things I like about 29 Palms is there is less wait time using the North entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. The Oasis Inn, is definitely my go place in the Joshua Tree Area.

My trip to Joshua Tree Nat Park was almost a non-stop 2,700 mile trip in my RV. I checked into 29 Palms The Oasis Inn for a 1 night stay. After seeing the cleanliness of the room, staff kindness, and the property both inside and out, I purchased an additional 3 night stay. The front desk attendant Nadia s professionalism and zeal for traveler support sparked life back into an otherwise, weary traveler. Thank You!

I thought I would have been relieved to stay at this hotel that has indoor hallways in the winter. They made me wait outside in the cold while their system was down. Hey the paying customer is freezing outside while the inside staff cluelessly tries to "audit" their system. Screw this. Just go nextdoor to the Marriott. Indoor wait even after midnight. True respect for their xustomer. Rather pay double to stay there

Awful. Don't rent from these people. Rooms are a mess, lots of drug use by guest and staff. ChootiaThe staff will steal and blame it on their loyal guest. Might wanna check your G.M. house for the t.v. you say we're stolen by guest. If you have me on video stealing, send the cops to the motel 6 and arrest me. No one calls me a thief. That's not o.k.Also they have no issue over booking and kicking out single parents with childern that pay.

I stayed for two nights. Despite requesting room service three times, our room wasn t cleaned, and the towels weren t replaced. It took until 11pm for them to finally bring me clean towels. After checking out and driving for about two hours, I realized I had left my necklace in the room. When I called the front desk to check, they claimed it wasn t there. Okay so my necklace magically disappeared

Room was okay, but the WiFi was lousy, didn t have WiFi in my room all evening. If you want WiFi, don t stay here. Also, the refrigerator in the room made a lot of noise, I had to turn it off.Noteworthy details: WiFi not working, refrigerator made a lot of noise.

Do not stay here. Totally unprofessional and rude. Drove 8 hours today to attend a 3 day event this weekend with my 15 year old daughter. Reserved this room LAST MONTH via Expedia. Showed up today and was told they could not book my room because the last name on my ID did not match the name on my Expedia account. Changed the name on my Expedia account while standing at the counter and showed the clerk. I then was informed they could not honor my reservation because the last name on my debit card (Married name) was different than the name on my ID (maiden name). Ok, understandable I guess (even though I have traveled to Vegas, Santa Cruz, Monterey, Fort Bragg- all this year with no issues). Then was told they would accept cash payment for my room and the deposit. The clerk then told me to cancel my reservation, i literally said are you sure? To which he replied yes. I canceled the reservation via my Expedia account on my phone. I am then told my room and reservation was cancelled and taken immediately by someone else online. There are no other rooms available at this hotel for the duration of the event i spent $1000s on for my daughter and I to attend. I asked to speak to the manager and thats when Michelle the manager graces me with her professionalism and literally tells me too bad, its my fault that my room was cancelled and they will not honor the reservation I made LAST MONTH and gave my room away to someone who made the reservation while i was standing at the counter with my money in hand to pay for the room and the deposit. They left me high and dry after having driven 8 hours with my 15 year old daughter with no accommodations for the weekend. Would not be a huge deal (still THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER BEEN SUBJECTED TO) if all the other hotels in town were not also fully booked for the entire weekend. WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD

Go camping instead because the dirt outside is cleaner. I read someone's review with so many bad things, it was unbelievable so I booked anyway; I will accept that as my own ignorance. This place was disgusting. You have to go next door to the American Inn to get your key and then wait while they figure out what is going on to make you keys and which room to put you in. You'll get to the automatic door where a key is required to open, but not necessary, just slide that bad boy open. Then get to your room and take in the disgusting carpet - just wear your shoes the whole time. Hope your towels don't have questionable stains on them. When you leave for the day and come back you'll need to go to the office and get your keys reprogrammed. You might walk next door to the actually delicious local Mexican restaurant. Then come back to enjoy a drink at the hotel bar only to find that they have beer and straight liquor with nothing else. Once you go to your room, you'll find the housekeeper still working on the same rooms she's been working on all day but somehow missed your room with the clear "please make room" sign on the door. The only positive thing about this place is how close it is to Joshua Tree NP.

As musician in a tribute band performing close by at a casino, we were to stay at the Oasis Inn &Suites as we've done in the past. This time there was a booking discrepancy/ miscommunication on the talent agent's end in that they'd not secured our rooms correctly - leaving us in a predicament as the temperature was 114+ on that day!The front desk clerk, Jessica, was amazing; navigating protocols to help solve the issue with the quickest solution that got us checked in and out of the heat. She's a sweetheart and deserves recognition. Thanks again, Jessica and see you again next time!Mark AdameHeartbeat City Cars Tribute.

Will give 0 star if I can.Worst EVER stay at any hotels we have been to. Arrived at 6pm and was told the room would be ready in an hour (The check-in time was supposed to be 4pm in the first place). Went back at 8pm with the key, and the room was a mess...Went to the front desk but the lady said she was in a lunch break for 15min (at 8pm) and shut the door on me... Went directly to the cleaning lady and told her about the situation. Waiting in the hotel room for 2 hours but nothing happened. Went to the front desk a couple of times in between. The room was finally cleaned at 10pm, making it so hard for the kids to go to sleep due to overtiring... Will never come back to this place, ever................

The beds were comfortable and the room was fairly clean. The bathroom was a bit stinky and the drains in the bath tub seemed to be a bit clogged. The quality of the room was definitely not quite worth the value. However, it is one of the nicer places in the area, factoring both the price and quality. I was also extremely pleased with Ashlee, who helped me check in. She was not only professional, but also extremely empathetic when I had issues with my booking app. She went above and beyond to make my check in process easy and my stay more comfortable.

Hotel booked at the last minute to enjoy one more day of the Joshua Tree National Park.Check-in is easy, if there is no one at the reception, you have to go to the hotel next door in the parking lot.The room is clean with safe, refrigerator and even microwave! The decoration is a little dated, but the bed is good, the sheets clean.A little lick of paint in the rooms and it deserves 5 stars! It will be perfect for spending one or two nights near the park...!

I don t know where all these good reviews are coming form for this place. We checked in after being out late at a wedding nearby. The room was so disgusting we left the hotel at midnight rather than sleep in those beds. There were set-in stains EVERYWHERE the floor, the cloth bench, the bed linens There was a kids sippy cup left on the floor, which signals to me that there s no housekeeping going on. I booked a non-smoking room on Travelocity and the entire room smelled like smoke, especially the bathroom. I opened the door to the bathroom and the smell was overwhelming. Only booked this place based on the good reviews concerning cleanliness. Clearly I was swindled. Don t trust the good reviews on this place it s all lies or delusion. Or even worse, that s the standard for what is clean to those leaving the reviews.
