Connie was phenomenal!! Took the time to explain what we needed and showed us how to do it ourselves. Amazing customer service, planning to come back here whenever I can. Don t know how to express how thankful I am.

Based on inventory and prices, I would love nothing more to give pretty much 5 stars for this location in 29 palms CA, however my wife and I experience today, which was our first time ever shopping at oreillys, presented uncomfortable and harrasment behaviors from 2 of the employees. One male named Steve was very professional and upon entrance, immediately greeted us with a hearty smile and assistance for anything we needed. Due to our first time shopping there, we elected to browse the store to see how the store compared to similar competitors in town. Within seconds a second male employee snuck up behind us on his phone looking down and never took time to talkb to us or make us more aware of oreillys prices and suff . My wife and I both felt that he was being sneaky by staring at us once we continued shopping. He finally went to the front and voiced loud enough to hear that he was going to the back to watch cameras and scanners??? For what?? It wasn t the best feeling of customer service but without making it a big deal we shrugged it off and kept looking. Than finally the issue of lacking professionalism and service to customers played its role and struck again. A very short haired, tattoo woman made it known that her very first and prominent responsibility was to ensure she would catch any theft by keeping her eyes dialed in on us without break. Her lackadaisical voice barely made it us when she said multiple times that she was there to help find whatever we needed. As nice as the words were, it was how she said it that made us uncomfortable vs. what she said. The entire time she would slowly shadow us through every aisle of the store. She pointed me in the wrong direction twice and I m sure it was because she wasn t thinking of the help needed, she was focused on our shopping behaviors if you will. My wife and I finslly finished and purchased a large work light , torq security bits, and a head lamp which came to 70 dollars and as much as the products are working and good quality, my wife and I both agreed that the harrasment and weak customer service training and knowledge was enough to probably retire our Oreillys visits in 29 palms. I hope other locations don t have employees like the ones in 29 palms. We understand why Autozone and Napa remain top competitors in our area. Note: didn t catch the employees name because it wasn t printed or shown on uniform and failed to make it known through introduction.

My husband went to the location in 29 Palms. He said a very nice and helpful young man helped him. He listened to my husband over the phone. He had found something that could help my husband. My husband went to the store. They confirmed what he needed. Then Joshua had ordered it for my husband late afternoon. First thing this morning the part was here. Joshua not only found a solution, he saved us alot of money. Thank you for all your help and kindness. We most definitely return. Also I had just got off the phone with another kind worker at your store. I wish your business success and thank you for taking your time to search and help. Also for being extremely patient.

I would like to edit my original post. My husband went back to the store. Found out the young man who helped my husband on the phone and store his name is OJ. Sorry about that. My husband went back in today to buy another part. He found out out the guys name is OJ. He also everyone in the store seemed really nice. We most definitely will be back

Try to by , something that happened they did not have in stock. They did all possible and got it next day in the early morning. Thank you O'Reilly

This is my personal first go to, I've known some of them for years and they are good and pretty sharp guy's! I'm actually referring to the Yucca Valley store, but the new one in twentynine is cool too.
