As a female you always feel uncomfortable going to any car places, but the Service I received today was wonderful, and the associats where very friendly and respectful, I had a oil change, tires rotated and all liquids top off, I appreciate the time the associate took to explain to me the difference between the oils and which one he would recommend for my car., they also cleaned all my windows while I waited in my car, they gave me the option of getting off and waiting in their lobby or staying in my car, which I did... I will definitely be coming back for any car issues or needs, I highly recommend this location in 29 Palms! Thank you again for your friendly fast service!

I'm always so nervous about going to get an oil change but the staff here are so nice and quick. I also like that there's a window so I can watch, it's kind of fun watching them remove the oil without me being in their way. Thank you for always being kind, patient, and helpful!

Very helpful/professional staff. 1 Guy named Samuel was able to handle my car and another customers faster and more efficiently than I ve seen at any other place. 10/10 recommend

Great place. I always go to jiffy lube for my oil change. I ve never had an issue. This one time here in 29 days alms was a great experience. Aiden and his guys were great. Very knowledgeable and very respectful. I came in 10 mins before closing and they weren t even mad about it like how some other places are. Thanks guys I ll keep coming back.

Jiffy lube in Twentynine Palms does a good job. They are friendly and fast and if they don't have your particular oil filter or other item they can quickly grab it from the nearby auto parts store.

Very fast, courteous service priced about what it would cost to get it done at the dealer in LaQuinta where I usually get the oil changed. Why should I drive that far?

Do not go to this place. 2 terrible visits. my wife went and was harassed by employees. Then they tried to get my wife to drive the car off the lift and the car was raised up still . I went there to get an oil change on my 2021 car and 3 weeks later the car says it is low on oil. so now i m questioning if the cars oil was changed. i had my oil done at the dealership every time without any issues. first time going somewhere else and it was jiffy lube on marks street and sunset. now my car is popping a check engine light. never happened in the 2 and a 1/2 years owning the car.Service: Oil change

Had an oil leak and came here to get it checked out-they immediately fixed it and topped me off for free. Couldn t have asked for a better interaction. The guys were extremely kind and informative.

This Jiffy Lube is has the best service out of any one I have been to. Great friendly staff and efficient workers. They didn't charge me for extra oil like other locations try to do. Bishop is the man he is the number one worker.

Want to really say thank you to the guys at Jiffy Lube didn't bring my car down to them I brought down my new electric tricycle that needed to have the tires aired up. Very polite and helped me the first day I got out on it ...had to return I was so happy with them and give them Donuts... what every working man wants!

The employees offered me to stay in my car which allowed me to watch their qork. They were very vocal about everything they did and everything was checked. Including tightening all the tops to everything they checked. Best service I ever got with an oil change will. Came in for an oil change and to get the air in the tires checked. There were 4 guys that helped me out, checking the tires, doing the oil change and one was even cleaning all my windows. I get all of my oil changes here. The guys are all very kind and knowledgeable. No one tries to upsell me on anything unnecessary, or makes me feel stupid for not knowing much about cars. The friendliness and transparency keep my husband and I coming back.
