Cassidy and Blake really helped me out when I had just arrived to Twentynine Palms and my check engine light had just went on. Turns out I needed a new battery and Blake changed it right there and Cassidy even helped out with a coupon. They were super helpful and so friendly and I can't thank them enough for helping me out in a pinch on a really hot day.

They will charge your car battery for free. And have very good quality parts along with excellent customer service.

Service member read my order and turned the last 2 numbers around and I ended up with the wrong brake shoes. Had to bring them back to get the correct ones. It was a long trip to make it twice. Very discouraging.

This particular Auto Zone is Great. Fast Friendly Service, Clean Store. The Employees Working at the Time I've Been There Have ALL Been Very Helpful & Curtious. They Come Out & Check/Put my Oil in for me also Check/Add Water if needed & In a Professional Manner Answer Any/All Questions I might have. GREAT JOB GUY'S/ GALS YOUR BOTH AWESOME THEY GIVE MILITARY DISCOUNTS TOO "LAND OF THE FREE BECAUSE OF THE BRAVE"

They had the parts and tools we needed, right there on site and allowed us to use them in the parking lot. I also witnessed a young mother and her child leaving the store and running in the rain to there car, and an employee following and installing windshield wipers on her car while she sat inside her dry car. Very nice employees.

Always can get what I need and some of the staff are so helpful. This particular day I went the employee can and helped with my problem, as he did this, he was very much appreciated and I enjoyed his conversation with us. This guy was absolutely awesome I just love a people person

Always very helpful when coming in there and looking for something. They are really nice and definitely will help you with what you need or at least lead you in the right direction. I've never had a bad experience going there.

A man named Randy ruins the experience. He's rude and hangs up on customers. Every time that I walk in there, I see people avoiding the guy. He doesn't even know how to do his job properly as he has ordered the wrong parts multiple times. Everyone else are nice, professional, and actually try to do their job.

Employees are very helpful kind & curious, & the store itself is always clean the isles are always clear. But the the Restrooms needs some sprucing up real! All in all I'll give this store a #10 Star Rating!

Good staff always helpful whenever I go there as long as it's not busy . They are very good at troubleshooting whatever problem your having with your auto issues and have directed me to useful products and places to find what I need.

Make sure you get your discounts for coupons, veterans, military, 5 purchases over $20, $20 discount. Price matching, beware they use bait and switch, advertiseLower price when you get there actual price,May be higher. Belts or shocks example.Make sure you get right part take in older part if necessary. Part may be for front or back, or left or right. O'Reilly is about a mile away soon to open. Call district mgr if you have problem that cannot be settled at store level.

Nice big sign on the front door instructing customers to wear masks. Walked in and one employee had one on, the other 3 did not, nor did customers. I mean, why should they if the employees don't wear one? Took my business elsewhere. For right now, this is stupid I am sorry.

Thank you Scott for excellent customer service! Jack trolly that I needed happened to if course be the only one not in shelf. When I inquired about this, he went to check his stock, informing me he could either order and receive it by tmw which I needed asap he then cked yv and would pick it up for me tonight. He decided to ck his store again, asking other associates, however unfortunately they were busy (it happens) and he was able to locate now, most would say, that's what they're supposed to do its their job-true- but the sad fact is now a days employees just don't care and rarely will go that far to look. Thank you Scott, and all of the29 palms AutoZone employees for being amazing

Good customer service! I feel like every time I go in I'm always greeted. However, they never have what I'm looking for as far as accessories and certain cleaning products but other than that it's a good place.

Every time I go here,I have a positive experience. The employees here are always very cordial,polite,& willing to offer advice/answer questions to people (like myself) who aren't mechanically inclined about automobiles. If I had a choice to go to a different auto parts store,I wouldn't,my loyalty would remain with Auto Zone cause the folks here -since day one- have constantly treated me right

Employees are allowed to get from behind the counter right? They aren't chained to their register during their shift?This store is not like the one in Yucca. They stay behind their counter here and don't care if you need help. If they walked around to help people once in awhile, they would notice the trash in their stealing more often.Went in their for wiring tools. The gentlemen simply said "it shows we have them". Well they aren't here and that comment is not helpful at all.Would be less stars, but it's the only place in town and I do occasionally buy something that I can't find online or can't wait to get shipped.

The very best auto parts store that I ve ever been to. They have a surprising amount of parts in stock. And everything in super clean, including the bathroom! But for me, it s about the people. The men and woman are really nice and friendly. I called the regional manager and told him this. They deserve an A++

This is a busy little store. Being so close to the base there's all kinds of young men in their buying things for their vehicles. That being said, when I got up to the front of the line the cashier was oh so helpful! And very friendly and personable.I don't remember his name but this company is very lucky to have him.

Needed a battery, got a battery.Carmen was a big help. She had wonderful customer service. She was pleasant, and knowledgeable in her job. She took time to test the battery, found the proper replacement, and made the sell pleasant.

Very helpful associates, they go the extra miles for customers. I' be seen an employ go replace a headlight bulb for a female customer car. If they don't have it, they will order for you, and will call you when item arrived( verry fast).

Its not the best but its the only auto zone in town. And when you need that auto part to get you to your next destination you will be glad they have this place

Theres a young guy on nights with a great dog thats better looking than mine. And he paid LESS for his dog! Ratz! Its a small location in a little town. But they get things done right and get your parts to you quick

Great excellent customer service and all the way around, absolutely wonderful & awesome employees. They are all too wonderful! Although, one of the female workers has sometimes an attitude and had sold me an item that wasn't necessary. I was unaware of it, of course not until I got home, fiance/boyfriend schooled me after the fact I bought it. I appreciate Frank, he's awesome because he'll take the time and go way beyond. In other words, he'll seek to it that you get what you need, if he can't he'll try, and to get the answers to questions; especially the products that you may need. For instance, he helped me with a part that has to do with my mass airflow sensor to my 2014 Acura RLX. I had no idea of a certain name/wiring part &/or the color orderance to the pigtail wire harness plugin connector and Frank was able to give me good tips as well as looked up other data(spent way less then what I needed to). Twentynine palms has the best autozone I've ever been in (in my opinion) especially within this area.

This store has wonderful customer service, I went into the store to purchase wind shield wiper blades and Brandon who assisted me, was quick and efficent, knew exactly what i needed, checked me out and then ask if he could put them on for me !!! Unbelievable service . Scott assisted me with the window wiper installation and within 15 minutes from start to finish, I was back on the road again. Thank you Auto Zone for such wonderful helpful customer service, FIVE STARS ALL THE WAYThe following day, I had a rat eat a complete line in the car which I needed some parts and tubing to repair the situation, so again I returned to Auto Zone for parts and I was assisted by Randy Rice, who was so very customer service orientated, he looked under the hood of my car, obtained a sample of what was left over from the rat chewing, found all the parts to make it work again and he installed the parts and tubing, car all fixed and running properly. It is always a pleasant experience at this Auto Zone Location and I greatly appreciate their great customer service and knowledge...thank you again, for all that you do, we are lucky to have such a wonderful auto store in Twentynine Palms...FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY AND STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE
