Took my 2012 Honda Accord in for some work. Rodents got to the car so it needed a wiring harness replacement and, unrelated, it also needed the crankshaft position sensor code reset and relearned. After about a week, the shop said it was done so my wife went to pick it up and drive it to Riverside for the day, but halfway there, the car went into limp mode and I had to have it towed. I had it towed to a different shop located in Riverside and apparently, none of the crankshaft position work had been done. Code was cleared but only via a scan tool. The crank position sensor was never relearned and I was also informed that the entire wiring harness had been electrically taped back together and not replaced. I'm still not sure what I paid for but I know that I definitely got ripped off here.

Our old Sprinter van wasn't shifting gears. They were able to do a diagnostic check and fixed the issue to het up back on the road.

If I could not even give a star - I would! This shop has terrible customer service and not one call to give us a status on our vehicle that is sitting in the same place we left it. It's been over two weeks & we've had to call them for updates. In one day we called 4 times during they're business hours to finally get ahold of them. During the last call, we finally received a quote. Super high and I figure we're paying for their building rent.I will never take another vehicle there again.

Stopped in while traveling. Needed an adjustment on a tie rod. Could not get a tech to even talk to me. I would have been fine if he would have directed me somewhere else or even told me he couldn't handle it for whatever reason. Not even the common courtesy to acknowledge I was there and needed help getting back on the road. I was able to buy tools at the local parts store to fix it myself and get back on the road.

I would give it a zero if I could. Put up a great review when I got my car back... but unfortunately that's not the case now.I took my car in, told them it was either the wheel bearings or the ball joints. They suggested a diagnostic for $100. Not a problem. Get a call that my brakes were on wrong. Another $110.00.Then was told my water pump was bad. Total cost $750.00My problem: I got an alignment done. Then went and had 4 brand new tires put on only to find out THAT MY BALL JOINTS WERE BAD!So I called 29 auto and asked how did you dx my problem? Wait for it:They drove my car and heard a noise. DIDN'T CHECK IT FOR THE REASON I BROUGHT IT IN FOR. They just went about their way and fixed the brake. Oh, and charged me ANOTHER $100 to dx my oil leak which I had already told them that I knew about it.So here's the deal... I just want my $100 back for the diagnostic that you DIDN'T do. That's it. I'm not asking you for the alignment coat, which with the ball joints was a waste of money because it DIDN'T NEED ONE.I have tried to be patient with this company. Who, btw, believe that they didn't do anything wrong. I've been ignored and disrespected. I was asked a week ago for my address. For what? I told them that I didn't want to go and change my review, but you've left me no choice. Business lost over $100.So be it

They saved my butt! AC compressor broke. They had me up and back on the road to Florida in less than 48 hours. Very reasonable price. Good people. Highly recommend them!!!

My battery went dead just before the Thanksgiving holiday and James quickly diagnosed a dead alternator and found/installed a new one in half a day during a very busy time. Reasonable price too, and under warranty for a year at any AutoZone. Best to go in person since the phone number wasn't set up for voicemail. No luck getting an Uber in the area so a ride from a friendly customer and the quick turn-around were greatly appreciated so we could get home to San Diego on time.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Owner is very moody. He doesn't have enough mechanics. The mechanic he does have is pretty moody too. I no longer trust either one of them. I know it's hard finding help in this area. I highly recommend calling one of the local mobile mechanics.A WORD TO THE WISE: Stay out of this guy's "sphere of influence".

It's a shop that will not let you bring your own brand new tire and install it. You have to buy the over priced tires their and have them installed. Just a quick FYI

Horrible service!!! They had my car for a month and a half for a simple fix and was quoted 400 called and called always some excuse and price kept going up..when I finally get my car back I paid $1400 and within a week the promblem i took it in for overheating started again and I looked and my cord running to reservoir was completely severed...what a joke and a total ripoff they are at this shop..use any other shop besides this one it is for your best interest

Very helpful when were traveling and our tire pressure indicator came. Checked all tires pressure and determined that it was a bad sensor. We were able to get home without worrying about a flat tire.

They told me to bring car right in They could get to it that day. A week later they haven't returned any of my messages Noone ever answered the phone. Finally they answer to say they haven't gotten to it yet. Three days after that they called to say there's nothing that can be done to fix my car and I owe them 100 bucks to tell me that.

If your wheel lock is missing after you had tires done here, they like to steal them! Ask me how I know. I asked to see "their key" they couldnt find it, 20 minutes after they used mine and kept it.
