This time at their Tustin location...Always reasonably quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional service.Remember to allow about 15 minutes per car in front of you (including your own) to calculate your actual visit time.Look for coupons on their website; usually at least $10 off, occasionally more.

Pretty quick service with a number of staff working on your car, its not one guy, three guys descend on your car to get you out quick. Carlos the manager is very friendly along with tbe other guys. I recommend Valvoline if you want a pretty quick and painless oil & filter change!! I prefer using these guys so I dont have to deal with proper oil disposal and get underneath a car.. Years ago I did this stuff myself, but I'm too old for that now. So I let the young bucks do it

Be carful on taking your car here they disconnect hoses and leave them disconnected I checked my engine right after they wher done this is the second time they do this they probably think is funny or something you work hard come in good faith trusting this team to go under your hood and they charge arm and leg to do scandalous things if you go here check engine right after who knows how many cars have had problems after thir oil change I would never be taking my car here ever again !!!!!!!

From out of town stopped in for an oil change. First was not greeted was skipped over for another customer my tires and fluids were not checked. The guy who did help me was good over all but wouldn't recommend this place specially to my daughters who are out here for college. They need to go back to customer service training. Full service means full seevice.

Had a great experience. The wait time was very minimal being able to just drive through. Have your oil changed they charge you while you re in your car so you never even have to leave your car very professional environment. These guys know how to do their job and doing very well. Many kudos to them, I brought in my TwinTurbo Ford Explorer, and I was taking care of above my expectations. I will definitely be back with my other vehicle, and I will be recommending this place to my friends and family in the future.Service: Oil change

Valvoline completely RUINED my engine. I came to this location with my ford Explorer. As soon as I left there was a loud knocking sound in my engine. I drove from Tustin location to Costa Mesa because I was on an errand and the knocking was so loud I pulled into the Costa Mesa Valvoline location to see what had happened since getting my oil changed at the Tustin Location. I was told to drive all the way back to the Tustin Location on Newport.Everyone knew nothing. The banging/knocking noise was getting louder and louder and now my engine was shaking. I am told by both the Costa Mesa Location and the Tustin location that they re not mechanics and they don t know what is wrong.This sound and reaction in my car started up as soon as I left from my oil change and within minutes this sound started.So I leave for home, park the ford and leave it alone until the next morning to drive it to the ford dealership.I can t get a mile from my home before the engine completely blows and I am forced to coast to the side of the highway, stuck on the 405.I get it towed first to Valvoline to show them what happened, and then it gets towers to ford.Ford confirms that the engine blew due to over filling the oil.I had submitted a claim with Valvoline and after days did their investigation they claim they did nothing wrong in their oil change when I know they told me they had not emptied it completely. Now I am stuck with a 2020 Ford Explorer that has a blown engine and a bill of over $16,000 to replace an engine that was perfectly fine before I took ir in for an oil change.I am livid to say the least and now I have no car.

Good and quick oil changes for our 2 cars. Dealership needs 3 hours but these young guys did it in 15 minutes after 30 minutes wait. They were attentive to us and kept us informed throughout the whole process.

Highly dissatisfied because my rotation of my tires the lug nut along with bolt were removed. Now I have to repair the that a true inconvenience. I was given a card to get service and need a receipt for repair.

Take both truck and car to this location. Great job every time! SOUNDS LIKE A LOT OF YOU HAVE NEVER CHANGED YOUR OWN OIL. The whining by people who can't change their own oil is deafening! This is a luxury service. Ya you dont think so because you've never changed your own oil. Trevor Weaver your review screams of auto maintenance ignorance and you sound like a db.

nice service, quick. sometimes has long line. a little pricy conventional oil change is $70couple of weird things i know one of my running lights is out but they told me all my lights and wipers were functional. also, i had mentioned that i just recently rotated and filled my tires so there s no need for the check, and they released air from my tires and now they re low!

The staff here are very helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I went on a Saturday morning and was helped as soon as I got there. I got greeted with a smile and was given lots of information about my options. Never felt pressured to purchase add-ons which was nice. They were very informative I am returning in a week for some of the recommendations; after I got home I checked my records and noticed they were correct in an overdue power steering oil change. That makes me feel that these guys/gals know what they are doing.First time visitors... and probably a loyal customer going forward.

This is the best place I have been in a long time. the gentleman are all very courteous helpful with questions nice knowledgeable. All your fluids are checked your tire pressure your blinkers windshield wipers headlights back lights they look at your transmission your belts all kinds of stuff on your car. show photos, which is the most important and print out a price list took 20 minutes added an air filter and the cost was still minimal.

I mistakenly showed up here 2000 miles after receiving a service. The previous service allowed me 5000 miles before needing service again. I should have been notified when I arrived that I did not need service, because their system told them that I had recently been here and did not need an oil change.I was not notified, and am disappointed.

The folks who work here are good at what they do, fast, and courteous. They clearly want to have a little fun while they work, which I'm all for. I had a good experience and will probably be back due to the convenience of the place. Wasn't going to pay $50 for a cabin air filter that I could buy on Amazon for $12 and replace myself, but I appreciated the offer.

The staff here are great. They explain everything to you. I like that you can receive your receipt via email *(you can't lose it). Also I receive emails reminding me that I will be needed an oil change soon AND coupons for the services I use *(They keep track).You never have to get out of the car. Usually you are in and out in less than 25 minutes. Highly recommend.

Alva is the greatest! She explained all the services my car needed, in a way that no dealer service technician had ever done. She got the "Maintenance Required" indicator light to turn off after it had been on for three years. The other technicians worked on the oil and transmission fluid at the same as Alva was helping me with the paperwork, so the whole thing took less than twenty minutes. Who needs a dealership?

Visited on 1/22/20 about 10am. Drove right up and in and ordered the $110 full synthetic service. About half the cost of the luxury dealership quote!'Valvoline Instant Oil Change' where have you been all my life?? So fast and convenient you do not even have to get out of your car. Fascinating watching the techs perform the oil change as if it was a pit stop. Very professional and I highly recommend this location.Service: Oil change

Line can be long during busy periods but they move fast and keep the line moving. There's a bit of upselling but no pressure and everything done in a way that is smooth and pleasant. Almost took the entire lunch hour but that's with the cars ahead of me.

First off, the customer service is excellent. The men that served me were very patient and friendly. They kept updating me on how much longer the wait would be. The downside is that not very many cars can wait in line, because the distance from the garage to the street is very small. Overall, I recommend!

I hate getting my car serviced... I avoid almost as much as going to see the dentist. But I must say that the crew at this place are so professional, efficient, and dare I say personable! They even gave me a bottle of water while I waited in the car! Explained everything clearly and made reasonable suggestions without trying to upsell me. Super awesome customer service. 10 x's more likely to return in 4 months!

Thanks to your team I am comfortable recommending people here. I was treated fairly and the price was very reasonable. They even fixed my back driver side light. Awesome group of people very happy with my experience. Thanks to carlos and Fernando. I'll have to double check the names but they were awesome

They claim 15 minute oil changes but by the time they up sell their overpriced services it takes a lot longer. I got stuck waiting in line over an hour for 3 cars in front of me and I m still not getting my oil changed yet.I also take issue with how much they try to up sell and charge for basic services. I get they offer convenience which is why I m here but the prices they want is a little much in my opinion.

Great service. Very nice people and fast in and out. I reccomend people here often. Only reason for 4 stars is price but you pay for the speed and ease and remember to look up coupons online before going in. Thanks guys!Upgraded to 5 stars. Thanks guys!

Eric and Auva are absolutely phenomenal!!! I usually go to the Brea one, but I have now made this location my home. Such excellent service, quality and care. Thanks y'all!!!! Love a loyal happy customer for life!!! My car is happy too XoIt looks like I am unable to leave a 2nd review but I just wanted to say that I came back today to get my oil changed. They not only broke the cover that goes underneath the glove box and the pressure gauge on my tire, but they also didn't give me enough oil! I paid the insanely high price of over 100 dollars for an oil change, they give me so little oil we come back a month later, and then they charge us for it! We called beforehand, the "manager" acknowledged it was their fault, and then we're footed the bill! I don't know if I was just hearing things but I swear I heard one of them say something quietly.Don't go here. Their service is as bad as their prices.

Great Service. The place is so efficient and I like the fact that you nevr get out of your car the while time and the constantly communicate with you about what they're doing under your hood! I used to go to Jiffy Lube, but these guys have made me a loyal customer for all of my cars now!

I love this place. I frequently think of them when I need my oil change. They are quick. Professional people. Friendly and even take the time to educate their customers on not only what services ine may receive but also follow up maintenance that one can do in the case of other minor concerns with the vehicle. I recommend this location.

Never returning to this place again. I drive a Mini Cooper and they acted like I brought in a spaceship. Upcharged for a European car as well.After the oil change, I had a bad oil leak and brought it back for them to fix. They claimed to have fixed the gasket, but the problem still persists and now I have to take it to the dealership because I don't trust them.They did a tire rotation, but did not change the settings to reflect the new PSI on my tires, so I was getting warnings of low tire pressure on all 4 tires.There are plenty of oil change places out there, but I can't recommend this one.UPDATE: Took my car to Crevier Mini and it cost $520 to repair the damage Valvoline did to my car and Valvoline offered me $20 in reparations. Wow! How generous!

Very pleasant staff, with full explanations, who completed the service quickly while i stayed in the vehicle. The lower stars are for Valvoline themselves who still insist on giving you a sticker that will bring you back after only 3000 miles, despite common auto industry knowledge that my full synthetic oil fill up is good for 10000 miles easily! Edited to add a star since 3 seemed a little harsh!
