I took my RAV4 Hybrid in for regular maintenance. My car has 17,000 miles on it and the maintenance light was on. I have been going to a different dealership but decided to try Tustin as it is slightly closer to my home. I asked which service I was getting. Eric said I would get an oil change and a tire rotation. Then he said "and we can change the filters for you" When he quoted a price about $250, I did seem surprised and said, "that's a lot." When I reviewed the invoice it said that I had been given a 30K service. That upset me. I don't really think I needed the filters changed and I should have been given the option. At no time did he tell me he was doing the 30K maintenance. I complained and paid and then went out of my way to talk to Eric and let him know that he should have been clearer about my options. Instead of apologizing he just began to argue trying to blame me for the problem. I told him I would not be coming back and that there would be a negative review. Everyone else was polite. I made it clear to all of them that I was "trying" them out. I believe that Eric simply treated me as an older woman who knows nothing about cars and can afford to pay so what. I will be using a different dealer in the future.

I'm always trying to be on the lookout for an exemplary business when it comes to customer service. My experience at Tustin Toyota service was nothing short of that. Kevin the assistant service manager assisted me with my needs which were special in nature to that of the average customer. She took my needs and request personal and made sure that everything was carried out to the "T!" He was always extremely professional and polite. Never once did I feel like I was bothering him at work even if he was busy with other customers and I was waiting in line. She's very knowledgeable to add to everything when I was talking about mechanical specifics he knew and understood exactly what it was I was referring to. this is a quality you won't find in many service writers they're not actually in the service Bay so it's not common for them to have a true grasp of mechanical aspects. When it comes to Toyotas I would recommend this place first and foremost over anything if it's within your area. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed with your service nor regret anytime or money spent on repairs!

There was a discrepancy between the promised discount on the phone and the actual service received. The communication could be improved to avoid such misunderstandings. Additionally, I felt a bit undervalued during the interaction. It's important for all customers to be treated with equal respect, regardless of gender. I hope these aspects can be addressed for a better customer experience. Other than that, the oil change was okay.

I've been coming to this service location for years. Feels like service has slowed down over the years. Before it would take an hour and a half. Now three.Before they would wash your car, now they won't.There were complimentary snacks in the past and now there aren't.A bit frustrating being a long time customer.

Outstanding service from Jorge Mendoza. If your car is out of warranty and want great customer service at a fair price see Service adviser Jorge. Ask for him by name! If your car is no longer under warranty and you are looking for a fair and honest deal go see Jorge! Doesn t matter how old your Toyota is, this guy can take good care of you. VIP service! The worst Toyota for a walk-in oil change service took 4 hours and 30 minutes and the person who helped me was a racist with poor aptitude, even though his system is modernized, he counts on the quality of service and customer friendliness regardless of ethnic origin. the client's

Please indicate we need to call service dept instead of parts for recall campaigns on appt website! Wasted 20 mins of mine & employees time! Parts dept cannot order parts until service dept opens ticket/issue/order. Service areas need tables with outlets for people with laptops. I have to choose sitting in a chair developing arthritis vs a table with no electricity. Power bank still has price tag on it LOL

Went there looking for a Highlander. They didn't have the one we wanted in stock. Tried to get us to buy a car we didn't want. When we said we were leaving, they said we could bring the car you want over from another dealer. We said ok lets talk price. 55k out the door. I said no thanks. Then it was 52k. I said still too much. Salesman tells me I should look for a car I can afford. Clown. We went to Toyota of Anaheim. They had the model we were looking for. After some back and forth we agreed to a price 49k out the door. Save your time and money. Don't go to Tustin Toyota.

Went for a 45k maintenance and Caesar is my service advisor. Caesar is a true professional and very trustworthy. My car was was finished as promised without any surprises. Thank you Tustin Toyota and Caesar for a great job. I will never go anyplace else for my automotive needs!

Easy 5 stars. I felt like the entire team had my back and they even followed up later with more information from my diagnostic, even though they didn't really have to. I'm glad they did because I feel so much better about the vehicle repairs.Get your tires here for starters, I'm sure you will count on them for the life of your car.

Recently had a bad experience there, and the service manager I was working with treated me disrespectfully and was not empathetic to a situation that was his fault. I believe I was quoted a service labor amount that was highly inflated and grossly not in line with the level of effort required for a repair. I will take my service elsewhere and it is a shame that I cannot leave any other information here because of the possibility of disclosing further personal information. The greeter agreed with me when I left and said that if there s no respect then there s no business. I ll leave it at that and I will never return to this location for service or purchase.

Check the air pressure of your tires when you pick up your car! Also mark your tires so you know for sure that they have been rotated. Friendly intake people and perpetually sloppy maintenance crew.

Worst Toyota currently, rude staff - Anaheim, Orange, garden grove all other Toyota has shuttle and doesn t make you wait and gets you either Uber or Lyft but Tustin Toyota - 1 van and old driver and every single person has to wait for almost 1 hour so that only one van is available and then it will take another hour to be dropped off because at once they have a lot people to drop offThe rudest is the shuttle service ladyEvery other Toyota has shuttle on Sundays until 4pm - but Tustin I don t know for what possible reason only until 12:30That s ridiculesMy last time in Tustin Toyota - I would prefer 5 mile extra drive but I would be taken care of good as a loyal customer.

I've been to most of the Toyota dealerships in the area for service, and this place is, by far, the best. The waiting area is clean and open. The Service Drive reps are friendly, knowledgeable, and non-pushy.

Got my free 10K mile service today. I was contacted on Tuesday to set up an appointment....my truck literally just hit 10K that day (HOW DID THEY KNOW???). I drove up this morning (Thursday) at 7:30 (my appointment) was greeted at the front drive through stand, given all of the paperwork on my windshield and told to pull up. Nicole Chavez greeted me right away, got all of my info, snapped some images of my truck, went over the details of a 10K service and that it's no cost to me. She promised it would be ready at 11:30am. Literally took 3 minutes max. She called me at 10:45am and said it was all ready for pick up! Even got texts through out the morning with updates. THIS IS HOW SERVICE SHOULD BE! Tustin Toyota, give Nicole a raise - she brings a new hope to dealership service departments.Services: Tires, Oil change

It's the worst service place ever. They said the battery was good, but it was leaking acid. They suggested that I do the fuel system service, brake service, and all the nonsense extra that cost $1,000, which the car didn't need any of that. The vehicle was still smelling like sewage and rotten egf afterward. The car broke down the day after I took the vehicle in for service. I will never come back here for any service or sale in the future.

Very bad service and customer relations. I took my newer car for minor service that is done every 5000 miles and should include the oil change, and they refused to change the oil and instead they only wanted to rotate the tires. My car I bought in Dec of 2021 and now, over 1 and a half year with almost 17000 miles is definitely due for an oil change. during this whole time they only did the oil change once which is never heard of. I am used to change oil every 3-4 K and with synthetic oil, 6-7k . They want to do it every 10 K which is very bad for the engine and I don t care what anyone says. Oil changes make the life span of the car much much longer.I immediately called Toyota of Orange and they were very glad to take it in and do the oil change and maintenance.I will never go back to this dealer for service in my life. Bobby the manager and Gus , the service guy, were very rude and will not budge.My advice is, Don't go there!

Just had a great experience here. Victor Martinez is nice and personable. He heard my needs and understood them, as well as avoided trying to overcomplicate things like some places/service writers do. I am happy to be coming back and will consider other services, because he treated me with understanding as I am in the middle of a move to Irvine and only wanted the bare minimum at this time. He absolutely secured a return customer. Additionally I was helped by Patty to get a shuttle and she ensured that I got home in time for work (I work from home). Not only that, but she very kindly dealt with a rude woman in front of me for the shuttle. She was accommodating and kind to this woman despite her being on her phone and acting so very entitled. Overall great experience, and this place has improved a lot. It took 3 hours (it was a busy Friday) and even the cashier was fast and courteous (didn't get her name). Looking forward to going back in a few months. Thank you.Service: Oil change

I waited 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment! That I showed up early for. The worst part was that the guy who was supposed to HELP me could care less about the issues and repairs that I wanted to address. He didn't even bother to ask what I would like. He dismissed my concerns with and I quote" anyway getting back to your service plan..." all he cared about was SELLING ME A $365 service plan. After I felt dis respectfully ignored, I declined and decided to take $145 oil change. Not once was I told "have a great day" " thanks for choosing us" etc. Everyone had a bad attitude. Not even a cup a coffee! When I went to pay the cashier who was rude as well, she was in her pajamas w/ no make up or decent clothes and didn't even acknowledge me. Then to top it off they made me find someone to fetch my car and of course there was no one. I had to chase a guy down who didn't speak English and when he finally brought my car out, he was rude and didn't even have the decency to say thank you or goodbye. The GM should be ashamed. The environment and the lack of professionalism here is not worth the long wait time or the price. They have no concept of customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOYOTA DEALER OR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. To say I'll never be back is an understatement.

From the time I brought in my car until I picked it up, the service was excellent. Jorge was professional and accommodated my request to do the repairs needed to get my car back home to NOC. He and the technician identified the required fixes and also recommended additional repairs, showing me the areas of concern, noting they could wait for now. The repairs fixed the immediate problem. Loren Rogers is an outstanding Service Advisor. His customer service skills are excellent! He has it all: technical knowledge, communication skills, is friendly and personable, is fast and efficient, and provides timely follow-up. I've been getting service at Tustin Toyota for about five years now. They are always courteous, professional, and helpful. Low pressure and suggested maintenance is always presented clearly and with a realistic level of urgency. Very friendly and helpful staff. Tustin Toyota even helped me out when another car shop botched a job on my car. Highly recommended, but I'd also recommend scheduling your maintenance online as it can get very busy during the day.

Great service!!! Businesses and organizations will make mistakes and how they recover really shows how good they are at customer service. It's not just the lip service or the routine stuff. In my case, major shoutout to Kevin, the Service Professional who handled my car. A mistake occurred and Kevin moved heaven and earth to resolve the issue and make up for all the stress and inconvenience. Way to go Kevin and Tustin Toyota service dept.Services: Tires, Oil change

My first time here to get my Toyota serviced and everything started fine but I asked questions over the phone before making a service appointment regarding the shuttle service and what not. They mentioned they only drive within a 10 mile radius, which is fine with me but failed to mention that the shuttle is only ONE WAY! Why couldn t they tell me that over the phone before dropping it off during my work hours?! Now I have to sit here and wait for my car to be serviced during my work hours. What a disaster! Not a good first impression...

Took my Toyota in for preventative maintenance. Kevin, my Service Advisor, was so nice & professional. My car was done in 90 minutes as promised. This is the 2nd Toyota I have purchased from this dealership. Always a pleasure to deal with them.

Overpriced used Toyota 4runner Limited 2019 priced @ $50K without a 3rd row seat or sliding cargo tray with 26K miles. And the sales person said, no negotiations. On the showroom floor and couldn't even open up the rear door. Low grade salesmanship. Don't waste a trip/waste your gas coming out. If you want a new one, they'll take your request. When it comes in, they'll mark it up too. No different than most other dealerships.

Had a appointment. Dealer is overbooked, overpriced and understaffed. I waited over 3 hours for a simple oil change. They wanted over $45 to rotate the tires. They should have a dedicated service for routine oil changes and vehicle checks to avoid the customer waiting for a ridiculous amount of time for a simple oil change. Terrible!Service: Oil change

I was passed to 3 different people, each time I was asked to tell them the details of my car need. The 3rd guy promised, I m the last guy you need to talk to. It was about replacing a normal 12v battery on a not so normal Rav4 EV. I told them that the warning screen on the dash read, Check EV System- Have your vehicle serviced by a Dealership Immediately . The service personnel said it was no big deal and that I should call triple A to replace the battery. Bad advice that wasted my time as the AAA battery service does not offer towing, and I ended up needing to put a separate call for a tow truck. A quick search through the Toyota EV forum on Facebook proved that the advice I was given was thoughtless, as it really did require exactly what it said on the dash. I cannot recommend this place.
