I was told word of mouth about this collision center & once My car accident happened I went the day of and was assisted. Not only were they attentive, fast, professionals but they had my back even when my insurance refused to get my parts new and kept going for the cheap option. They worked great at making sure the quality of my car was going to be well worth the wait! Jon assisted me and made sure I was taken care of and made me feel good about the car crash accident. Not only did the customer service wow me but my car looks brand new with a great detail I ll come back and edit the post with the after photos in the day time.Again thanks Tustin ranch collision center!

I went to Tustin Ranch Collision very upset after my garage door crashed onto my opened lift gate of my SUV. I had already gone to one place & was disappointed with their attitude & advice. As soon as I pulled into Tustin Ranch Collision, I was greeted by Jon and put at ease immediately. He was so kind, professional and honest. It ended up that he was able to fix the situation without any bodywork. He ordered the damper stay parts that I needed and solved the issue. He even fixed my squeaky driver door. I am a single woman and have had some bad experiences in the past with car issues. Jon is very trustworthy & will take good care of you. I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants honest and great service!

My 16-year-old daughter got in a minor traffic accident off the 5 freeway in orange county. I wanted her to get an estimate quickly and Tustin Ranch auto body and collision was close by. She showed up without an appointment and was helped by James. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly. James told us exactly what would be done to the vehicle and then showed us some cars with similar damage they were working on.. It was very interesting to see how the process works. I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them. They took about a week to fix it and when I arrived to pick it up, you couldn t even tell that there had been any damage in the first place.Bonus: they even buffed out some miscellaneous scratches unrelated to the collision. I thought that was top notch!Would definitely recommend to friends family.

After dealing with another local collision repair center and not too pleased, went to Tustin Ranch for a second opinion. Not only did Blake work with me to get reduced replacement parts cost, our car was returned to us looking great. They even detailed the engine compartment, looked like it just rolled off the dealer floor. Absolutely recommend TRCC!!

Experience was absolutely horrible. It was a big mistake to bring my car here. If you're looking for a place that will give you your car back right the first time this is not the shop for you. Not only did I have to take my car once, but over two times after it was first given back. They neglected to inform me of other damage that was there and chose to not tell me. After 12,000 dollars in insurance repairs my car was basically given to me in a non drivable condition, and no one to take the blame for it.Wow it only took you guys 1 yearto reply, but actually the brake pedal was replaced. Considering it took you a whole year... I highly doubt your establishment strives or frankly cares about accountability when it comes to it.

I believe the are dishonest if not down right fraudulent. We agreed on repair of all damage to the right side of car. We clarified that the four dings on car door on the left side were not included. They had me sign a detailed estimate with item by item listing. I asked if the was everything on the right was to be repaired. They assured me it was. When I washed the care I found unpaired damage on the right side. i WENT BACK AND THEY SAID IT WAS NOT IN THE ESTIMATE. THEY WOULD DO NOTHING.I believe they are DISHONEST and I was CHEATED.

Went in a couple of days ago to get an appraisal on a hit. The lady in the front was very nice! They were so quick, and friendly The man who helped me was very kind and explained to me the process. Took pictures of the hit, and within 10 minutes we were done! Would highly recommend this place!

After calling the Chysler dealer and being told I needed to wait 2 weeks to take my Town & Country in for repair, I found this body shop. They were fast, friendly and delivered my T&C. They even buffed out some light scratches on the rear quarter panel. Thank you.

Great pricing and get value. Got my rear bumper fixed for less than a grand here. (I did buy the part) But overall the labor and paint job was great!

I highly recommend this body shop. I dealt with the manager James who helped me with my car and kept me updated on its status. James certainly underpromised and overdelivered. I m happy to have my car back. Thank you.

Called 4 x's, no answer during business hours, no voice mail or message machine. Can only imagine what service will be like trying to get a status on my vehichle.
