I periodically drive from Seattle to visit family, in Orange County, CA. On occasion, my vehicle needs routine service before beginning the drive back. Once again Tustin Hyundai Service Department fit me in (unscheduled) for oil change, tire rotation, and system checks before beginning the return drive. Thank you Bryan, and thank you service technicians, for keeping my vehicle road-ready.

Appointment times book up fast and when you reserve a time it doesn't mean anything to them. I reserved 2pm, I arrived 10 minutes early but almost an hour later my car is still untouched by their staff. So I am writing this review while still waiting. 5 years of this same nonsense, this will be my last time using their services. Also, Because of the poor service I will not buy any more cars from any Patterson owned dealerships.

I have been here multiple times to service my car, Elsa and Junior were super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything is going smoothly! My best customer service experience in a service center! i will buy cars from this amazing people! Please keep and promote this amazing staff

Although I had a rough first experience they totally made up for it that time. This time I went in for an oil change, and the first advisor was so nice. He even gave me a tip only people who like their job do that.

I go here for car parts. It's hassle free. Just call and ask for the parts department. They usually ask for the last 8 of vin. Then just let em know what you need. Staff is friendly and helpful

They require an appointment for service. Everyone in the service department is very courteous and helpful. Customer waiting area has seating for working while you wait, a lounge area, and reliable wifi. Repairs/service are completed fairly quickly with frequent updates and videos of anything important that the tech finds. Probably not the least expensive service option, but coming here became a habit during 10-year/100k mile warranty, which is an invaluable perk of Hyundai ownership.

7/25/23 I can't say this enough, the service department is amazing!!! They truly go above and beyond for their clients. Jr., Elsa and Bryan have all been awesome! I tried going to a different dealer that was closer to my house. Thay was a mistake, I'll make the 1hr drive just for the amazing customer service alone! You all are amazing!!

I'm choosing to go another place to service me different and better service.They uses to be friendly service and professional.. Recently they were not professional to me and others.. Management uses to be friendly too.. As simple as a oil change it was going to take me all day..A appt or no appts .. Hyundai uses to send coupons in the mail too..I haven't received them in forever.. Otherwise The Hyundai Dealership was great during,"Christmas time frame donated to The OC Rescue Mission.. Kindness Counts!

I received EXCELLENT, OUTSTANDING customer service from David Kim and the Tustin Hyundai Service Department. Recall issues have now been resolved. I do NOT recommend Russell Westbrook Hyundai of Anaheim.Because my 2022 Hyundai Elantra SEL is under warranty for another 25,000 miles....I took my car to Tustin Hyundai instead of going to the subpar Russell Westbrook Anaheim Hyundai.This was my second time bringing my 2022 Hyundai Elantra in for oil change/warranty maintenance. I was prepared to wait for 3 hours (9am to 12pm), but Tustin Hyundai completed my oil change between 10am and 10:30am.I love the fact that Tustin Hyundai provides a complimentary video of the service/maintenance performed on vehicles.I highly recommend the service department of Tustin Hyundai. All of the Tustin Hyundai staff members and employees are outstanding.

I've gotten my car serviced here for several years. The service people are all very nice. The repairs are done quickly and they text you when it's done. They have a printed list of prices for maintenance items and offer service coupons. It's a pleasant experience.

Came in for recall work to replace an ABS brake fuse. The work was done quickly and I got my car back, washed in a bit over 30 min. Efficient service work as usual.

I had a scheduled appointment and when I called to confirm it they said they have two systems and unfortunately the one she was checking doesn t have it so it didn t count and I no longer had an appointment and she said it s like that many customers go thru this and we don t have to let you know so you loose it or make another one.

Nearly 7 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. The reply when calling is I apologize we are working the best that we can. Don t bother taking your car to this place for service. What a complete waste. Bryan was my service representative.

Ok so I bought my Hyundai Veloster turbo from a used car dealership. It's a 2016 and had under 50k miles when I bought it. I had it for almost a year when it broke down and I took it into Tustin Hyundai to have them see what's wrong. Well it needed a new engine. Which is crazy for a car that is barely 5 years old with 60k miles on it. Because second owners don't keep the 10 year 100k warranty and we only get a 5 year 60k warranty I was just out of that coverage. Well they asked Hyundai to cover it anyways and text me asking for the info they Hyundai needed to cover this. I will find out tomorrow if they cover it and I pray they will buy regardless the Tustin Hyundai service center has really gone the extra mile for me and I really appreciate the effort they are making to help me get my car back on the road!

Dropped of vehicle for service. I had an appointment. Never called me to tell me by car was ready. Called myself and was not ready. 5 hours later? Went in an hour later and it was just sitting there. Finished. Wow.
