We walked up and immediately was greeted with a smile and assistance by Dennis. He was so knowledgeable about the dealership and cars, so patient with my many many questions, and helped me find the best deal possible. Would absolutely return to Tustin Hyundai, and specifically to Dennis for my future car needs. 10/10 would recommend!

Liked the lease terms on Ioniq 5. Nice people. Nice facility. Good inventory. Turned in my Bolt and got a 36 month 36000 mile lease for less per month than the Bolt lease (which was 10k miles per year).

This was my second time buying a car ever and my first time buying a car, I had a terrible experience ( a different dealership). This was not the case this time! We showed up at 6:20PM and were instantly helped by Dennis. Dennis was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained thoroughly and expertly about the car I was interested in. The buying process was smooth and there was no hidden costs. Dennis made this experience comfortable and I m very happy with my new purchase! I love this dealership! Thank you Dennis!

Scott was so patient and helpful! After a long day of car shopping he didn t rush us or get annoyed when we struggled to explain things. He was extremely willing to coordinate with us when we needed to come back the next day. Best car salesman 10/10!! So patient, so kind and so funny!

I had a great experience at Tustin Hyundai today! Sean Page was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and conducted a great test drive. He also spent time going off-site to their warehouse to make sure I could get the specific car I wanted as they didn't have it on the lot. He was very kind and patient as he walked us through the leasing process, and made the whole experience very pleasant. Thank you Sean!

My sales person Max was terrific. I had my 30 pound dog with me (was only looking, doing research ). I declined Max's offer to test drive being I had the dog. Max offered to assist me with my four legged sidekick , so I said ok. I test drove an ionic 5. The car far exceeded my expectations. Being Max was not pushy or overly chatty I took a liking to him. And took him up on his offer to show me the incentives and cost. After a quick 30 minutes a deal was completed. No back and forth with the sales manager. No stress.I ve had my new car 1 week. I remain very satisfied with how I was treated and the deal that I got.

Carlos was the best! My husband and I were shopping for a 2nd car since our car was totaled and Carlos was so accommodating. He answered all of my questions and definitely helped us make the decision without being pushy, we knew we had a small window of opportunity to get the car we wanted/needed and he was so helpful. He even followed up the next week and called me when I had some questions on how to use some of the features. I m usually a Toyota gal but definitely enjoy my 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe!

My husband bought me a car over the phone in less than 24 hrs. Scott is easy to work with and the dealership is willing to listen to the customer aka the buyer. Made buying the car over the phone easy. It really was hassle free. If you are looking for a car give Scott St Clair a call and he will help you drive off the lot with the best looking car. I was lucky enough to get my car right off the boat. Scott called and texted when he said he would. Amazing customer service!!! Thank you Scott and Tustin Hyundai for literally wrapping this deal up with a bow. Best Christmas surprise. And thanks to the hubby too ;)

A few days ago, my other half and I went to Tustin Hyundai to trade in our 2013 Sonata which was still in great shape. So, back we went to Hyundai for another great car. We had the Tucson in mind but with some questions, and we were incredibly to have Rick Majors walk up and offer to help us. He spent all afternoon with us as we test-drove two or three cars. He knew all the specifications on every single model, when new Santa Fe's would be arriving (months off), and I think there were only two Tucsons left. This car is everything we wanted in a new car - comfort, zip, safety electronics, etc. I've owned a fair number of cars in my life and have met quite a few car salesmen, and Rick was and is the best of them all. No pressure whatsoever, answers to EVERY question we could think up. He even drove us to an off-site parking lot for cars waiting to be on the actual dealership lot. He never showed any sign of impatience, and in fact, bent over backwards to make sure we would be getting the car we wanted. He got the price down which helped us, too. A warm, intelligent, professional man with the best cars to sell. The financial end of things went more quickly than any other car purchase I've experienced. We are two very happy customers!

As a person who does not like to buy cars because of all the back and forth, loss of your time, stress and so forth. Rick Majors made this buying experience so easy and stress free. The whole process took little over an hour which was the best part. I breezed through financing as well. I m completely happy with my purchase and my experience at Hyundai.

My husband and I went to Tustin Hyundai this weekend to lease a new car, and we had the best experience I've ever had at any dealership. Sean was our salesmen, and he was patient and helpful throughout the entire process. At one point we were deciding between two trim levels and spent probably close to half an hour talking it over between ourselves. We never once felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. Then, when we wanted to look at the cars one more time, Sean gladly helped us.Sean and Rick (another salesman who helped us) explained the pricing for both trim levels with a truly impressive level of transparency. We had come from a different Hyundai dealership where they repeatedly tried to pressure us into a car we didn't want, and the levels of honesty and service here were absolutely refreshing.At one point the owner of the dealership walked by and asked if we wanted water or something to drink, and seeing how he interacted with the people on the floor made it clear that everyone at this dealership genuinely cares about their customers. I will gladly recommend this dealership to any family or friends who are looking for a new car.

I went into Tustin hyundai set on getting a certain car. They had just sold the last one that day. But Dennis let me know that there was another option for a limited version of the car that I wanted. He went above and beyond to help me through the process and make it as painless as possible. I even saw him wiping my windshield and he let me know that there was a scratch on the windshield and that he will make sure that it will get taken care of. There were some very minor scratches on the car but they buffed it out within minutes. Dennis made sure I left with piece of mind and I did. Dennis did an amazing job and if there s anyone that s a first time buyer or returning, you should definitely come to Tustin Hyundai to get your car! Dennis with take care of you! Thank you so much!

Rick made the purchase of my new car painless and easy. He was transparent and made sure we didn t have any uncertainties at any point for the duration of the process. Based off this experience, I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car, even if they weren t initially interested in a Hyundai. I was pleasantly surprised with the high level of service that I would never expect with purchasing a vehicle from a dealership.

Special Review for Rick!!10/10 best salesman I ve ever met, he makes sure i understand everything to the T. Just absolutely amazing customer service and he is truly great. Please Hyundai give this man a raise he 10000% deserves it. I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Sonata and it was an unforgettable experience! I will be forever be thankful for Rick & ZK. This is the third vehicle I have leased at this facility. This is the third time I have dealt with Ivan Ventura as my sales person. He is excellent communicates well through email and follow ups. Because I had very little time to go into the dealership, he took care of almost everything prior to my arriving therefore, I was only there for a An hour and a half all in .

Just bought a car and Marcos helped me out. He is such a sweet guy and not at all your typical salesman. He actually cares about what you want and treats you with respect and patience. I started going to Tustin Hyundai a few years ago for service on my old car and have always had a great experience so when it was time to purchase a new car I knew I wanted to do it at this location. Michael helped me through the whole process and he was amazing!! Purchasing a car can be such a long drawn out process but Michael made sure that I felt comfortable. I just bought my Ioniq 5 today. The sales rep Carlos and Scott were very accommodating and patient with our questions (we asked a lot of questions and several people were pulled in to answer them). They were not pushy at all. During the test drive, Carlos explained many features of the car. After we finished all the paper work for the car, Scott was kind enough to explain even more features of the display.The bathroom was also very nice and clean.
