Less than 48 hours of ownership my wife s car burnt down while she was driving home from visiting the dealership to re sign some loan documents. She suffered smoke inhalation and she won t step foot in a vehicle since this.Immediately after the loss of the vehicle I contacted Tustin gmc dealer where I kept getting dead end phone calls and no answers. Finally I spoke with Craig ( finance manager) which he basically told me we have a taillight warranty and we are on our own. Now it s been a battle trying to get copies of any loan document or information from our purchase as everything burnt up with the car. Aside from this don t let them fool you with the dealer accessories like the scratch guard ppf stickers that come factory on most cars or the etched catalytic converter (which I recall seeing a document saying they didn t do this but charged for it )and parts that are laser engraved. Overall had and still having a horrible experience with this dealership. No call backs no emails seems google review was the only way to get someone s attention and still got a voicemail. Think twice about shopping at Tustin gmc dealer and don t let them fool you with the same speech about how they are number 4 in the nation. Don t think this is how customers should be treated. Oh and by the way please stop running my wife s credit to complete the loanThanks

We had the pleasure of having Mariah as our sales person, she was very professional and easy going. She considered every request we presented and made the buying experience very smooth and stress free. She made the experience pleasant and got the deal and truck we wanted! Would highly recommend and was definitely worth the 2.5 hour drive. The finance guy was really nice too but forgot his name, my apologies.

Worst dealer ship ever. They had a Mercedes listed for $31k and some change and when we called and confirmed an appointment to pick up the vehicle the next day they had changed the price to $45k because I was a serious buyer they re nothing but liars and have a really bad attitude with customers it s like they don t even want business because of how lazy and have zero communication with people specially if you know about cars. So disappointed I was ready to drive 4 hours to buy the car and I was going to pay a full price and walk out.Sales name was Kyle Duff can t even keep up his word and he refused to talk to me today because of how scared he was because he knew he messed up and I kept on leaving messages and he never picked up and they keep avoiding me to speak to the sales manager because they have messed up big time. I will never ever buy a car from them and I ve never seen a used car goes from $31k to $45k in just less than 24hr specially since I had mane an appointment to drive all the way to them to completely pay off the car and head on my business. Make sure to dig deep before purchasing a vehicle from them because they will change prices on you without knowing nothing but liars.

Went in to get a new lease on a car, and the sales rep there did a very poor job. He wasn't selling us at all, and he let us walk away without even getting an offer. I find it very interesting that the sales rep did follow through with us with a call about a week later, when I already signed a new lease with another Buick dealership. I guess it is their loss. Only benefit I have with this dealership is that they are the closest service center to me.

If you're heading to this dealership for a good used car deal, turn around, because they add thousands of dollars on top of the prices you see online with their dealer added options that you don't have an option to opt out. They are the perfect example of a switch-and-bait business tactic that has given the used car industry a bad reputation. The things they are are useless and have no value.GPS Tracking - Useless, UnnecessaryPaint Protection on Door Edge - The one on the vehicle we saw looked old, it was definitely there before they received the vehicle5 Annual Details - I asked if we can get this vehicle detailed with one of these right away as there were a ton of scratched and swirl marks on the vehicle, and they said you can only start using in after the first year. If you don't live nearby, this is definitely useless. If you do live nearby, look at the paint conditions of the vehicles on their lot and ask yourself if you would hire them to detail your car.Interior Protection - This is literally a spray you can buy from a detailing shop, and it costs less than $20 a can. I looked at the seats inside the car and there were stains, so I asked the salesman if they had already applied the protection and he said they did. So they applied it over stains in the seat, this means you will have to remove the "protection" when you wash and remove the stain from the seat.Overall, I don't like this dealership for that. I feel bad for the salespeople as its their job, but please be more transparent from the get-go. We drove over an hour to this dealership each way.At its current practices, I don't recommend this dealership to anyone.

Was in the market for a new SUV for the wife and luckily came across this dealership after seeing an ad posted online. I was able to set up an appointment for the next day and I was helped by Bryan Munoz. He answered any questions I had regarding the car and was very professional throughout the whole buying process. It did not feel like I was getting taken advantage of like many other car dealerships which in turn made the decision for me to buy a lot easier. I would recommend setting up an appointment with Bryan if you are looking for a smooth shopping experience.

I want to help support this dealership's "commitment to full transparency" by sharing an example of dealer-installed equipment (which they call "options") and their associated price. Please be aware that these costs are NOT included in the vehicle price you will find on the website. This information is on a vehicle priced at $40,000 (at least today). Ask for this before you consider a visit. I did and chose not to visit. I'll let you decide whether 1). whether it could truly cost $499 to etch a VIN number on a catalytic converter, and 2) whether any item in this list of "options" is worth a nickel, let alone $3,500.

Purchased a 2017 used vehicle in cash on Aug 2023. Still have not received title. Very poor communication. Have filed a complaint also with the CA DMV division to hopefully finally get something done. Car is great, but would not recommend buying as no one seems to follow up or take ownership of a problem.

I recently bought a GMC Sierra 1500 Truck from this place the people who work here seem to be uninterested in customer service seems like not even interested in selling the vehicle, The person i had an appointment with directed me to someone else who did not have an idea what i am there for any ways long story short after buying a 60k Truck with all packages it was about 7-7:30 PM when i left from there and Midway realized they gave me the truck with an empty gas tank, when you buy a brand new truck or car from anywhere specially a dealership does not matter small or big they give you the vehicle with a full tank of Gas but i think the rep did not even care to check it before handing over the truck. I live 55-60 miles from the dealership and with the evening traffic i did not want to turn back just headed my way . SO i would rate my customer experience as poor .

Ryan made the process super easy and was very easy to work with. From taking the time over the phone putting the deal together and then once I arrived to the dealership. He was very professional and I would recommend any of my friends and family to contact him for their next purchase.

I've purchased a couples vehicles from them. They have always treated me fairly I walk away happy with the deal I've made. My only gripe is, both my vehicles have been diesel and they only fill you to a quarter tank!

Went to see a car that we had in mind. Everything seemed fine. Did the test drive, car had low tire pressure. Decided it was a minor thing. When it was time to talk, we mentioned we had our own bank for financing. Told them we just wanted the purchase order. Basically, Raul and his supervisor were very pushy into doing paperwork through them. Told us that they had spoken to our bank and that it couldn t be done. Went to our bank and they told us that there was no such call. Bad experience.

The service itself was excellent. The waiting lounge needs a bit more maintenance and variety of items. Not so friendly a bit of more friendliness would be great and a customer follow up by the receiving tech would be great even just to let the customer that the their vehicle is almost ready.

LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS. I m glad I looked at the bad reviews before I take a flight to go test drive and buy the car they had listed for $42,000. When I repeatedly kept asking about the drive-out price, they eventually sent me the estimate which ended up being ~$51,000!!!!Beware as they add protection package fees on top of the price and you can t choose to drop the protection package. On top of that, it was very difficult to get ahold of the salesman. It takes me several calls and text messages to get one piece of information from them. Notice the amount of identical reviews and save yourself the trouble of doing business with them. I also noticed the business responding to these reviews claiming that they ll do something about it and that this is not the level of service they like to provide, but these reviews are still happening so I don t believe anything they say! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!I ended up buying a beautiful car that had less miles and same exact specs for $39,000!!

All I have to say is the customer experience from this dealership is above & beyond what I have ever received.Buying something out of state can make you completely nervous, especially when you are hands on & want everything to be done right!Tom Bramble went above & beyond to keep me informed through out the entire process. When the truck landed, helped me facilitate the truck getting the the suspension shop, helping getting my car (trade there ), helping with paperwork & all the way to the finish line. Updates & pictures through out the entire process was amazing! This truly made my day & they built me best looking truck on the market!Thank you again Tom & a Huge thanks to Tustin GMC & Buick!

Had a great experience with Tustin Buick! I worked with Benjamin and Faizan and was able to walk out with my new vehicle in just a couple hours. Benjamin did a great job providing me with thorough answers to all my questions, and helped find some creative solutions to the concerns I had with buying a used car. Definitely a positive experience and would recommend this location to friends and family.

Ryan Coleman was extremely helpful, friendly and respectful. I had some dealer added parts that needed to get installed on my truck when it was delivered and he stayed on top of the service team to get it done for me. I don t have a lot of time to be running around with kids competitive sports and he made not only the purchase less time consuming, he offered to deliver the truck. When Ryan delivered the truck, he went over all the accessories and features. I had an additional question 30 min later and Ryan had already gotten back to the shop and immediately went out to one of the trucks, figured out my issue and got back to me. Overall service was excellent.

After reviewing a ton of the reviews I disagree with a majority of them. This dealership was one of the most honest, transparent and negotiable dealerships. I traveled 400 miles due to the deal they provided to me. Even after providing an exceptional deal they continued to provide some of the best service I have received at any dealership.A special thanks to Michael (sales manager), Jay (salesman) and Eric (finance) for everything. I honestly would drive 400 miles to come back to purchase another vehicle.

In short, read all the negative reviews before this one and it will summarize all that's included in this one.I recently had the displeasure of dealing with the dealership, and I must say, it was full of deceitfulness. Reasons why:1. They say a "pro package" add-on that adds about $3,500 to their OTD is non-negotiable and it includes a COVID sanitizer spray. The last time that I checked, we were in 2024.2. Their OTD for an advertised price was a $7K difference. As the sales manager was "breaking" numbers down, he attempted to justify the $7k difference and I explained the calculated tax, DMV, and registration fees would be a fraction of the $7k. He then triedthe financing route by asking if I was planning to finance and said "If you think of it this way," and I immediately said "Can you beat this rate (provided a %). The look on his face was priceless as he stumbled on his words not knowing what to say, and said "Let me go to my manager."3. A couple of days later, I received an email stating that I should look for something that's older, has more miles, has fewer features, etc. and it should fit my budget. The dealer's advertised price for a vehicle that is 4 years old with 60K miles was $28K and their OTD was $35K, while a 2023 similar model with 13 miles is $36K.4. In summary, my experience at the Tustin Buick GMC was marred by pushy sales tactics, lack of transparency, unprofessionalism, poor communication, and a general disregard for customer satisfaction as I browsed at a RAM 1500. I would strongly advise potential car buyers to steer clear of this dealership and explore more reputable and customer-focused options elsewhere.

Had a great experience at Tustin GMC with Gilberto. He helped me buy my dream car! He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Made the process smooth and easy and explained everything clearly. If you are looking for a car ask for Gilbert

2/18/2024Stopped by today and asked for Gilbert, who was supposed to meet me between noon and 1pm. Unfortunately, when we got there, Gilbert was tied up, so we were graced by Anna, who was knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. My wife drove a Jeep Wrangler and looked at the new bronco and a few other cars and then saw a Mercedes E450 convertible that caught her eye. She drove the car and was very excited when she returned. We crunched the numbers and looked at insurance, and decided that was not the car for us. Nonetheless, Anna gets a big thank you for her expertise, patience, and time.Highly recommended2/17/2024 I spoke with Gilbert to inquire about a pre-owned Jeep that he had advertised. Gilbert was pleasant, professional, and kind. I will be meeting Gilbert to look at the vehicle and take it for a test drive. We will see where that takes us, but first impressions are that this dealership is transparent and professional.Recommended

The salesman that sold us our vehicle was pleasant and courteous however, during the purchase procedure we were not offered any beverage. A purchase price was agreed upon by all before we even left our house and yet we were still at the dealership for almost 3 hrs and we paid cash. We had to go to the finance dept in the used car building due to a glitch in the computer in the new sales dept. The person who helped us in the finance dept did not introduce himself, nor did he offer us a beverage. There were many mistakes made on the contract, causing us to have to redo it three times. None of the mistakes were our fault. The guy was pretty rude and when the contract was done and signed, he did not even shake our hand or say thank you. We were handed a thumb drive with our contract, and did not realize until the next morning that there were still a mistake on the purchase dates and the finance manager of the new sales had to redo the contracts and send them to us as doc -you sign. We were very shocked upon paying cash for a $78,000 truck that we did not get a free tank of gas. We were not happy campers when we left and will not visit this dealership again.

I purchased a Yukon Denali Ultimate a few days ago at the Tustin Buick GMC. The first and most important was that they had the vehicle on the lot that I was looking for in 3 different colors and options. I have been shopping in the last month and have not found Tustin B GMC's selection anywhere else. The purchasing was straightforward. Not a lot of waiting and not a lot of paperwork. All done electronically. Michael the sales person was very professional and comforting. No extra time was spent we got the business done quickly. Tomy the manager is a very dedicated person with the right ownership mentality. They are there to find you what you want. If you are looking for a Buick or GMC in the Orange County area - I highly recommend that you stop by the Tustin B&GMC.

The dealer was a pleasure to negotiate with, they made our purchase quick and easy, I had come from another dealer days before and had a very negative experience but was very satisfied how different our experience was here at Tustin GMC, the only knock i have is my truck did not come with floor mats and i have been calling the dealer for a week so somebody can get me my floor mats and nobody can help me they just say someone will call you back and nobody ever does. Otherwise it would be a 5 star review.

My husband and I made a special trip down here with cash in hand and a beautiful trade-in to purchase the Buick Envista. After a test drive, we were ready to make the deal, but the sticker/advertised price of $29,215 all of a sudden got inflated by over $3,500. We were told it s their protection package , and when we said we don t want it, we were told, basically too bad, it s already on there and there s nothing we can do about it. In addition, we were trading in our 2015 Buick Enclave Premier (top of the line) in excellent condition, which is worth at the lowest $12,000 from a private party. After Krystal, the Sales manager came over, she left with our salesman for what felt like an hour, with no word from either of them. I was finally fed up and sought them out. When I found the salesman Giovanni, I said we re sick of waiting and we are leaving, when all of a sudden Krystal was able to produce her printout. Not only was the protection package NOT removed she offered us $5,000 for our Buick because they had to recondition it (mind you, Giovanni had told us earlier it was maintained perfectly and was in amazing condition, including tires). What an absolute insult and complete disrespect of our time. When I said, we re out there was no trying to negotiate a deal with us. Krystal just let us walk without a word.As I was leaving, another salesman George talked to me, and within about a minute he got the protection plan removed and got a trade in of $8k for our car. A little too late. Krystal was the deal-breaker and the sheister way this dealership adds in that protection package to their advertised price is false advertisement. We ve already talked to Dennis and Gordon at Hardin and they re working with us.Thanks for nothing Tustin GMC and Krystal.
