Extremely Disappointed with Service and ProfessionalismI recently purchased 4 new Goodyear tires from Amazon for my truck, opting for the replacement service through Amazon at the time of purchase. Upon service completion, I was unexpectedly asked to pay again, despite having pre-paid. After contacting Amazon, they confirmed this charge was incorrect and unique to this location, indicating a practice of overcharging.Furthermore, one of the brand-new tires began leaking shortly after installation. When I approached Kevin, the manager, for a resolution, his dismissive attitude and lack of attention were appalling. He suggested, without inspection, that I should seek a wheel shop to fix an issue that did not exist prior to their service.I've made multiple attempts to seek assistance, clearly stating my willingness to pay for any necessary fixes, only to be met with indifference. Their lack of concern for customer satisfaction is evident. This is my first negative review, a testament to my frustration and disappointment. Terrible Service and Complete Disregard for CustomersBought 4 Goodyear tires from Amazon, paid for installation upfront. At the service, they demanded payment again! Amazon confirmed I was overcharged, only at this location. After installation, one tire started leaking. Manager Kevin, glued to his computer, dismissively told me to fix my "wheel problem" elsewhere. It never leaked before their service!I've returned 3 times, offering to pay for repairs, but they couldn't care less. This level of negligence and customer disrespect is shocking. I've never left a bad review until now, but their incompetence and dishonesty have hit a new low. A warning to all: avoid this business at all costs!

The Tire Choice guys in Tustin did a great job mounting my tires. They were ok using my own lug socket that has tape around it to help protect the paint on my custom wheels. Great job on the spin balancing. Completed the job while I waited inside their clean lobby on a Tues AM. And Subway is next door to get a grinder while you wait Two thumbs up!!!

Manager made it really difficult to abide by your own policy of price matching and beating the lowest price by 5%, as stated in your email quote to me. I showed him an offer from American discount tire t that was significantly lower than their offer. He told me do you want your car or not? because I was wasting his time . Once I told him that it s OK, and that he can charge me whatever he felt was right, and that I would just take this up with corporate, he immediately matched my price from American discount tire (not abiding by the 5% discount rule ). Horrible customer service, and made the customer feel like he was wrong and trying to steal money, when, in actuality, I was just abiding by the policy.

Very polite and honest staff I brought a Cadillac, Ford F-250 & now I am bringing my Ford Ranger in next. So yeah I'm extremely happy here.

They do a great job! Not pushy mechanics at all that try and don t try to upsell you on things you don t need. Shout out to Kevin- really friendly and did a great job! Will definitely return.

Pluses: Kevin, manager was courteous to honor the Amazon installation price. Staff were courteous and prompt. Tech checked the doorsill placard for proper inflation pressure. Minuses: store did not have lifting pads for the Tesla to prevent damage to the battery - I supplied my own. Surprising as Tesla superchargers were in front of the store. 2. Tech did not use torque wrench to tighten lug nuts to specification, only used the std air tool. -this is by direct observation. At home i found the lugs nuts were too tight, and I retorqued to manufacturers specification.

I came in right after they opened and was a little nervous if they could help me since I was in a bind with my flat tire and Sequoia greeted me with a really welcoming smile and reassuring Goodmorning! She was really kind wonderful service. Jimmy was my technician and he did a great job!! Thank you!

I had previously purchased tires here and they were really helpful. Today, I came in to see if they could do the maintenance on my car and they accommodated me into their busy schedule. Kevin had great customer service and I appreciated his honesty, THANK YOU!

Fair price for $30 per tire installation, until they add another $50 for TPMS service kit on a brand new wheel and TPMS. Simply a joke.Just go to any America tire and get job done for less.

We had tire problems went to the shop when we came in no one wanted to help us no one cared that we needed help we asked and they ignored us and the attitude was very bad here and a very uncomfortable place to be in.

I stopped in the Tire Choice store #1634 at 8303 Clairemont Mesa Blvd. in San Diego, needing a tire rotation. I was cheerfully greeted by store manager Ulysses Morales. He let me know that all technicians were busy right now and the soonest that one would be available would be in about 15 minutes. To my surprise, in only 5 minutes time he had my car out of the front parking lot and on the car lift, 5 minutes later I was on the road. I received top notch service in record time. My thanks to Ulysses and his excellent crew. I will be taking all my auto need to Tire Choice in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I genuinely would. This place is terrible and careless. I went to switch wheels.. the owner had told me to go get some lug nuts from autozone, I did then came back for the mechanic to switch them out. He said they would be fine and it would drive good. I joked about it falling off then later towards the night I was doing a u turn going about 10 mph or slower and my right wheel literally flies off through the lug nuts. My gf was in the car with me and was super scared and I was in shock cause I didn t know what had happened at all. Then I let the car slide more to the right to get out of both lanes while one of my wheels were completely off the car 5 feet away and my frame was sliding in the front right. Thankfully not all wheels came off at once because they easily all could have. But this place is actually terrible. They re also super scummy people and I pray this place gets shut down. Please think twice about coming here. They deserve to lose all their business without a doubt in my mind after that.

I just had my car serviced at Tire Choice and I would recommend coming here if you need any automotive work done. There mechanics are awesome and the prices for my service was unbeatable. I Highly recommend them.

This is my go to spot for tires. Kevin, the store manager & the staff are great. My most recent visit they identified & fixed my slow leak tire. My first visit I just happened to find them and they were open on a weekend and able to help right away. I was in a real bind, planned to travel with the family to LA and we were all ready to go when we saw the flat. Fortunately the team was quick about repairing it while we waited so we could be on our way and even helped us look for a replacement tire by calling other branches if the tire could not be repaired. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment through Amazon to have tires picked up/installed, called 2 days in advance to double check on the appointment. Drove 90 mins to get to the location and told me to wait 2-3 hours. What is the point of making appointments and calling in to check?

Kevin was so great ! I came in because my car was making a metal dragging noise he immediately helped me out and as it was just a quick bolt that needed to be tighten he helped me out I would recommend tires choice they truly want to help not just charge you for the small things like other places . THANK YOU AGAIN !

What an amazing communication between their whole staff. Kevin is the one who help me out. What an amazing costumer service, he gave me. His team fixed my issue fast and without any problems. I will never hesitate to come here if I have any problems with my car. What an amazing staff they have.

Said there were going to check everything and didn't. How I know? I took measurements of fluids, and other was the same when I left. Supposed check front brakes and didn't. How I know? They were making a little bit of noise. Took to another place and yes...brakes will need service soon.

Thanks to the team at Tire Choice for fixing one of my tires today. They took the time to see where the nail was in the tire and to tell me about the overall condition of the tire and what it could happen when putting it in the machine. I appreciate the honesty. The service was fast and efficient. I now have a new tire place. Thanks again for a great service.
