I needed a new bulb for the headlight. One of the employees looked up my car make and model, and suggested one of three options, which then was easy to find on the shelf.Fast, easy, thank you for the service.

Today I stopped by to buy some lights buld for my truck and Steve, I think he is the manager, helped me because I was wrong about the location of the light, he came out and put the light buld on, he is very kind and cares about the customer.

Inventory is awful. Ordered part for online pickup. Told me they don't have it and could have the part in at 4:30 (approx 30 min). Waited two hours, nothing. Wanted to return all my other parts and they are now struggling trying to figure that out as I type. Lol. What a joke.

I was out of town and started having an issue with my car... a plastic panel had come loose and was scraping the ground near my tire, very noisy.By myself and not sure what to do, I used Google to see if there was an O'Reilly's nearby, since it is my husband's favorite auto part store near our home, due to their outstanding customer service. I wondered if that customer service was just special to our location, or if, hopefully, all O'Reilly's were so great. I'm happy to report that it quite possibly may be ALL O'Reilly's, as this location was wonderful as well!! Steve especially was so helpful, he came out to my car and looked at the problem, and then was able to cut off the panel for me, all with a cheerful smile on his face! We had a nice conversation, and I just feel really thankful to know that there are places like O'Reilly's that you can go to to get friendly advice at the very least, and a helping hand to go above and beyond when they are able to provide! You gave me peace of mind for my trip home! Thanks Steve, and thanks, O'Reilly's! My husband and I will continue to count on you for all our future auto parts needs!

Employees are not friendly, especially the big white guy who wears the "Thin Blue Line -American Flag" hat. Acted like I was a bother and didn't even say thank you after my purchase. He got what I needed, but had acted unfriendly with a Poor attitude

Everytime I've been here I've had great service and Charles and Steve are very knowledgeable and helpful. Between the two of them they have been able to either order what I needed or told me where to find the parts but as a rule I think that happened once. They found parts for my motorhomes and even the generators in them and these are old RVs so I'm very thankfully that these two men have trained all the people that work there everyone there is great.Keith duncan

Always have found the staff helpful and nice. They are knowledgeable and often have good tips on how to fix things. They can order a wide variety of parts that you may need. Look for specials they often have great deals on they high quality cat cate products. Good selection of spray paints and clear coats which do a nice job on cars.

Excellent customer service. I called this morning for tire chains. While they didn't have them at this location. The gentlemen who answered the phone called another location to make sure they had them in stock before I drove all the way to another city. It is rare that someone in retail will go out of their way to help you find an item you need right away. Love this location. Will be a patron of O'Reilly forever! Thank you!

Wednesday 10/6 2021 I entered the store and employees don't bother to acknowledge you or assist in line. One was helping customer but no greeting, other employee after a phone call continues to computer work without so much as looking at you in line.

Great service as always. Spencer was helpful in finding the right lights for my passenger door, license plate lights, and a low beam bulb. Lots of simple fixes and satisfying to DIY them all.

I'm new in town.. Went in for a new battery and fuel filter, my car had been having trouble accelerating.. turned out that the fuel filter had to be serviced by the Nissan dealer.. Reggie was helping me out and suggested that I try a fuel cleaner first! I did what he said and saved a bunch of $$!! Thanks Reggie! Super helpful and friendly service! I'll be back for sure!

In the process of a move and wouldn't you know it my battery begins fail "ON MOVE DAY?" Oh no, three jumps in an hour, so I had to scurry, I scrolled my phone in a price hunt, found O'Reilly Auto Parts in Larwin Square in Tunaville (Tustin, CA), Pablo hooked me up with a free install (my tools are in LA County YO) O'Reilly an Pablo are squarely what's up "FUEGO" bro. Pablo was answering customer "auto parts" questions to customers coming in and out of the store IN THE PARKIN LOTS while he swiftly and most properly installed my "AGM" Battery in my Hyundai what? Pablo and O'Reilly for all of your Auto Part's Go Go Go Free Battery - No Core Charge Installs...That's what's up!!! ...and it was like about to rain...whoa O'Reilly Bro!

They don't honor they're warranties, the staff are Wishy-Washy, communication between staff is pretty much optional and seldom used when it comes to customers with the intention of doing nothing but pushing the customer and pumping them into buying the same parts over and over again... Honestly, it's like Auto Shop in high school all over again but you're stuck with the morons. Make sure you take the old part in with you or have a full tank of gas, because this group of employees will have you making multiple trips to get it right. Good luck, I've been an O'Reillys customer for years and out of all the shops I've been working with, this one is no longer on my list. Whatever happened to "Customer Satisfaction" or "Making a Customer Happy"... because it sure as S**t ain't at this shop.

I simply go to Oreilly's only for one reason, Steve Farrar. I've followed that guy from store to store only because he provides me the BEST customer service and he knows his stuff! Like I've said, I follow Steve. I live in Fullerton, there's actually a couple of O'Reilly's closer to me, but I only go there for small time stuff. If I've got a real issue with my cars, I call Steve first and he usually knows what to do.In fact one time, I called him at the Tustin store to get parts and he made arrangements to have the parts delivered to the Yorba Linda Store. Not sure if that's a normal, but he did it for me and I was really impressed!I do appreciate the warranty program that O'Reilly has. It's so simple, all they have to do is look up my phone # and boom, there's a history of all the parts I've ever bought from them! It works so well that I'm warrantying some brake pads and ordered new rotors all by placing a phone call to the shop. They said they would have my parts in by 8am the next day! Impressive!

On 03/17/2013, terrible customer service took place at the O'reillys Tustin location. I wanted to return a pair of AC Delco jacks that did not extend high enough to repair my truck. Donald opened the box and seamed to be irritable while examining the jacks in the box. He would raise his voice in an argumentative tone while pulling the jacks out and slamming them on the counter. Donald said he would not return them because they had been used and are dented. I asked Donald to show me where they are dented, he pulls out one of the jacks and flips it to the bottom and says" IT'S BENT RIGHT HERE". I asked is it dented or bent? He said nothing. I asked Donald to just give me a refund because I have my receipt and for him just to send it back to get credit. He told me in a aggressive tone that we don't rent tools here, this has been used heavily and I'm not going to refund your money. I told him I can't use them because they don't extend high enough to work on my truck. Donald then said, "you can exchange them for a different pair". Donald. you mean to tell me that you will take them back to exchange for a different pair. Yes I will. Donald, that will cost me more money and I don't have it. Just clean them up and come back and we will talk. I asked to speak to the manager and was told by Donald the manager does not work on Sundays. I told Donald I will not clean them so when I come in tomorrow, I can talk to the manager Carlos. In deed, I will never shop at this store again. I felt humiliated and embarrassed that an employee would even think of arguing with a customer, especially when other customers are present in the store. I don't know what will happen with trying to return the jack stands, but what I know for sure is that O'reillys lost another customer.Just think, if Donald would have been civil about cleaning the jack stands, I would of had no problem taking them back home and really given them a good clean up. Instead, Donald's customer service skills are the worst I've seen in my entire life, thus making a big scene and loosing a customer.

THE best! A young man named Mitchell sold me the tool and accessory I needed and provided me with the feedback which solved a problem that had baffled four other very kind and helpful technicians. SO professional!

Orielly Has been my go to parts shop for many years now. As compared tobots counterpart Auto Zone, i personally feel as if Orielly has higher quality parts. I would definitely call ahead to ensure your part is in stock or to see if they can pre order for you to have it come in and you can pik itbup within a couple hours.

The parts store clerk helped me to get the right headlight for my Mazda3. He helped save me $80 by doing it myself instead of having the dealer do it for me. Thanks O'Reilly for having what I needed in stock.
