I m extremely satisfied with the repairs accomplished on my 2023 Model Y. The panels, gaps, and blue paint are superb, looks like new original condition and matches the rest of the car. Thanks to the techs and Adrian at Fix Auto Tustin for the great work and communication throughout the process.

First of all, I am very pleased with the repair of the damaged area, but the problems that occurred in your workplace during the repair upset me and that is why I gave this rating. If these problems are fixed, I will correct my scoring. When I gave my vehicle to you, a friend of yours examined it and there was no scratch or damage on any part of my vehicle other than the damagearea. I received my car last night, I noticed it while inspecting my car in the morning. There is a scratch on the front bumper, a scratch on the right rear wheel and the replaced damaged right front wheel is in the trunk of my car (this is the first time I see a damaged wheel being given to the car owner and now I'm thinking where to throw it ). In general, I am satisfied with your workmanship and mastery, but I hope the problems I mentioned will be resolved.

Thank you Jonathan for an amazing experience I ve ever had with an auto repair shop. I felt like a valuable customer and knew every step of the process my car was in and an estimate of when I would be able to pick up. The front desk team made it a very smooth and easy experience during the check in and check out process. Also, thank you to the techs who worked on my car. They made it look like it s brand new! They also polished and washed my car, which I didn t expect but very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend any one to get their cars fixed here at the Tustin location (on Mosher).

Great company to work with. They are quick when it comes to repairs and have fantastic communication. You can't go wrong choosing this company to help fix your car. They are also experienced in tesla and made mine good as new. Shout out to Adrian who is super helpful and well experienced. He is knowledgeable and will definitely take care of your car during repairs.

Fix Auto Tustin did a great job replacing my model 3 bumper. They made the whole process simple, friendly, and hassle free. The bumper was replace sooner than estimated and they even gave me a car wash. Five stars service.

I wouldn t even recommend this place to my worst enemy They installed the parts and didnt fit well. I pointed that out to them when I picked up my car. They said they would order new parts. I waited for 2 months and no updates. I tried to reach out to the technician but he ghosted me. Then I showed up at their place and talked to the technician. He said they changed their mind and not gonna order new parts. They said take it up with the manufacturer . Well, I am not the one who ordered the parts, I am not the one who manufactured the parts and I am not the one who installed them. Why the customer needs to deal with it??? The technician admitted that they had realized that parts didnt fit well at the time of installation but they proceeded. I asked the technician as to why he didnt respond to my text last 2 months and he said he was busy. He didnt care and just smiled. Well that shows how much they care about you. Take your business elsewhere if you dont want hassle.

Brought my model 3 there for scratch repair, because they were Tesla certified and other party s insurance is responsible for the repair cost. Turns out the finished surface workmanship is extremely poor. My fault when I didn t check it carefully when I receive the car back, and it s been a while. Very bad job and don t know why they were Tesla credited. I would AVOID AT ALL COST.

My 4 year old BMW X3 with body damage on the back tailgate and bumper...came back perfect, looking like a brand new car. They kept me regularly updated of the timing as the car was being worked on. I highly recommend FIX!

I have been to this auto body shop twice. It was recommended to me by my father who took his car to get fixed and he was ecstatic with the results. I was in an accident in August 2018 when someone ran a stop light and hit the passenger right side of my car. This was my first accident so I was devastated. I called to make an appointment to get an estimate and the receptionist asked me when I was available, if I was going through insurance, etc. When I arrived at my appointment, I met with Joe Grenrood who looked at my car and wrote up an estimate that he sent to my insurance adjuster and he also gave me a copy. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I had to take my car in the following Monday since I was going to get a rental car for the time being. He estimated that they would keep the car for about a week and a half. Once I left my car, I received automated texts every other day informing me when they started the car, found additional damage inside, how much longer it would take, and when my car was available for pickup. I appreciate this VERY much because it took the stress off about thinking about my car. When Joe found additional damage in my car, he immediately called the insurance adjuster and worked out a new price. I love that they go directly to the insurance instead of calling me. I inserted before and after pictures of their amazing work. My most recent accident was in May 2019 caused by someone hitting me while I was parked. I immediately called Fix Auto to get an estimate appointment and appointment to drop off my car and the receptionist remembered my last name! Flattering yet embarrassed that I had to do this all over again WITHIN 1 YEAR! I came in for the estimate and there Joe was standing and smiling because he remembered me and my little blue car! He assured me he'd take care of my car once again and take the "target" off my car. I appreciated the laugh! My car was completed within 3 days and I've never been more happy with the service Fix Auto Tustin provides. I hope the employees reading this understand how appreciative I am of their hard work, but I REALLY hope I never have to see you guys ever again.....lol

Front desk is ok. Paint technician Jonny Munoz is not good at follow up and inform what going on. Call 4 times in 3 weeks to check on parts keep promising it will come but never heard from him. I took my car car elsewhere and had it done in 4 days

Fix Auto was nothing less than perfect. Spent 10 minutes dropping off car. Received estimate in less than 1/2 a day. Jonathon was my Fix Auto point of contact. He communicated with me via text and voicemail throughout the entire process. Car was promised to be back within 8 business days and they over delivered. Picked car up today and workmanship was outstanding. Entire car was cleaned, waxed and vacuumed. Couldn t be happier . Seem less . Highly recommend Fix Auto and request Jonathan as your point of contact.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great and fast service here at fix auto Tustin! Angel was my estimator and was very communicative through the whole process. He made sure I always knew what was going on with my car and made sure to keep me updated via text and phone call. The girls at the front desk were kind and provided amazing customer service as well. The team here made sure to answer any of my questions and made me feel comfortable knowing my car was dropped off in good hands. I appreciate the timeliness of this center. Johnny and his team can take some time to get an appointment with but once you get in, everything is so professional and efficient that you wonder if there is a catch. I thought it was too good to be true so I went and got another quote but ended up at Fix Auto Tustin still because they were just so on top of everything.When dropping off the car, Johnny and the team made it almost seem too easy. He communicated with me using my preferred route of communication which was email and even showed me all the parts he ordered from Tesla.Finally, they finished the job so fast that I wasn t even available to pick it up and needed someone to help me do the pick up. Johnny then made sure it was easy for them to pick it up. When my friends went to pick it up, Johnny was prepared and explained to them everything that was done. This included a paintless dent removal per my request for one small section which needed to be outsourced. I was really concerned about repairing part of the plastic bumper rather than replacing it outright and the repair looks perfect.Overall, my car is near perfect and was done in record time after drop-off. Part of the reason it was so fast they broke down the damaged section the same day I dropped off and all the parts they needed were in stock at Tesla s local parts distribution.
