My first encounter with Acura Tustin and I don't often like to give 5 stars but they earned it and upon going back they have kept it.Unlike most dealerships, no hard up selling and I was confident in their honesty. They also fixed all the problems I needed addressed to include a recall issue and a warranty issue. The use of a loaner vehicle ( free of charge) was also great. I also got to speak with some of George's teammates and his supervisor ( Christian). All seemed great and professional/ highly competent.

Since my local Acura dealership changed to Kia I've been going here, and really miss my old dealership. Work seems rushed or incomplete, have had parts hanging off the interior once, and found clips in my sunglass holder that I'm sure should be in the headliner or sunroof assembly, not sitting in a sunglass holder rattling around. Reception is not friendly every time I call, I have to call multiple times to get a status update on parts that apparently showed up a month ago but no one told me they were there. Just not a good experience. When we sell this Acura, the lack of local support I can rely on will be the driving factor on me not buying another.

I took my MDX in for the 100k mile service and brake replacement. It was easy to book an appointment, and Christian took such good care of us. He went over the service details and pricing to make sure I understood the work to be done and estimated costs. He also called during the day to let me know how the service was going, and again to let me know when it was ready to pick up. Due to the services I needed, I anticipated needing a loaner and it was easy to arrange. Everyone at the office was so friendly and helpful. 10/10 all around experience; I'll be returning to this service center for all of my future needs. Service person said that my vehicle would be ready in the afternoon. Called and left a couple of messages but did not receive a call back. A hour and a half prior to closing I called and treated to talk to the Manager to find out why they didn t have the courtesy to at least call me back. They finally got in touch with the Service guy and he said that the car was done. After I got home I came out to clean the car because of the Covid 19 virus and found grease smeared on the drivers seat and the door where the maintenance guy worked. I had to use alcohol and Googone to remove the grease and realized that the crew did not take precautions to prevent the spread of the virus. If they had they would have noticed the grease on the seat. We have purchased a couple of cars from this dealership and have been loyal customers but this did not set right with us. We are in the market a another Acura for our son, but I think that we might pass up on Tustin Acura and use a dealer near our home. Disappointed with the service department for once.

Buyer beware, these folks are crooks. They tried to over charge me by $240. It is a good thing I caught it. The rep had the balls to tell me that the work required a "Honda" warranty to cover the parts and labor, in reality they just hadn't billed it correctly. Their first reaction is to lie.Libby or Liv was lazy, rude, and unhelpful at every turn.Do not get an extended warranty from these crooks. They will make it very difficult to use.Raymond, a Honda/Acura tech was the only helpful honest person in the whole place.Go somewhere else. If you have to go here for service make sure you are double checking everything they tell you.

BEWARE OF SEAN!!! I was trying to get to Enterprise car rental to wait for my dad to drop the car rental off nearby but my GPS somehow directed me to DCH's entrance. There were tree cutting guys at the entrance and told me to drive into the gate. I thought that was the waiting area, so that was my bad. But I did not know at the time, so I parked at an empty parking spot. Then, an employee (his name is Omar) got on the car that was parked in front of me and started backing up and almost hit my car. I honked at him, panicked and backed up immediately. I was very upset about this because he could have told me to leave before backing up. There was another worker, Sean, that witnessed it. I approached him and told him that one of his coworker almost hit my car. Then he started making up stories about how I hit another car when I was backing up which was completely untrue. THERE WERE NO SCRATCHES!!! There was absolutely no basis for Sean's accusation. Instead of apologizing for almost hitting my car, he ACCUSED me of hitting one of their cars???? I'm at loss for words. More employees started to come outside and blocked me from leaving, threatening me that they have video surveillance to back up their claim. Hello? Then you would also see how YOUR employee backed up and almost hit my car first. I was very upset as this was a complete waste of my time lol. Eventually their boss im guessing, showed up and inspected my car and agreed that there were literally no scratches on my car even though SEAN still INSISTED THAT I HIT THE CAR. Sean never apologized. Wow. Amazing. Even though I was not a customer, accusations like these are not OKAY!

Lease a TLX 2018 Aspec here, got it with 500 life time oil change package. Lower my car down a little bit on Coilover, bring it back for 1st oil change, the dealer did my first oil change to kick in my life time package! Bring my car back for second oil change they denied it because its low and told me they dont want deal with it! I told them they did it a first time and my car still on the same low level as last time, even little higher now because i just took a side skirt off! Now i have to go for another dealer and pay for oil change!

Although I did not receive service I made a reservation for, the service adviser was kind enough to recommend that I can wait until engene oil drop to 10% for the oil change. I was told that minimum 3~4 hours for any services checked in. Do not plan on waiting there.
