The new tires that were replaced in June 2023 were found to be leaking yesterday. The staff who went to repair the tires this morning told me that the tires could not be repaired and asked me to replace them with new ones. The staff told me that because I did not replace the front and rear tires, I could only replace them with new tires and the mileage was about 10,000. The tires cannot be repaired and can only be replaced with new ones. This Costco tire store really makes me angry The staff shirks their responsibility

FYI before you buy! This store does not do alignment after installation. I've never come across a shop that installs tires without an alignment, but this is it. Now I have to make another trip to a decent mechanic for more money and time wasted.I strongly recommend getting tire service done through any other company. I would have paid more to go somewhere else had I known how bad this place was going to be. BUT, if you need to get tire service through Costco, go to any other location than this one.If you have to buy through Costco:- Buy your tires online and ship them to any store that isn't this one.- Immediately schedule an appt to have them installed (the earliest available for me was 2 weeks out).- Plan for the possibility that Costco's shoddy work will require more effort on your part to get fixed.Other things to consider:- They do not have separate lines for walk-ins and appointments. Even if you schedule an appt, get there early because you will have to wait behind the walk-ins.- I highly recommend not showing up without an appt.- This store is really short-staffed and the poor employees are burned out and overworked (and it shows). Don't expect good customer service (especially without an appt.)

Not worth the little money you save. They typically don t have enough staff. Have to wait for extended appointments to get tires. I had a flat and had to go around 6 days with spare until could get new tire and the. Appointment to open up. Would rather just pay a little extra and get great service love Costco for everything else

Walked in for a patch on my tire, paid and was told it will be a two and a half hour wait. I asked a mechanic when they could start working on my car after waiting for three hours. I was told it would be another two hour wait.After standing in line for 30 minutes to cancel and get a refund I started talking to other customers who were complaining about the wait times and delays. This seems to be a normal thing based on the staff who could hear us talking and having no reaction at all. This tells me it's a management issue and they can't do anything about it. Or they just don't care and know there isn't much Costco can do about the lack of bad labor. Either or I definitely would not come here again. These guys treat the place like it's the DMV. You stand in line for almost an hour just to get a number to stick on your car. And they tell people to go home and they will call them when the car is ready. The lady in front of me only needed one tire replaced and they told her she will need to come back tomorrow. That's how slow they are.I wasted my entire day because of the slow labor so don't make the same mistake I did. Go to a reputable shop. Even pay more just don't go here unless you don't care about taking an Uber home and leaving your car at the shop for a couple days.

Costco touts customer service and they never come thru with their tire shop. This is my 2nd time trying to rush here to get service before 7 PM and it's always come back the next morning. The 1st time I had my car towed here and that was their same response. Terrible horrible service. They're not even busy and they have guys walking around zero stars

The worker named Eddie was very polite and helpful. He explained everything to us very clearly, and was also very kind and patient with other customers. All the customers present there who were helped by him liked him. I think Costco should give him some reward for his fine services.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! SIGNIFICANTLY UNDERSTAFFED. I have been a Costco member for over 10 years and always used other professional tire shops in the area for tire needs. This time around, gave Costco Tire shop at this site a try for next set of wheels. This is when trouble started. Despite having an appointment, their lines were significantly longer and store personnel inattentive. It felt like they were understaffed and burnt out. Got my tires 2.5 weeks ago but staff won t install it since they are busy! When it came time for my appointment, they ran out of the TPMS sensor so said, sorry can t help! Never ever using them again. They need to stick to wholesale warehouse and not tires. The worst part- had senior elder patrons coming in to ask for help associated with tire rotation or flat and the staff was making them wait over 6-7 hours for 15-30 minute job!! The audacity was for a flat that no one plans for. Tire shop staff was asking them- do you have an appointment? Who plans for a flat?? In addition, their appointments were running 3 - 4 weeks out. Pathetic!

Slow. 4 technicians only get 8 cars done in 3 hours. I've been waiting 3.5 hours and my car is still untouch . Last time the guy at the tire shop changed my tire in 20 minutes. FYI, WAIT TIME IS 3HOUR 28 MINUTES +40 MINUTES SERVICE. TOTAL 4HOURS 8 MINUTES TO CHANGE 1 SINGLE TIRE.

Went on a rainy day, there was only one guy working in the front and had the long line moving fast. Took my car in around 10:30am and got it back at 2pm. They called and updated me throughout the process.

You come to tire shop when you have trouble but this place was not helpful. Nobody wanted to talk unless you go through administration which has a long waiting. Easy to wait 30min to get one question answered. Not many people working. Didn t really check the tire condition and asked me to get a new tire but they didn t have the tire I needed. Basically not willing to help unless you come up with your own solution.Overall rude and bully and do not recommend this place unless you have a plan ahead to buy a tires. Good luck

I like Costco but their tire Department sucks. Prices are excellent but you often wait 10-15 minutes just to find out they don't sell your particular tire. The same is true for batteries. More recently they broke a couple lug nut because they overtightened them, apparently they don't know you can see the specs on the inside of the door. They blamed us for not telling them the specs. Seriously, this is their job and they don't know the specs are on the car? It was very difficult to get them to payfor replacement lugs that we ended up eating it.

The prices are good, but the wait is horrendous. Appointments are a joke. They say shop while you wait...so I did my shopping and then was stuck pushing a cart of groceries for another hour and a half. There is no area to wait in so I just awkwardly leaned against the building wall with my cart. Ultimately, I ended up waiting beyond their quoted time which was already longer than I expected. I made my appointment to avoid the worst traffic and ended up stuck in it anyways. I am not saying their work is bad, I am saying they are understaffed and overbooked and it is just not worth it for all the waiting. Getting tires installed should not be worse than a trip to the DMV.Also, their computer systems seem pretty outdated and are contributing to the long waits for the line in the lobby. Why bother having me enter my vehicle and tire purchase information when making my appointment online if I have to tell it all again to the technician to manually type in at check in?

Costco warehouse service is very good.Costco tire service needs to catch up.They are under-staffed.Obviously corporate can improve the tire service and staffing, if they want.

NEVER come here without an appointment. 4 hour wait to get a tire patched (didn't want to wait 4 days for am appt getting ready to go on road trip) and all 4 tires rotated which would have been fine if they just told me up front that it would be done at closing time.My local tire shop would have been a much better bet too bad I didn't buy tires through them. Next time I'll go local.

I was notified at 1pm pst to pick up my vehicle today. I arrived at 2:50, the front desk guy didn't have my keys. Sent me to the back area to ask the people actively working on cars about it. Waited for 25 minutes while they looked all over the shop. Found out that a worker took it home with him.Made me miss my appointment.This is totally unacceptable.� What tire business loses customers car keys within a 1 hour and 45 minute time window?

Slow and poor customer service. Attempted to have my torque checked after Costco Tire Servicing at another Costco. They were slow to respond and they didn t have all their stalls full. They gave me the run around when I didn t have my Costco card on hand. Any tire serving center can look up customers if they ve purchased their tires there. Just a lazy, I don t want to deal with you customer response. Even after explaining that he can look my number up he refused to find a solution.Don t bother with them. Go to the Costco Tire off of Warner for a more competent response.

My tire pressure indicator went off and I came here as I purchased all my tires from Costco. Some nice gentleman who worked there helped me with putting air in my tires. When I tried to tip him he declined. What a decent human being. Thank you.

I dropped off my care at 9:30 and I came back at 5:40 PM just to find out my car was not ready yet and they haven't even started working on it. They told me five people were in front of me and there was no estimated time of finishing. Therefore, I missed my appointment and got my money refunded.

Very helpful staff just very very busy. I suggest making an appointment.They don't do alignment here.They take a while to get to people in line. Waited 20 minutes to get my car back.Like I said though. The staff is very helpful.

It is usually busy and waiting time is generally more than an hour but has best warranty. Had a new tires replaced and got a damage after a month or so and they replaced it with warranty for free.

Good experience on visit. Purchased tires online and had them shipped and installed. No problem with delivery. Many customers so typical wait is to be expected.

Great service. Just come before 9am. After 10am, grumpy customer will start walking in since all of the staff are working hard in getting all of the cars done for the day.

My wife was on the freeway when the dashboard indicator warned of low tire air pressure. She exited and visited this Costco at 5:05 PM. The employee here told her, he couldn t take anymore cars in for the day. He asked his superior, Jaime, who said he can only put air in the tires. She asked what if there s a nail in 1 of the tires. Jaime just ignored her concern and sent her on her way. Imagine if this was your sister, your mom, your daughter, your grandmother getting a flat tire. Only to be turned away. Is this the kind of employees Costco hires? Heartless to say the least.Fortunately, She made it to a Tustin JustTires down the street. They found the nail and fixed it for her under 30 minutes.

They have best battery warranty in the business. I don't know how many times I've exchanged mine. But I don't like the fact that I have to swap it out myself.

Good selection of tires at the best price around. Best to shop early or make an appointment. All the guys do there best to get you what you need, as fast as possible.

Customer service was nice. I think management needs to hire more help as the girl was the only one in the front while the line was getting longer and phones were constantly ringing.
