As soon as I walked into Caliber Collision I was met with such professionalism from reception and excitement! They called Gibson Spaulding, and it was like he already knew what I needed, we looked at my 2018 Mustang. Gibson marked what needed to be done, and assured me the time and date it was going to be completed. He also went an extra step looking into my aftermarket grill with LEDs. He kept me updated through out the repairs. The disassembly, paint and assembly. Even when I called and he was in a meeting the receptionist, gave me the updates I asked for. They were consistent with their practice and professionalism. The day came to receive my car and Gibson pull up in the front with it clean and repaired. It felt like I was buying my car again! I kept telling them how other places don t compare to their service. I would recommend anyone to them and I will definitely be coming back if I m ever in need of repairs. Thanks you guys

Their service is great! It was my first accident and car repair. I was worried about it. But Gibson made it very easy and smooth. He explained each steps very clearly and patiently. They are very organized, sent you text updates everyday. I am very happy working with them!

I received great service from Caliber Collision in the Tustin Auto Center. Scheduling an estimate appointment was easy. After receiving the estimate they called me the next day to schedule the work. I received frequent updates on the progress of my vehicle repairs, and work was done earlier than expected. My car looks perfect, like the damage never happened.

Stephanie Yee and the entire staff at Caliber are AWESOME! They were professional, kind, and had my car repaired faster than I anticipated. Stephanie was super patient and amazing at dealing with my insurance company and was always available to answer my questions. 10/10 recommend Caliber and especially Stephanie!

Extremely happy with the quality of work and the timeliness of my repair. Customer service was great. Landon, my service provider was outstanding, keeping me posted on everything that was happening with the car. Couldn t ask for more from a company.

Personnel were friendly and efficient. Gibson found additional damage I hadn t noticed, and kept me informed throughout the process. Repairs were completed days ahead of schedule, and my car looked better than new. Highly recommend this shop!

The woman at the front desk stayed a little bit later after hours so I could finish up some paperwork after I got back from getting a rental car. They also had someone pick me up from the rental car place so that I didn t have to walk. Although it wasn t too far from the rental car place, I appreciate the good customer service. Gibson also kept me well informed and updated about my repairs and let me know I could come back and it wouldn t take too long for them to fix the other issues on my car that didn t happen in the accident. They even washed my car inside and out and it looked wayyy better afterwards!

It took twice as long as they estimated for the car to be completed. They had no way to track parts from the dealership, and this was past Covid so I don t understand the delay.What finally made this truly a one star review is the at least 5 spots where these amateurs made the painting look like my three-year-old did it. Pictures speak 1000 words. Just take a look and zoom in on some of these pictures and you ll see that these guys are not professionals in any sense.After I picked it up from being done the second time, the manager, Chris told me that he was sorry that I was not satisfied with original work. I asked him if he was satisfied with his type of work coming out of his shop. He replied by saying that accidents and mistakes happen. Chris, one of these items could be called an accident. But 4-5 of them is truly poor work and the correct response would be that YOU are not satisfied with the work that was done.** Update: It s been 22 days since I made this review and I reached out to Caliber through the email that was posted here asking for me to provide more information. Surprise Surprise - No response to my email. Yes Caliber cares so much. Typical of my experience. Can I give zero stars for wasting more of my time??

Initial estimates are few 1000$ lower. This does not give us choice to go outside of insurance recommended collision center, as Insurance guys don't agree to pay more than initial estimates from their recommended collision center. Despite all calculations and settlement, was done at the time of car release, in our case they did not follow up with insurance guys for remaining payments, and just call collection center.

They did a good job in the overall repair. But they missed a couple of items and on my 2nd visit they resolved one item ( a safety issue), but would not fix the other.

Unfortunately, I was involved in a minor fender bender and decided to fix my bumper through an open insurance claim. Both my auto dealer and insurance agent recommended caliber collision in Tustin Auto Center. Those were great recommendations. Setting up the initial appointment was easy and the caliber representative was right on time. She prepared a detailed estimate and explained the process clearly. After I left (in a rental car), I was routinely kept informed of the status of my vehicle through text messages. The vehicle was completed a few days before the promised-by date and it looked fantastic! They obviously washed/detailed the car and I was very impressed by how good the bumper looks (better than the day I purchased the vehicle). Thank you Stephanie and the crew at Caliber for taking great care of my truck.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am so incredibly grateful for Caliber Collision!!! After being involved in an auto accident, I was referred to them by my auto insurance. Stephanie and her team were so nice and incredibly helpful from start to finish!! Stephanie kept me updated everyday on the status of my vehicle- she always made me feel like I was in good hands. Her customer service was truly the best I ve ever received and I will continue to go back for whatever my vehicle needs in the future! My car looked almost brand new at pick up. I would never had known it was in an accident.The best customer service, they kept in touch both through text and calls to keep me up to date on the process. It was so easy and smooth. Unfortunately, I've had really bad experiences with this Caliber Collision. The experiences were more than a year ago, but I recently needed autobody work and had to give my insurance a hard pass on using Caliber Collision when they suggested them for the repairs. But, it reminded me to write this review. They replaced the front section of my car below the engine. Normally, the outside body is screwed in. However, as I was driving immediately after picking up the car, I realized that the entire front section was starting to slip right off my car. I immediately pulled over. After opening up the hood, I could see there were zero screws in any of the screw holes to actually attach it to my car. That seems like a really important detail for an autobody shop to miss. Luckily, there was a local hardware store nearby, and an employee helped me find some screws and actually attach the front of the car ourselves. Another repair they did on my car was replace each of my hubcaps. The replacements they got seemed to be extremely cheap plastic, and they fell off while I was driving the car within 48 hours. I notified Caliber, and they replaced them - with the exact same type they used before. Surprise - the same thing happened again. They replaced them again, and let me know they wouldn't be able to replace them for free additional times...even though I'd never had this issue before, and it was clearly their issue. They fell off again, and I didn't bother going back. I would never trust them with my car again.Service: Body & Trim

My 2006 Toyota Tundra was sideswiped and had extensive damage on one side. Caliber Tustin is my go-to body shop because they always deliver. The customer service is top-rate and very personable-its rare these days to encounter a place of business where "the customer is always right" is the norm. They took my truck in the day the damage was estimated, and handled my insurance claim flawlessly. The work was done in the timetable promised, and when a few parts became difficult to obtain, Landon, who handled our claim, went to other suppliers to meet the deadline. I received almost daily updates by phone and text, and couldnt be happier with the results. The truck looks brand new again! We've got 4 cars in our family, and 3 of them have required body work in the past 5 years--the quality of work and customer service has been consistently above expectation. You can't go wrong with this place!

I called three places. The first two really didn't care and were very dismissive. Caliber gave me an appointment about 5 days out. They were good enough to explain what needed to be done to get it inspected. They did an inspection which was great. They also prepared the estimate and an then when I brought it in a more thorough inspection. It was totaled and they prepared an appraisal. The appraisal had serious errors, but I was able to get in without issue to see the car and get pictures. So of the three I called they are the only ones that care about staying in business. I will add they were also nice. The other two places not so much.

Speedy & Thorough Repairs with High Attention to Customer Care and Safety.This review is for the entire amazing team at Caliber Collision, but mainly for Jonathan Klauk. He is nothing short of a rockstar. My car was damaged by another driver and I needed to have it repaired before my lease ended. Jonathan and his team had 3 days to get this done and he did it in 2.He gave a thorough explanation of what would need to be repaired during the walkthrough and set clear expectations from the start. Communication was smooth and concise, both via email and phone. Not only did my car roll out looking like new, but Jonathan stayed late to clean my car from the inside out so that it would look great when I had my lease inspection. It literally looks like nothing even happened to it!At Caliber Collision, they really go the extra mile for their customers. Great job of body work and repairs.Only glitch not letting me know there was a change in POC - James left in the middle of my service project. And I learned at the last minute that my SUV would not be ready on the date of the original estimated date. I would have appreciated an earlier notification.
