Came in on a Sunday morning with a slow leak in my tire and I asked if they could sneak me in for a repair. They not only fit me in but Mishonda gave me the price and time it would take. This is the third time I've visited this location and they are always great to work with. While I was waiting I saw Mishonda working with another customer who had an older model tire that is not easy to get. Even though they didn't have it in stock, I saw her making calls to secure four of them from another shop and even arrange to have them delivered to this location. Great service and spot on with the time and repair. I can't recommend them enough.

Took my car here the other day without an appointment for a leaky tire issue. In under two hours they had the issue properly diagnosed (screw puncture) and fixed under warranty.Previously I had tried to get help at the Irvine Big-O Tires location where I had originally purchased the tires, but they gaslighted me and were totally unhelpful. I left them an appropriate review.But top notch service at this location. I would definitely recommend this franchise owner to others and will be back.

Crooks! Be very careful of added charges, and this crooked guy charged my Dad $70 to mount and balance 2 tires, and added some warranty they did not ask for, an additional $40. This is what happens when you pop a tire and cannot get someone else to fix them....Terrible place to get tires, and I will never recommend Big_crOoks to anyone.

I had a great experience getting my tires repaired. They were professional on the phone and in person, especially Mishonda. 100% faster than Costco. The waiting room has good chairs, WiFi, and a TV that works.I highly recommend this store and I will be coming back when it is time for new tires.

Today I came in to BIG O TIRE on 1st St. in Tustin to check about getting a headlight replaced. I was tight on time and was so pleased that I was able that the inside manager asked Mario have me pull up to a bay to look at it right away. In about 5 minutes (and a "sidebar" with Edgar), he was able to get the light to start working again! I tried to pay him something, but he insisted that it was ok, not to worry about it! This was the second time BIG O came through for me when time and money were tight! Last time was a tire repair... no charge... was there 20 minutes! Very friendly and helpful, and not overcrowded. I'm going to start coming to them for car repairs!

Just a heads up for auto/racing enthusiasts. Attempted to shop local but was turned away today for bringing in my own tires. Unfortunately they will not mount/balance tires loose, new/used, or brought in. Nor will they accept online purchase/shipping to their store. I participate in events and swap tires/wheels often and was hoping for a local shop to do this. I was able to visit another shop in the area that can accommodate enthusiast customer needs. Also for rainy weather tire shops should be booming! clearly not the case at Big O unfortunately. I'm hoping they change their policy to enable more customers to shop here.

We were in from out of town and ended up with a flat tire. Mishonda was so nice, we were in and out fast and treated very well. Patched it up.

The team was professional. They communicated with me about the deficiencies in my vehicle and how to correct them. They gave me a fair price for labor and parts. I was highly satisfied with the job they did on my Subaru Forester on busy weekend.

When I took my car to this place it was for a noise that sounded like my serpentine belt was giving out, but the mechanic their I sister It was the air conditioning pump, of course I took their word for it and ended up paying around $1100 - 1200.00. The manager Aurelia Garcia did not ha e the courtesy to call me and I had already called Uber, they were planning to keep my car overnight! The following day I noticed my car making the same exact noise and now it had a tugging on cold start. I contacted the store and he told me to take it in, soooo..when I did he said the mechanic was out ill. He then told me to take it back and after they checked my car he said it was the tensioner and they can replace the belt, I told him this is what I initially wanted them to work on. He just kept telling me he can do this work for $200.00 plus. I refuse to put any more work in my car I told him to put in the serpentine belt which he wanted to charge me lots more including labor, I had priced it beforehand at a auto store for $7.99 he changed his tune and the end deal was I paid for their so called better belt replacement at 25.00 + tax and a free tensioner, my car drives better and no more belt noise. I will refer friends elsewhere, I won't go back! The manager Aurelia Garcia is so FOS! Females watch out.

These guys always give the best service. Josh... cordial, very respectful, good work ethic and exceptional customer service. The mechanics are friendly, they know there stuff. What I like is they don't do anything you don't ask. They don't charge you for something you didn't ask for. I will continue to come here over any dealer or service. Even if they are cheaper their customer service here has no price

I've been here several times over the past few weeks regarding tire issues. The employees have been quick, friendly and helpful. At the end, Mishonda gave me a great deal for the final fix. Thanks again.

Exceptional customer service and reasonable prices. They finish the job! The alignment is included! They don't just put the tires on and get you out of the door! My car had a bad alignment they did a lot work and spent a lot of time on it to get it aligned with no extra charge. Their service and care for my car was exceptional.

Just got off the phone with a question about alignment and whether they will adjust the adjustable control arms and setting correct caster. Person who answered the phone argued and does not know what they are talking about. "As long as the axle is centered it'll drive fine, you can't adjust back to near factory spec"

I came to Big O tires since it was literally next to my work. I had just bought new very expensive tires for my truck. I got their life time alignment package back in 2019 when I first bought my truck. So I felt like I should be a valued customer with Big O. My truck ended up getting a flat due to a nail. The nail was in the best possible place you would want it. I knew it could be patched very easily. I went Big O to get it fixed and to get the truck aligned. 3 hours later I get phone call telling me they couldn't repair the tire. The lady on the phone instantly started to ring me up for a replacement tire when these weren't even 1year old and had less than 5k miles.I told her I wasn't going to buy a new tire. as soon as I told her I wasn't interested in getting a new tire she went from being sweat to being short and irritated.I asked if they were able to get the wheels aligned at least. She said well no they cant because you have a spare. I said even though the spare was a full size spare and in the rear of the truck. she rudely said if your not going to buy a new tire you can come pick your truck.I picked up my truck and went to my old tire shop in Santa Ana, I use to go to. They got my tire repaired in less than 15 mins. and told me Big O was Full of S**T. Which I knew because of where the nail was.This was almost a year ago around august 2022. Since then I have put thousands of miles on the tire, towed closed to 10K pounds and gone off roading.I will never use Big O tires again. I get not wanting to be liable for the patched tire. But to change your tone just because I don't want to buy a $400 tire right away is insane.

First of all, I have to say as a woman going to repair stores isn t usually a pleasant experience. But today was amazing. Mishonda and her team gave such a pleasant experience. She took the time to answer my questions, checked in with me on the progress, and best of all spoke directly to me. This isn t our first time here either. Both times we got the best service and price! We will return for future needs.

Reading the most recent review about women being mistreated, or taken advantage of, but that's not the case. As a man who doesn't know much about cars, I could've stated the same, but, it would be truly false. Here's why: came here for new tires and was helped by Juan. He looked over my tires and noticed that two of them were pretty worn. He gave me his best recommendation, and after telling him I drove Uber, he recommended an extra coverage package and educated me on why it would benefit me, especially since I did quite a bit of driving. While I was hesitant at first, but I agreed. Exactly two days after I have new tires, I get a blowout on the freeway. While that was scary, I immediately called Big O Tires and explained the situation. They looked up my account, and told me I was covered for a replacement. Went in that same day, got a new tire, and went on my way. Such a relief not having to have paid over $100 for a replacement.Again, I could've said the same about trying to make me purchase extras or feeling forced, but that's by far not the case. The way I see it, they're aware of road hazards and want their customer to save money in the long run. As for me, I was glad I paid the extras, because so far it's saved me over $400 in tire rotations/balances and even a new tire replacement.

I arrived at 6:27 (they close at 7 pm). I needed to leave unexpectedly for a trip out of state. I asked if they would be able to put a set of tires on, without hesitation the manager said if I have them in stock we will. Turns out I needed brakes too, asked for my authorization and boom on the phone ordered the pads and rotors! I was on my way by 7:45. Friendly mechanics who aren't afraid to work!

Flat tires, not so fun right? Especially late on a Friday when most shops are ready to close & you really need your car. Enter Big O who deserves a Big Thanks for repairing my flat & getting me back on the road. The assistant manager who helped me was awesome & friendly as was the rest of the staff, I highly recommend this business.

The people in this stor are very friendly and helpful and professional, very good maintenance, reasonable prices, i`m so happy with them , I repaired all my cars and my family cars in that shop.The shop manager is very nice gentle man , understanding and helpful.

Lost wheel weight on a trip from AZ. Go there at 735. Took them 3 hours to inspect and balance one tire. Went back Sunday to have the other front tire balanced. Woman at desk said another 3 hour wait. If this is what they call service,I'm fortunate not to live here.

Augustine and Juan were so helpful and made my experience at Big O amazing! They both took the time to help me figure out what was wrong with one of my tires when no one else would. I appreciate their time, their attention to detail and their kindness!! I recommend this Big O to everyone!

These guys are awesome, very quick and very helpful. Normally I do all my car work myself but, went to go do an oil change on my car only to find out my car was too low for my jack. These guys are just around the corner and they've done my tires and alignment in the past, have always been very reasonable when it comes to the price of things and have never let me down. I had already purchased my own oil and to my surprise they didn't charge me a thing to change it, extremely appreciated! i did not expect that at all!
