I had a FANTASTIC experience today at this location. I went in to purchase a few things and George the store manager, was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and even helped me install my window wipers! George went above and beyond, providing the best customer service that I have ever received! Thanks to George this AutoZone location has earned a customer for life. I personally can see George as a district manager, ensuring multiple locations in SoCal are held to such a high standard. It would be very good for business. Thanks again George!

Had an issue, returning chains in another store, but the manager here, George, was super helpful told us to come in and he ll handle it no issue and was very friendly and showed a great customer service. If you have any issues with your car, definitely go to this AutoZone in Newport Street and Walnut Avenue.

I just rolled into AutoZone, store 5541, to get some new wipers since Hillary has arrived and she s dumping lots of rain. Richard not only helped me pick out wipers that would serve me well, but was also more than willing to put them on my car IN THE RAIN!!! Bless him! This is a super friendly store & all of the employees are helpful! Thanks, Richard!

Absolute unacceptable experience. Today 9/28 instore @ 2:20 i came to return a part i did NOT use and the cashier that gave me the name "Ariel " tall , dark hair. Said the part had been used i absolutely know this part is 1000% New , i asked him for his manager and she said that it was used so i asked her to bring another part from the back to prove it looks the same and she rudely said no i don't want to do that. She was very hostile and failed to represent the positive presentation auto zone has had. No one should be treated like this it's a shame. I did not stay to argue with them nor reach their level of attitude, i simply left because i KNOW it's new, no use in arguing over that, i did not expect walking into auto zone being treated like that and i asked the manager for her name and she said she did not need to give it to me, why would she not give me her name? Because she new she messed up?or because i will contact corporate? I will attach pictures of the items out of the bag

Nicole helped me with my refund when I purchased with my debit card . She was friendly and helpful she even found my receipt in the system. Make sure to keep your receipt ! And I kept my purchase unopened as well!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to George for helping me today. He really exceeded the expectation of customer service and I am extremely grateful that I was able to have him assist me. Customer service was awful. I worked at Autozone before when a customer walks in the store you Supposed to be greeted Adrian, which did not have a name tag on was on his cell phone sitting at the front of the store not helping anyone A customer walked out mad and all the other employee did was say oh I m sorry very unprofessional

I selected the recommended product based on their website and bought it, but I later found out it doesn't fit my car. They refuse to accept a return because I opened the packaging, but how could I know if it would work without opening it? It seems like I'll have to buy a new one.

George and Abraham were SO helpful! My car was making a weird high pitched whirring noise, and they helped me figure out the problem in less than a minute. They helped me find the right parts too. THANK YOU!!

I rarely give reviews but I knew I had to after my incredible experience at this particular AutoZone. Thank you so much Rendal, Richard, & JUNIOR! Not only were they super accommodating, they changed my battery despite the process being a bit trickier than usual. I will definitely be back to this location!

Stopped by here bc my car battery was bad and we needed a new one. Went into the store Randall and Richard tested our battery for us and recommended a new battery that fits our budget and needs. Both associates provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help us out. Incredibly grateful for their knowledge and help and giving us all the information we needed. Highly recommend stopping by for any car needs.

Lazy workers. They talk lazy and move slow like they're high or something and closed 10 minutes early!!! Inconvenience to people with emergencies because they decide to be lazy and go home early.

I ve stopped by a few times, and one of those times was today. I walked in to purchased tire air pumper and patche tool kits. One of the managers that was in today, was at the pay counter. And he assisted with directions to which my needed tools were at. And on top of that he had a very friendly personality and character, I definitely acknowledge his good customer service. And without a doubt I can already see the good work ethic which is why I see that he s a great fit for his current position and for higher position.

Stole my money. Made a return and gave me a pci slip. Won t refund my money and said I need to keep coming back when the manager shows up. I hope they need my 50 dollars. They kept the materials.

It was time for me to change my Toyota Corolla car battery. Heard autozone can replace battery for you if you purchase it from there so we went and Randall helped us with it and he was so nice about it! It was a hot day but he was so courteous and provided A+ customer support.
