They did t have the royal purple oil I was looking for but did have a good substitute, and got me checked out quickly with a long line.

Very good , quick service nice patient counter man. Got decent price stuff equal or better quality than Amazon and you can see what you are getting. Definitely recommend for not just auto parts, but tools. I bought a tire pressure gauge for same price as on Amazon, but better quality.

Had an exceptional experience at my preferred auto center!!! Marcus took care of my visit, and was able to locate the item I needed quickly while educating me on the types I would come across. He offered to help me use the product and I am so grateful he did. Ended up fixing up my motor oil, turn signals and brake lights all in one visit, when I was feeling lazy and had only planned to maintain one thing! Your service and knowledge shared is so appreciated. Thank you Marcus!

I went to AutoZone in Tustin to buy windshield wipers blades a young associate name. Randall helped me he was very helpful and very knowledgeable and assisted me in installing my Windshield wipers. Thanks, Randall.

I visited here to dispose used engin oil and oil filter because they collect used oil and filters.The store is pretty clean and is located in convenient place. The parking is no problem.If you are AutoZone fan, this shop is right place I think.

I've been to this AutoZone several times over the last couple of months and am consistently impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the friendliness of the employees working here. I've always received excellent service, and didn't feel too intimidated to ask questions and learn more about my vehicle and how to maintain it well. Staffers such as Gabi and Fernando have helped me find what I need quickly and efficiently, even helping me change out my headlights and windshield wipers as they needed it. I'd highly recommend this location. It's also just off the freeway, which is convenient for someone who is always on the go, like me.

I had a problem with my radiator cap, it was so stuck and Marcus went out of his way to help me out in the parking lot. I did not know anything about cars til today, Marcus was so knowledgeable and taught me many things. Thank you Marcus! I can assure he is one of the best employees at this store! Will definitely be back at this location :)

I came to this AutoZone to replace several light bulbs for my car. I was helped by Marcus, who was so friendly and patient! He found the light bulbs and he also installed them as well! I appreciate the top notch customer service!

My bf and i went in for some items for his cars back in Mexico, and we had a few random questions about car parts. Marcus not only found us the right products in store (even though there was a language barrier he still did a great job trying to help us), but he also helped us with finding a place where we could find the parts for my bf's 91' Mexican Buggie. Marcus went above and beyond and we plan on returning with any other auto questions we may have! All staff was great, but we are definitely super grateful that we got to meet Marcus!

Jesus R. Helped me out today and he provided spectacular customer service. Even though the store was busy, he attended to everyone and answered every call attentively. I felt stressed just watching him work, but he handled every situation that I saw as a pro. He had me in and out in 5 minutes, I'll definitely be back!

Great variety of products and brands. Super helpful customer service; I was looking for radiator sealant and an employee offered to take a look at my vehicle. He noticed that the hose clamp had come loose and he tightened it for me. This solved the leak and saved me $40 since I no longer needed the stop-leak solution.

I went into autozone to check my battery condition. Jesus and Isaac showed excellent customer service. They helped me get a new battery after letting me know my current battery was no longer good. I belive they deserve a raise for they excellent work.

Bought new car battery here for 2017 Volkswagen Passat and we are very satisfied with the service and price. Nice young man Justin helped us to choose a good item and installed it right away, also gave us a discount. Like this store!

Clean store, Easy parking. Just needed a truck cover. Staff was nice at check out even while waiting for online discount to dl from my phone. Was an older gentleman.

Marcus came out and helped me install a complex LED light and cheerfully figured out several other things from my check engine indicator. First time customer there but I don't see a reason to go anywhere else. Ask for Marcus.

Always amazing service! Thought I needed a new brake light but turned out it had just popped off. The technician was so nice to go through the process of helping to put a new bulb on only to find out it just needed to be put back in. Thank you!!!

I recently came in for wiper blades since the rainy season is here. The employee was very helpful. I went with the middle price range blades. After paying your employee even put the blades on for me. I will definitely return to Auto Zone.
