advisor and tech were honest about the condition of my car. didn't take advantage of my alignment coupon, straight up told me alignment was within parameters and did the free once over with honest results. I left the dealership happy and satisfied.

Service here was great from the moment I drove up. Hazel helped take care of the car paperwork from start to finish and made sure to update me with any changes. When my car was going to take a couple days to be fixed they did NOT hesitate to get me a loaner car. Great experience from start to finish.

Great customer service. First time dealing with Infiniti of Tustin and was consistently in contact with the sales rep Josh and his manager, Nima. Very smooth transition from start to delivery of my vehicle. Highly Recommend

My commute to Infiniti Tustin is 120 miles r/t. I make it willingly due to the excellent service I have received there. The service department members are all great. Jeffrey, Gabe and the young men that check me in are friendly and helpful. I ll continue to make the drive as long as they are on staff. Job well done. Ps. They have great snacks too

I arrived 1/2 an hour before my 10am appointment, I was taken right in and while I was waiting I enjoyed complimentary coffee and snacks. I also received a video of my service inspection. My truck was serviced, tires aired up and they even washed my vehicle. The employees were very knowledgeable and friendly. Upon purchase of my vehicle I received 3 complimentary services, you could never tell by how well I was treated. The staff is very well trained.

Gabriel was so helpful and did a great job updating us on the progress of our service. Jeffrey was also helpful in getting us a loaner car for the day- which was unexpected but greatly appreciated! We are very satisfied with the service we receive there, as usual.

Gabriel (service team member) greeted me as I drove up, and promptly got my pre-scheduled routine maintenance visit underway. He was knowledgeable and kept me in the loop during the entire visit (which required a little extra repair work). I stayed in the lounge while my car was worked on. The lounge is comfortable and allows you to watch TV, read, or jump on a work cal, esp. with the complimentary WiFi. My total time there was about 3 hours. Overall a great experience.

Excellent service! Communication was top notch. I received text messages and a short video on the progress of my car maintenance work. The car was ready an hour early. And Joseph, service consultant, was professional and detailed oriented.

25k mile service for our QX60..Great service provided by Jeff and the team. Answered all my questions & concerns in a timely manner & vehicle was completely ready within a few hours with a free car wash included. Will be back for our next service in 6 months.

I have the best experience everytime I have my car serviced at AutoNation Infiniti in Tustin, CA. Hazel answered all my questions with ease and made me feel very comfortable. This is my 3rd Infiniti and I have always had the best experiences. I recommend this dealership to everyone I know. 5 stars across the board!

It takes me 60 miles one-way to get to this location from home, and it is totally worth it every time. I confirmed with sales-person Mo Bidel that the service I was looking to have done to the car is possible, prior to making the trip. Gabriel Paramo was my service advisor, and was very courteous and helpful. Overall I m very happy with the process, and will certainly return for future service appointments.

bought a pre-owned with very low mileage, I was only given one set of keys and promised I would be reimbursed if I purchased a second one and obviously never happened. they're in for the quick money which is sad for such nice and impressive places, car also had one tire with 10% in it only and I didn't noticed until I got home 300 miles away. now I'm dealing with break and transmission issues on my Honda pilot. been told by Honda dealer they are old problems, it wasn't properly serviced and all problems not disclosed. in the process of getting legal representation

My visit to Auto Nation Infiniti was very pleasent thanks to Jeffrey, my service advisor and his manager who also kindly greeted me upon entering. Brought my car in for a windshield replacement. They charged me $2,400 and what did I get? The ceiling of my new car is dirty, the rear-view mirror is not installed correctly, and the smell in the car is such that it seems that a bum has been living in it for a week. We will return my new infiniti to them and demand compensation. I have never seen such bad customer service.ContinueAll of your praised services are just a scam. I arrived today to solve the problem and it turned out that the glass was not replaced by the Infiniti dealer I went to, but by an outside company. I immediately asked for a quota to replace the glass and was offered $900 from them. Auto Nation got $2380 from me. Are you guys crazy? I gave my car to an official dealer and they offer me a service from the back alley? And they broke my cover and stained the whole interior. And the dealer won't compensate me for it and redirects all my claims to a subcontractor. Don't ever come here. Never! There is a lawsuit coming up. You will be held accountable for this kind of attitude towards customers.

Terrible customer service once you buy the car. ZERO response to multiple emails and phone messages. AVOID this dealership, you can buy a car elsewhere from someone who s happy to have your business even after the sale.

I want to take the time to compliment Gabriel in the service department. He listened to my concerns on my '21 Q60 and kept me updated with the diagnosis and time frame of the repairs. I took my car in for a malfunctioning sensor. I will definitely be bringing my business to Tustin going forward. Thank you Gabriel!

I have leased 4 vehicles from AutoNation Infiniti and have always been happy with the experience......I just had an equally good experience with their service department. Both Trevor Moore (check in) and Frank Gutierrez (check out) were kind and professional. They replaced 4 tires with alignment and cleared 2 recalls. The work was completed on-time and the amount was exactly what we agreed on. I was very happy with the service that I received.
